Outstanding steak and fixings again from the Detour Passage Market. They cut their own meat in house and you will not find any better. If you like burgers you will fall in love with the burger it's not very often you have only burger in the pan without needing to drain off the grease and the best on the grill.Yes it is a small town local market and they have the Dollar General to compete with as more small towns have now days but they have a good selection of items you need. The service is great and I don't go anywhere but here they have what I need.

Popped in here to grab some deli sandwiches but the cooler had been running warm. The owner greeted us and offered to make fresh sandwiches, we ended up getting some snacks and chatting with her for a little bit. It’s a great store and despite being in a touristy area was super reasonably priced- the meat is butchered there and looked gorgeous. They have all of the staples you’d need and you’re supporting a truly local business. It’s a shame a Dollar General was built next door.This place will be our go-to for food in future trips.

The staff and especially the owner are all very friendly and personable. They make newcomers to DeTour like myself feel very comfortable. Sometimes they don't have what I need and I wish their produce section was better but I always shop here first.

We used the DeTour Passage Market a lot while staying locally to buy food and drinks. The customer service was perfect! Only giving them 4 stars because we bought beer and realized it was expired when we got home.

This is absolutely the best small town grocery store! Great customer service, if you're looking for a product just ask the girls, if they can get it they WILL!! Always the happiest and most cheerful crew. They always have fresh meat and produce, and of course liquor and a beer cave! I would definitely recommend anybody traveling to DeTour Village to visit this marvelous little store 😊

I visit DeTour every year and always make it a point to shop at DeTour Passage. The owner Karen and all her staff treat myself and all who shop there with old school hospitality that has been forgotten. Detour Passage Grocery Store has a good selection of everyday items, and a meat department that has a great selection of the best steaks in the area. They also have a fully stocked beer and liquor section as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. If you make it to Detour stop in and see for yourself, you'll be glad you did.

830 am to 530 pm, M-Sat. And 10 to 1 Sundays. Never open long enough to actually spend your money there. The ladies are fantastic and make the store charming. Wish they could be open before and after working hours....even just until 7p ONE night per week.

Great stop to refill on supplies for the boat. We cleaned em out of the fresh stuff. They were very kind and happy to serve us. Social distaning and sanitation practices were up to par.

DeTour village inn is a remarkable old fashioned bar and resturant. Don't be fooled by the home town atmosphere. The sandwiches are huge. The cheeseburger is at least a half pound. If your not immobilized by them, there's indoor shuffleboard. Gotta go there.

The ladies who work in this store will bend over backwards to help you get what you need in their little grocery store. They even welcome people who have dogs with them. I bring my little six pound black poodle in there with me whenever I go in and they even go to the meat department and cut off a chunk of beef to give to him. The store has everything you need for a little grocery store in a little town.

Best price, selection. The greatest group of women to make delicious potato salad...mayo or miracle whip versions both available. Plenty of beer, Vernors and supplies you will find. Liquor and a beer cave, included.

Only real grocery store in town. Sad to see that it's up for sale but I hope it remains a grocery store. It's a small store, not like a Kroger, but it has what you need and that's what matters.
