I love the store and waited a very long time for it to open. But today Sunday April 28, 2024 6PM there are 2 guys clearly junkies collecting everyone’s carts for the quarters. One of them grabbed my cart and asked to carry my stuff to the car. Someone needs to go out there and get rid of them seeing how you cannot call the store directly to let them know there is a problem.

Awesome staff. New store looks old already. Yhe parking lot is a horrible accident waiting to get some one seriously hurt. The structure is too closed in. The landscape is horrendous, although better drain area where parking was. I skip Aldi's now due to the parking space design.

After what happened at my last visit at the store I will not return. A cashier, redhead, wearing a wristbrace and glasses, receipt says that her name was Veronica but not sure about that, was the most unprofessional cashier I have ever come in contact with. She got upset because I put my items on the belt for her to take account of. Yes you heard that right she got an attitude to do her job and then called me a silly girl And I can say there is nothing girl about me. She quickly followed this up by saying that she was in a bad mood because she just got back from therapy not mental therapy physical therapy no way not mental therapy she's not crazy!!! I was absolutely appalled and embarrassed at what she was saying. I'm even more appalled that Aldi does not have a way for me to contact them the number I've had for 15 years says invalid number in their email system when i tried to file a complaint at corporate. I think they just don't want to deal with customer complaints. I'll take my business and my money down the street to the local grocery store where I'm treated with respect. Veronica needs to be held accountable for her unprofessionalism.

Clean and a bit out dated, but the team here was very professional and I found almost everything I needed. I accidentally left about 6 recyclable bags behind and never retrieved them, so I was disappointed that they were gone when I went back to see if they were there. Haven't been in stock anywhere since I've lost them so I haven't been able to replace. But the store was great.

Brand new store opened two weeks ago. Well stocked and organized. When I couldn't find chocolate syrup, it was brought right to me in the cashier's line. Thank you so much

I love Aldi's!!! That is my favorite place to grocery shop over Kroger and Walmart. The prices are cheap and I can get more food from there for a low price instead if u go to Walmart, Kroger and Saturn. The staff is helpful. They also have everything i really need except they run out of stock fast of things I need for my son. He's autistic & there's only certain food he will eat and most of the time I have to make 2 trips to get what they don't have so I can make sure what I couldn't get from Aldi's I get the rest from Kroger usually.

Always love Aldi. Well the prices have gone up slightly, they still beat the big box grocery store. And the brands that Aldi carries are typically as good as, if not better then, the big brand names. However I've noticed that Aldi is bringing in more of the big brand names, which I'm not too happy about. Because the brands that they had were quite a bit less expensive and as I said above where is good as if not better than the big brand. Please bring back all the "former" Aldi products and get rid of the big brand

Good for the basics, dairy, and seasonal items. I have several things from their frozen and fresh foods that I really like. Seasonal items and seasonal foods come and go rather quickly, so when I find one of these items that I really like I try to stock up before they are gone. Once I procure the basics, I then check out the bigger chains for varieties and items they don't have at Aldi. I avoid buying bags by using their boxes. Great bread and baked good prices, especially for hot dog and hamburger buns. Reliable deals for eggs, butter, milk, cheeses, and cranberry almond chicken salad. If you don't like anything or find a problem with something simply take it back for their no hassle guarantee. Some organics, some name brands, and many store brands. Limited variety, but good for specialty items and basics. Know your prices and check local sales but Aldi is reliably competitive or cheaper and a fun place to discover and try new things.

Other day me and my service dog tea cup yorkie was shopping and a 6ft6 bald head guy said no dogs allowed I said here's his I d..he said no dogs allowed..since my 5 yr old sonny is not allowed I guess I ain't either..but I will help you spread the news..1 tells 10 and so on....

One of the first Aldi's locations in SE Michigan was leveled at Easter and then re-built/opened just before New Years in 2023. Larger, with spacious aisles, state-of-the-art coolers, freezers, self-checkouts and helpful personnel. Aldi's success has reshaped American's grocery shopping habits!

Update: changing from 4 to 5 stars. They just reopened and it looks amazing in there! Parking lot is nice and fresh with ample parking. They have self check out now, which is nice but I haven’t used it yet. During the grand opening they gave out coupons which was great bc I’ve never had a coupon for aldi(they have great prices, but times are tough). Definitely recommend this Aldi!Great finds at Aldi! Even decently priced organic items. Unfortunately some prices have gone up, but still decent. The setup of this store can be kind of tight at times, especially in the bread area by the cashiers.

Small store with small selection. Mostly store brand items to keep prices down, but quality is on par with other store brands. A small amount on shelf allowed for regular rotation of fresh items. Honestly could use more lanes open at peak hours but lines usually move fast. Not very busy, so less crowding, and quieter. Employees seem happier, less pressured, than bigger stores. Decently cleaned, no weird smells. Heard the center aisle seasonal merchandise has fan page on Facebook jokingly called " aisle of shame". Various items from clothing to exercise that has nothing to do with food, mixed in with some very useful stuff, but interesting and sometimes worth the price.

Took a friend of mine here to get groceries. Store was clean, shelves were stocked, lines were moving quickly do to the cashier personnel ‍♀️. Only thing I can't get believe is the prices for No-Name-Brand goods. Unbelievably high. If the price for No-Name-Brand goods are the same as Name-Brand they can at least give bags to sack your groceries for free instead of paying .07$ for paper & .10$ for plastic. I do and fully agree with the .25$ for the cart fee that's refundable upon returning your cart. Keeps the parking lot clean and cart from hitting your car.. 🚘➕️🛒=⏳️,💸

ALDI is my favorite grocery store and this one in garden city is definitely the cleanest and most stocked… fruits and veggies are very fresh and delicious,and my favorite part is the cheese section,very big variety of the best cheeses and the price is niceThey always stock up on seasonal products like kitchen items and gift ideas and garden stuff that beats the market prices, always check at Aldi first before buying somewhere else and save money 💰

They have outstanding customer service. They were able to knock down the lines very quickly while still abiding to social this is same guidelines. I ended up forgetting my wallet they put my items to the side until I arrived a few moments later with the wallet in hand. The store was extremely clean and organized as well.

Super Convenient.Not the best selection! but still good. Everything is fresh though! : ]The absolute most inexpensive grocery store around - if anyone gets upset with the prices .... I'm not sure what to say...!Found out we needed a quarter for the buggy ... A good laugh! Had to go into the store to exchange for a quarter. Not bad, I suppose.I like this system.Lines are sometimes long but move quite quickly.Clean store!
