They have 20 registers and they only have self checkout open. On top of that that barely has anyone working. It’s not the workers fault it’s 100% the leadership fault. Why only have self checkout open. The line was long and no registers were open. Do better please.

Always a great experience at this Target and great Sales I never expect to see. Its always,very neat and organized shelfs. Easy to find products and nice helpful employees. Lines are kinda long most of the time I go but not a very long wait,they kinda speed it along.

Some of the shelves were empty. That parking lot is a death trap. Loaded my car up and the young lady that parked next to me almost knocked me over. I'm sure rushing to get a Starbucks. Parked in a handicap spot - no handicap plate or placard. I did get her plate number.

Not a single regiser open. Forced to check out myself. When do does the employee discount kick in? There should be an option to have a checkout clerk.

Never come here. The staff is garbage. I waited in line for and hour to buy a single necklace. Turns out they don't take cash on any self scan machine. So instead of cashing me out they sent me to another line to wait another half hour for one necklace. I'll never support target again

The manager, Chris, does not care to read or follow Target's own return policies. Gave me a hard time about returning Cat & Jack items that did not have a receipt, even though website clearly states items can be returned without a receipt for merchandise gift card. Went to the Allen Park Target and got my refund.

I just wish there would be cashiers in the mornings, not just the self checkouts because the weight time is longer because there is no open cashier lanes other than that. Very pleased.

Worst customer service in my entire life! Word to the wise, DO NOT PURCHASE any Yu-Gi-Oh cards from this store! All have been tampered with and it looks like an inside job. They don't even have anyone on site to deal with the issue, or refund money.

I enjoy ordering online and then picking up in-store. Notice that order was ready for pickup was received quickly. They had a dedicated person/workstation set up for customer pickups separate from the customer service/cashier lane during the Christmas season and my order was handed to me in one minute. Order was correct. This was at the Dearborn Heights, Michigan Target.

i love this target its perfect its small making it very easy to find everything and it s also very clean just today i went there to pick up some things and a worker asked if i need some help i did and he helped me i had noticed he was very tried but he went out of his way to ask if i need anymore assistance then he helped me look for my next item we could not find it but he kept trying to look for it as i went to self checkout a lady helped me do a price match and she was very polite and respectful and helped me with the transaction quickly i usually always have bad luck with customer service anywhere else except here if i could have i would have tipped both workers !!!

Worst store in the ENTIRE DISTRICT!! Called with a simple question. Associate obviously didn't know the answer. Instead, they left us on hold. Got cut off, we called back, and the same maneuver. Called back, yet again, but this time, no answer...FROM EITHER DEPARTMENT!!!!! We continued to call and still no answer. It's ok. We will be going to speak with a manager.

It was decent.The shelves were empty and the shopping carts were all outside, so that means they'd been busy.The staff were pleasant, even the man from one of the outside vendors was cool!!I appreciate the self checkout.

Target is always a good store to shop at, whether you need to just run in and grab something quickly or spend hours shopping. This Target is always clean and neatly organized and has a nice atmosphere. The employees are very warm and welcoming and help you find what you're looking for. Altogether, it's an amazing store.

I go to the target on Ford rd in Dearborn Heights, everytime I go I am always Greeted and welcomed at the entrance and through out the store every employee I come in contact with always greets me and ask if I need any help. Very nice to be acknowledged. The store is always clean and stocked. My favorite target by far. Thank you.

Employees were rude when we walked in at 10:50 to buy a bike light and get out. Sorry, it was last minute. I work retail too so I know it doesn't feel the best, but no need to call us out from across the store. We were out at 10:55.

I was searching for pop when this very lovely employee asked if she could help me to find what I was looking for. I said yes and with that she continued to reach for the pop I wanted and placed it in my basket. She continued to help me until I got just what I wanted. Her name is Sue and she is an asset to Target. Thank You Sue!

The cashier said to the man behind us in line, “Thank you for your patience.” We had to wait for a woman ahead of us, but she didn’t say that to us...we thought it was odd of her to say that to a man, but not to a woman; made us feel less important. I found everything I was looking for, except one time they had expired milk in the cooler. This store should check the dates on their products and teach better customer service skills to their cashiers. Other than that, I was pleased with the store.

I came all the way there to.look for a hooverboard for my son. Online they had one in stock. I got there and it was none on the shelf. So I asked RYAN for help. And he went above and beyond to find that item. He was awesome! Retail need more employees like him. I will definitely call the managers tomorrow to tell them about his well appreciated customer service.Way to go Ryan!

I went for an interview and this lady Amanda said I didn't get the position on sight because I didn't have on make up during the interview I guess because the position was beauty however before the interview (the manger call me and said that the position I'm applying for you don't have to have experience for ......)but I told her I wear make up time to time and I will wear it on the job if it requires...I answer all the questions correctly and did very well during my interview I even dressed very nice and was very polite.....she ask me did I have any questions of course I ask her questions "What the important role of this position ?" She said being a leader and being friendly and told me she doesn't see that in me ...I feel like she wasn't fair at all and it was something more than that about who she were as a person......I love target and I will not be shopping there .

The grocery department is usually empty. It's so close to my home but I still go the Westland location because this one is so terrible. Even the Starbucks is bare. Went for a Danish and cat food the other morning around 9am. They had nothing but brownies. Nothing else that was displayed was in stock. Cashier was nice and apologized. Had to get a different brand of cat food since they were all out as well. Won't be back.

This place is always organized, the friendliest staff. And the order pickup is so convenient. Thank you so much Target for all that you do. Im so proud to call this place my second home!! My number one favorite store to shop at. ❤️❤️

I haven't been to a Target in a while. Shopping online for something I needed and they had it. I had to go to a Target a little further tho because the Target close to me didn't have all the items I wanted.

We have always come to this Target and loved it.However, today we walked up to the checkout with an item marked 34.98.The cashier rang it up and it came out to 89.99.We showed the cashier the tag and she said I will not honor that price. She claimed that we may have taken the tag off a different item.The audacity to just accuse me of stealing hell they have cameras they could have reviewed the footage and determined this was false.Then the cashier who claimed she was a manager called the store manager. I have both names and he came over and accused me of the same.I am so disappointed. Instead of just being polite and respectful they accused me of stealing. Needless to say due to these two employees I will go to mejier Kroger and Walmart instead.Thank you
