While I had been going out of my way to go here because I liked a lot of the options available, I probably won’t be doing so anymore after encountering rude staff today. I wish I’d asked her name but after an already hard day I put everything back and left without purchasing anything after being confronted with such a nasty attitude. Thank you to the blonde girl with the glasses stocking shelves for being the icing on the cake today.

Love pet supplies. Plus they carry a large range of fish tropical not saltwater. They carry bird supplies for my parrot and they have pet supplies for dogs, cast ferrets, a carrier wide range things, and odd number of things from companies you wouldn't think was there. You can find some of the strangest and coolest things there. You can't find anywhere else. Sometimes you need that little niche and they have it and they have good hours. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. If handicap parking, it's a good place to like it

Excellent full service pet store and grooming salon. As a bonus they also offer a clean self wash service which includes free shampoo and conditioner as well as clean towels and a blow dryer. Very reasonable prices, friendly helpful staff and overall good quality products!

Purchased a ball python and the animal is in critically poor health. Shedding issues, retained eye caps, and near starvation. Because he was so visably underweight I brought out the scale. 118 grams for a 5-7 month old python. Weight should be between 270-300 grams at the very least. In addition he was being held in an unheated container in a back room. Freezing cold to the touch when I checked in the car. Extremely dangerous for any reptile. I am extraordinarily displeased (I have never called or written to complain to a store before but I have done both in addition to this review). This animal should have been given veterinary care for his weight and retained eye caps long ago. I'm shocked that he was even available for purchase in such a state.

Great services. Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite store for sell of my dogs needs. And seeing as how the locations closets to me now have groomer and wash services for my dogs, makes me love them even more

My husband and I are pet fanatics. We currently own two dogs, 1 cat, we absolutely love fish. We have an outdoor pond, and probably 2 huge tanks, multiple medium sized tanks, and about 15-20 small betta fish set-ups. We are currently in the market for a bird and possibly an axolotls. I was very impressed with the wide stack of accessories for dogs and cats. The fish were healthy, and the staff were very knowledgeable. I was surprised by the prices being so cheap. They have a self serve dog wash bay that for just $14 you have access to the soaps conditioner and towels. You can wash your Chihuahua or your big dog. My bullmastiff doesn't have a problem getting in and getting washed comfortably. I recommend coming in and checking it out, you won't be disappointed. The large selection of dog food cat food dog toys cat toys. They have birds reptiles and small fury babies and the supplies to take care of them. They treat you like family and make you feel welcome. The best quality of all they steer you away from an animal that they don't think you're capable of taking care of, meaning they're not there just to sell animals to make money. Every employee is knowledgeable and passionate. I highly recommend checking out pet supplies Plus and maybe making them your new go to pet supply store

Great, helpful staff. Groomers on site do a fantastic job. Although the on hand stock of certain mainstream brands of dog food needs improvement, hence 4 stars, not 5.

This is a local place, not just the neighborhood but Michigan. They have good prices and I buy local Michigan brands they have available. I love the bath bays they installed.

The Dearborn Pet Supplies Plus Store on Telegraph and Oxford, is wonderful! The remodeling that was done helped to make the store more attractive, clean and easy to find items. I love that you can bring your pet there for a wash! Great idea, and consistent with the other stores in the chain.

I like Pet Supplies Plus because they have quality items for sale so it’s worth the price. They always have deals going too. Not everything is always in stock but you can look online or call before going. I ordered online for delivery from the Dearborn store and was very happy! It was raining out today so they bagged my stuff in two large plastic wraps that were zip tied so nothing was wet! They also left a nice note on the food I bought. I wanted to get my cats a higher quality dry food so I went with the Redford Naturals which is a Pet Supplies Plus exclusive. It has good ingredients and is less expensive than other similar dry food brands.

The floor associates always go out of there way to help the customers. When I am down an isle shopping and they see me. They always approach me and ask if I need help and I usually do need help lifting. They are very very helpful. They always ask if they can take it to my car before I am ready to check out. They have great rewards and great sales. Make sure you sign up to become a member. Thank you for the great associates you have. I will continue shopping at the Dearborn location. 🙂

Terrible service from this place, I had an appointment to bathe my dog ​​and it was at 2 in the afternoon... I called the place to tell them that I had had a delay in my work and they told me that they could take care of me and for a minute when I arrived The two girls who attend told me that they had canceled my appointment because they didn't tell me on the phone that they weren't going to attend to me, it made me waste my time going. I've been going to this shop for many years as it's in my neighborhood. They finally remodeled the place, added automatic doors for easier entry, better Floorplan, and added grooming station which seems awesome. Never had issue with the service either.. now only if I could remember to take my discount coupon with me.. 😅

Great customer service, you can find everything you need for your pets. They will help you with any questions or concerns about your pets and give you great advice. They also price match any store that sells for cheaper. I've always loved this location. I pass PetSmart, Petco, and a few other pet stores just so I can visit this location because of how great they are with their customers. If you haven't already been there, you should go, like now, lol.Edit, the store has been remodeled. They now have an area where you can take your pets to wash them. They offer nail clipping and a bunch more. Even the new manager is a great guy. I still highly recommend this store for all your pet needs. If you love your pets, you will take them here.
