The Kroger at The Heights upholds the brands reputation. The team members are kind, friendly, keep what stock is available on the shelves. Produce is fresh and they offer a reasonable variety of products including broadly speaking Middle eastern and Mexican ingredients. Additionally they have a sushi build out, delicatessen, butcher and bakery. It’s orderly and clean and would recommend others to check it out. It is a bustling location so keep an eye out in the parking lot as it’s very busy.

This is one of my favorite markets to visit! The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. It's clean and well stocked most times. The staff are nice and professional and the other patrons are cordial. It's the same wether I shop early morning or late night.

**Always check the expiration on your items at this Kroger!For years I have seen expired food here. They would rather sell expired food to you than discount the goods. Today I bought their bakery cookies at full price, and after having one, they tasted stale. I checked and it has a "sell by date" for yesterday. Must have poor management, especially since I've seen this for years now.

Place is so busy owner doesn't want to clean or update scared to lose out on business for privately owned company you would think they care about their customers I guess they don't value Dearborn heights customers they only want their money outdated and dingy I happen to look up at the roof I seen years of dust and filth dangling down from the air vents also fruits and vegetables are rare to find in good quality there they like to crowd the people also they have a lot of cashiers and self checkouts they don't open I'm not going to lie I shop there a lot and spend a lot of money there but whenever I have the chance not to I don't because of those reasons also I'm going to avoid Kroger altogether trader Joe's I recommend good quality good customer service Kroger made this much last year 2023 $31.778 billion that is pure profit it is so hard to clean up your location in Dearborn heights when you making billions of dollars I guess that's what you deserve Dearborn heights or what Kroger thinks anyway oh and I forgot horrible bakery everything's expired and they don't care worst bakery of ever seen at a Kroger's

Ignorance at its finest. I was in check out line and the black girl that had her air pods in her ear was bagging meat with canned goods and then just throwing everything in the cart I asked her are you just going to keep throwing them in the cart this ignorant girl started looking at me mugging me stopped bagging and then I said you can finish bagging just please stop throwing the food I am purchasing she looked at me and said well you can bag it bc I'm not I asked to speak to a manager the manager came over with blonde hair and literally said um well ill deal with it and walked away. This is why business are falling apart bc you hire trash like this. Get better with your hiring process before you lose alot of business. And you only got a 1 star bc I had to leave one star to write a review . This location is trash and needs better management and employees

This particular Kroger needs work. The parking lot needs a redo, while there is a ton of carts in the parking lot outside there are none inside. For being such a high traffic location this store seems neglected from the bathrooms to the condition of the store itself. Compared to the other Kroger stores this location falls short.

I love the Taylor Kroger very clean, nice staff and there usually is always a lane open and not lines or not long lines plus they have where you can check your own self out. I always find what I need there. There thing I am not impressed with is that the prices are higher than Aldi's and that's where I usually grocery shop is Aldi's cause I can have a cart full of a bunch of food and only pay a little above 100 but when I go to Kroger I go and have a cart full I am paying at least 300 to 400 out the door. Also there's days where it's so packed it's hard to move around in that store but I do have to go to Kroger because of my autistic son is picky on foods he chooses that they don't have at Aldi's but have at Kroger.

Customer service, Jenna and another white lady with white hair and glasses, the worst I've seen. They are very rude and disrespectful. Was trying to send money for the holiday and after waiting a 45 minute wait they cancel everything.

Can always find what I need. Kroger has an app which I have on my phone but have no idea how to use it, therefore the sale items using the app don't apply for me. Maybe kroger should take the elderly into consideration.

(Livonia Michigan) Last minute shopping so the lines were horrendous on New Years eve! I was probably 40th in line. I felt bad for those who only had one or two items to purchase. ALL 5 checkout lines were 40 deep. I do understand that workers are scarce, but I didn’t understand why the cashier was rude and embarrassed me. I prematurely handed her my ID before she rang up my wine and she motioned with her hands, “ what?what?what?” In my embarrassment, I forgot to give her my coupons set to expire in two days. I spent $100! I’m not happy with Kroger.

