I've been shopping here every week for the last few years and it's always been a good experience. Some shelves need to be restocking. A lot of shipping carts need to be repaired.

I shop here all the time. It’s convenient due to the other stores like Dollar Tree and the new Five Below all in the same mall. The employees like John are friendly and helpful. However I recently had a very long wait to return something. I finally had to leave or be late for an appointment. One would think they’d call for another person if the line keeps getting longer. Very frustrating!

This Kroger has the worst fried chicken in the deli. It is just bland it has no taste to it at all. Whoever made this chicken should not be allowed to make food for the public. Somebody needs to learn how to cook. There are these things called seasonings. Let me give you some suggestions. I am going to help you people. You can use a mix seasoned salt, garlic powder, white pepper, paprika and onion powder. YOUR WELCOME ! Have a nice day!

Used to be a great store – a decade ago. Much f the staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help, especially when passing by (a clerk was staring at her phone and I asked “Miss?” and was immediately prompted with “I’m not on the clock. I can’t help you.” Poor customer service, if you ask me.

November 2023:Clearly management is NOT staying on top of the issue in regards to the fact that the special needs employees working the bottle return & carts are understaffed & overloaded. Today 11/6/23 when walking in, I saw the employee Wayne gathering carts, working hard as always. After a few minutes in bottle return I saw an old man berating & shaming Wayne (who is THE most hard working person I have ever seen in my life other than my grandfather) bc the machines weren't working. He was REALLY being mean. I spoke up! Your employees deserve better!October 2023:Well they seem to cleaned things up since August, which is great. The bottle return has been MUCH cleaner and cared for. Also, there was a customer acting totally irate at the customer service desk this morning - I mean, absolutely obnoxiously irate, loud as heck, and Kroger was having NONE of that. The employee kept herself super professional throughout the situation, and let me tell you, security was ON IT. I didn't even know Kroger had that much security until then, because they were ALL there making sure this dude didn't escalate things further. Great job at handling this guy.August 2023:This place has really went downhill, even worse than it was. They are CHRONICALLY understaffed and what's worse is that clearly management does nothing to ensure people are doing their jobs. What is worse though is the work environment this creates for the special needs adults, particularly those who have to manage the bottle return room & cartsCase in point: on Monday, August 28, I went to the bottle return around 10:20AM. It was evident that whomever closed the night before did nothing to close up the bottle return room. Every bin was full, every single garbage can and recycle bin stacked at least 2 feet above being full, 2 filthy mop buckets by the sink, and what looked like vomit underneath it with trash just pushed there with a push broom. This was all clearly left from the day before.I KNOW in the mornings, it is the special needs adults who are left to deal with this mess. It is extremely unfair to them and its NOT right at all. There were 5 people ahead of me and a line had formed behind me. Everyone before me said customer service said someone was coming. After 40 minutes, I went and found the store manager. She said it was her first day and she was sending someone. I explained this has been an ongoing issue, and the special needs adults do NOT deserve this kind of treatment. They should be able to come in with the previous shift having completed their close out procedures. They sent someone who is usually a grocery bagger to fix the machines, but nothing was cleaned, and I don't blame him one bit.I went again the following day, and the vomit/trash under the sink was STILL there. Also, 3 12-packs of coke I had seen in an aisle the day before were still there on the floor, which I nearly tripped over.I really hope this store manager is allotted the resources to whip this place back into shape. The employees who work hard deserve better. The special needs employees, and those in the bottle return deserve a FAR better work environment. The customers deserve better too. Employees who aren't working are need to be dealt with, both floor level and management level, because it is they who are ruining this store.OG review from 2022:Serious management issues. Constantly understaffed, only 2 checkout lines open during peak hours, lined up all the way to the back of the store, literally. Not an exaggeration. I'm standing in line as I write this, after waiting for 35 mins I still have 6 people ahead of me. I called customer service & after 11 minutes someone answered, the Supervisor. I politely asked if it were possible for them to open up another lane, and she had a god awful attitude! She said, "IM THE SUPERVISOR WORKIN' SELF CHECKOUT. NO. WE AIN'T GOT NOBODY". Really awful attitude. This place is a shiitake show, if you catch my drift. The workers are all nice, cashiers, stock. Management however is another story

I started coming to this store (Westborn- Michigan and OuterDrive) since they started way back when, before they enlarged the store. No problem with the parking or finding a basket. They have an excellent produce department and meat section. The store has everything I need. I love the sales on every Wednesday. The cashier is very helpful. I love the flower department, and recently started getting my prescriptions here.If there is any problem, they always work it out. The self check-out is great. I recommend this grocery store and pharmacy highly and without any reservations.

I've been coming here pretty regularly since I've been in the area and it's alright. There tend to be shopping carts scattered all over the parking lot and when I usually go (an hour or two before closing time), the indoor cart area is closed off, so I make sure I bring one in from outside. They have so few small carts though, so I sometimes have to push a big one around just to get a few items.I've gone in during the afternoon and had to wait in line about ten minutes, but usually there's no line at night. I always use the self-checkout and there's always someone nearby to do an ID check or otherwise help me. I've never had any problems with an employee, though it seems like they could maybe use a little more staff at times. The sushi is great.I've seen nicer grocery stores and nicer Krogers, but I've never had an experience here that made me want to avoid it.

