Two years ago me and my wife bought a washer and dryer. The they delivered the appliances I mentioned to the delivery people if they could hook up and move the appliances in place. I also mentioned I have a heart condition and payed for the hook up. So what these animals did left the machine's in the middle of the laundry room. Were very rude, didn't care but did remove the washer. But left the old dryer behind. So I called home Depot they sent two gentlemen over to correct the problem. The problem is the hire useless delivery people.

You can always cross-reference sales items and location of all products at this business's website to make sure they have the item in stock. The Home Depot has a merchandising execution team that.It's purpose.It's to provide the best customer service possible so that the website's data reflects the stores in hand products. Try it next time you visit the home depot and you'll find the time you save to be priceless.

It's a Home Depot. You can't find what you're looking for, no one helps, stock and lifts in the aisles block what's on the shelves. Overpriced. Overcomplicated hardware section, no basic drain plug which I ended up finding at a local grocery.Funny cashier at the self checkout.Don't want to return but will probably have to.

Bought what I thought was two new bathroom items (vanity/sink and Linen closet) ….only to come home and find out both were or already opened and sold at one point? Why would you sell items at full price that have been opened that are clearly damaged? That’s robbing the customer and being shady…you didn’t even have all the fall/risk mounting items for risk for children? That suppose to be in there for lawsuit reasons. Why would you sell a shelf without it that’s been open ? There’s no reason except for bottom of the barrel management who do not care and run the store like fools placing incompetent people on jobs they should not have. I would not shop here because they do not care about what product they sell you OR WHAT SHAPE IT IS IN or the SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN.

Compared to other Home Depot locations, the staff here is good, just sometimes I feel like I’m playing hide and seek with them until I find someone that can help me 😅

BEWARE! Store is ran by scammers! Purchased a shed and was given a pick up time a couple hours later when we returned to pick the shed up we witnessed them loading my shed in another man’s truck n was told by the manager it’s not his problem… BEWARE….

I'd give 0 stars. Been waiting on my washer for weeks. Today their third company party that delivers can't be reached. And they're closed on sunday's. I'm a family of 8 . Tired of spending $60+ at the Laundromat every week when I paid almost $1000 for a washer.

Home Depot is to men, what Toys R Us is to kids!! It's just a big toy store for us guys. Service is always phenomenal with the floor personnel and the cashiers. Questions are answered precisely and with a smile, and usually, I'm escorted to my aisle by the person assisting me. I've never left there disappointed or without a new 'toy'.

Home Depot is my second home! The staff is amazing! These wonderful employees don’t point you in the direction of what you’re looking for but they walk with you and help you until you’re finished. I love that you can always find someone to help! I can write a book on this awesome business. From customer service to Tool Rental to checkout the store is simply amazing!

Had a basket full of supplies but still needed metal corner bead and 1x12 boards. These two and one other lane was gated off. I waited and waited while forklift was moving drywall around. Over 25 minutes and still wasn't done. Wouldn't even take a break so customers could retrieve a few things. How about taking a break or finishing off hours? I understand to bring a pallet down for stock, but this is crazy. I left cart and went to Lowe's. Not the first time I dealt with this. I am patient too, but it's costing me time and money. Home Depot, please keep your customers in mind.

I was in the store in Dearborn Heights yesterday and received the best customer service that I have ever received from Home Depot. Jada was very nice and friendly she helped me and answered all my questions, Nancy was really nice at the checkout and Genet/supervisor was super nice, she overheard that I called for help in a department and no one came so I went searching for someone, and she was very apologetic and listen to my concern. Thank you Home Depot and thank you ladies keep up the great workI was at home depot again today. Tuesday, September 6th and Shayna helped me out at the register. She was very helpful. Thank you,

Rented a truck from there for a few desks pickup. The service was good, paid 40 dollars a day us a 1.00 a mile. Good truck, everything went smoothly. Good service and price. Recommended for appliace rental.

It always amazes me how the staff can find the smallest screw among the widest assortment of hardware and wood products. If you're a veteran remember that you get a 10% discount you have to do so through their application.

On Monday, July 27th, Home Depot was supposed to deliver and install both my washer and dryer. I paid for this so that I would know it was hooked up correctly and I could have “no hassle” getting it installed. What I got was the exact opposite.They claimed that water lines where corroded and also refused to hook up the dryer. They did nothing but drop them off and even bent the tubing going out the back of the dryer. They didn’t hook up the gas line or level the washer even though that had nothing to do with the water line.I then called Home Depot to find out what could be done. After being on hold for an hour. They said I needed to have a plumber fix the pipes, and then they would install everything like they were supposed to. I asked if they had a plumber they recommended and called them.The plumber showed up the Tuesday the next day, and said there was NOTHING WRONG with the water lines. He said that this was the 3rd house this week where he showed up and Home Depot wouldn’t install washers and dryers, and there was nothing wrong with the system. The plumber they recommended charged me 45 bucks for just the call to conform there was nothing wrong. Again, I called Home Depot about this time they put me on hold 3 hours and transferred they said it would be another 2 weeks before they could hook everything up. The plumber said he would hook up everything for 30 bucks more that same day.I called Home Depot a 3rd time to get my refund for the installation and was I given the run-around on the phone once again. This time was the worst, they put me hold FOR AN HOUR each time in between taking. They transferred my call to delivery service back to Home Depot and then to LG and then back again to Home Depot. In the end, I was only given a pathetic $20 refund.I will never do business with Home Depot again, even thought it is a mile from my house. I would rather drive 10 miles to their competitor just to avoid another situation like this.