Idk, I just feel like Kroger in general rarely gets new items. I go to Meijer or Walmart and I’m blown away at all the stuff Kroger doesn’t have. Also, would it kill you guys to keep hand carts stocked up front. Always an empty area where they’re stored. Where tf are they? People leave them at checkout when they’re done and they’re just seemly gone?

Two stars because customer service is terrible and I'm being generous because it isn't fair to all the workers. There always seems to be an issue with the recycling center especially when it comes to seasonal beverages. If kroger sells it the they certainly have to accept the empty cans. Customer service used to be responsible for fixing these issues. Instead of just fixing it I was asked to wait for someone to come fix the issue. I stood and waited for 10 minutes. Nobody ever showed. Mediocrity is the new norm I suppose. Won't return here.

There are many more grocery stores in the area to choose from, I encourage you to go to them and NOT to this Kroger! Rude management and a deli that is never open. I tried to get sliced deli meat yesterday (on a Sunday afternoon) and was told the deli was closed. This is about the 5th time this has happened, regardless of the time/day I try and use the deli services.

This Kroger is way better than the one that’s on Warren Road in Mirrorman very clean inside. At least they have two registers open anytime I go there not just our self check out. I would give them five stars. I don’t think I can necessarily blame it on Kroger, but parking lot going to hell and a little bit of trash around the area. Other than that the people inside are very nice and helpful.

We have visited this store multiple times at different hours of the day. The deli says they open at 8am and close at 9pm. We went in at 940am to be told the deli doesn't open until 10, however the sign says 9am. This store is run poorly! The meat counter, deli and bakery only open whenever they want with no rhyme or reason. Get it together Kroger!

Went today and had a large order. The cashier told me she was closed. I told her, but your light is still on and she proceedes to tell me she was closed again. So I start to take a couple items off the belt and then she says she is "open". Then she says you are making "me" work today. Not even in a joking manner. Wow. Then after I checked out she was stretching and saying that was too much. I am sorry, do you not want a paycheck? If it wasn't for me and one of the many shopping ever day, you wouldn't have a job. And this is why I wish they had the Meijer type of U Scans with the long belts for full orders. Worst experience. I would have said something to management but it wouldn't matter anyways. They weren't much help in the past either.

I have dialysis treatment right around the corner and I frequently come to this store to sometimes 3 days a week, I've noticed that the seafood area is often closed when I get here between 10:30 and 11:00 today the deli was closed at11 I asked a lady who always helps me and is usually very plesent with another gentleman what time they would open and I was told the deli would be closed all day no garlic bread from the bakery and the cart attendees is on his phone as I type this revi

The only thing I liked about this location was relatively quick checkout. Today just a little bit busy. Get to checkout & only one lane open. 9 people with full carts & line not moving. Left my cart & walked out. These stores want us to do job of checkout (self checkout) so they can fire people.

The worst experience in the bakery department ever! She had a complete attitude when she took my order and everyone told me to cancel my cake order but I said no and kept it! I went in to order it on the 1st of November and to pick it up the 12th…… I swear on everything I love the cake was totally different than the online picture and store image, she put the wrong age on the cake….and it looked horrible. I had to go to another baker to fix the cake. I wanted everything on the cake but the character in the middle……I waited til Monday to call the manager and she did not care about their mistakes…. I highly believe it was the same lady who took the order down in the first place…. Never Again 😒 Thanks Krogers for ruining a birthday experience for someone because somebody was in a bad mood. Thank You to the one employee who fixed the age.

Charyl was awesome. The florist was gone for the night but she made sure to help me choose and wrap the perfect bouquet. It was sweet and that customer service. I appreciate her and hope Kroger is keeping her happy because as I'm writing on the card, all I hear is another customer complimenting her on her kindness and professionalism

If I can put less then one I would. I transfer money and they put wrong information and I came up to talk to the lady her name is Amanda she were so rude and not respectful. She stand in a side with her friends in front of the customer and start saying that I was rude she stop talking and helping me out and she took the next customer. That was trouble experience I ever had and that called racism and I will address that to the corporation to take the action with her way on treating customer last time I will to go this store location and I don't recommend anyone go to this store