The amount of carts in this parking lot is shameful. There were carts everywhere, some were even filled with bags of trash. Not only is this a danger to both customers and their vehicles, the handicapped spots were almost inaccessible due to the pile up of carts. At the very least, please make it safe for those using the handicapped parking to shop at your store.

I can tell the Lady named Kelly on the Customer service place is irritated. Looks like she hadn't gotten a lunch break. She kept her cool and still patient even though it is written on her face that she is irritated or annoyed. Noone was helping. Two coworkers came up and yet never asked if she needed help. Line was forming. And the two coworkers that came up only looked on. So Sad. Kudos Kelly. Keep @ it. Maybe she juz have an RBF. Jk

A friend of mine was kicked out of this Kroger due to a disability. I am utterly disappointed by the discriminatory treatment my friend received at Kroger. My friend, who suffers from Huntington's disease, a condition that severely affects his motor skills and cognition, was disgracefully kicked out of the store. Despite explaining his condition to the security guard and showing a card detailing his symptoms to the manager, they callously insisted on him leaving. It's appalling to witness such blatant disregard for individuals with disabilities. Kroger, a supposed advocate for inclusivity and diversity, failed miserably in upholding these values. This incident not only showcases their lack of empathy but also highlights the urgent need for better training on handling customers with disabilities.I urge Kroger to reevaluate their policies and provide comprehensive training to their staff to ensure that no one else has to endure such humiliating treatment. Discrimination has no place in our society, especially not in establishments that claim to serve the community.

Worst Kroger EVER! Store is always trashed. They are never stocked. Long check-out lines bc they have 90% of lanes, including self checkout closed. Multiple workers have been very rude (over the last 3yrs) to top it off. I drive out of my way to go to Meijer to avoid this mess of a store. They have got to do better.

Workers have bad attitudes when approached with the utmost respect. Only good thing is the Sushi place. Lines are super long…even self check out is ridiculous. They close off the other half of self check out when the line is as long as the entire grocery isle. See pics.

As a customer at this Kroger I have to say that I am ashamed with the amount of rude and ignorant customers who come and shop here. The workers at self checkout are always running from screen to screen trying to help people as fast as they can and we still have customers who will yell and complain at them for not being fast enough! If you can’t ring up your own items at self checkout without needing “help” then you should NOT be at self checkout. You should be at a register waiting in line having one of the cashiers ringing out your items. I am disgusted with the way some of these customers have been talking to the young folk who work there. Thank you to every worker at Kroger for trying your best and remaining calm with the amount of stupid and ignorant customers you receive on a daily basis. Most of these workers deserve a raise with how they are being treated at the workplace!!

I have been shopping at this store for almost 20 years. I have never had an experience with a customer service worker that bad. The managers here need to teach their employees what customer service is. If your job is to help people Fing help them, and don't leave them waiting 20 minutes. I Spent more time waiting for help then I did getting my groceries and the employees was right next to me doing absolutely nothing.

You kicked outa family friend this week, for having Huntington’s disease, because you felt uncomfortable by his movements. Which are similar to Parkinson’s. This is illegal. I had a taste for some pie, maybe banana cream or coconut cream fresh I guess you can say...nope frozen didn't want that so I turned my attention to potato salad 6.99 for a # of potato salad and then no price tag on it and they EXPECT you to walk half way around this hughmongus store to a scanner to get the price, give me a small neighborhood grocery store anyday..Thank you for reading my rant but I actually don't like huge stores like that..so why did I go in,? Because I thought they would have what I wanted, Hey! This Krogers Man...NOT!!

I dread every time I have to come here. I rarely am able to get everything on my list because shelves are not kept stocked or they simply don’t have the selection I’m looking for. Once I finish shopping and before I head out to the next grocery store to finish all the things that I couldn’t buy I generally have to wait in line an exorbitant amount of time. The bottle return is rarely open although it has been the last two times I’ve gone. But I attribute this to sheer luck. The store is five minutes from my house and the location is the most convenient it would be much better if it moved across the street took a larger building, sufficiently stocked it, and hired the correct amount of employees to serve the client base.

Horrible customer service. Love at the service desk ten people long. Employees wandering in and out. One girl trying to do it all but she's tied up with one customer. Been waiting a half hour. Ridiculous!

This is the worst kroger ever!!!! They never have any of the lines open. The do it yourself line is always down the chip aisle all the way to the meat department. They are always out of everything. The service desk closes hours before the store is close. The aisle ways are so narrow that you can barely fit your cart down them let alone or have enough room for some to pass you

I've been shopping here every week for the last few years and it's always been a pleasant experience. Especially today- Big shoutout to Nick, who was working the bottle return room. The place was spotless, SPOTLESS, despite the summer foot traffic. I have never seen the room look like that ever. He's doing a great job out there!
