They do weird and shady stuff here. They won’t fill certain drugs that are popular, claiming supply issues. I’ve had multiple people in Davison switch and immediately get the same drug filled. Lapeer Walgreens even has stock of the stuff that they claim they “can’t get”. Something weird and fishy is going on here.

Even though I did not get my flue shot here today... I wanted to take the time to write a review for the exceptional service I received. I understand that coverage contracts etc are out of the hands of the workers. So, when I was told that the vaccine would not be covered without significant cost to me... I was appreciative. It wasn't her fault. In fact, I hadn't brought my coverage card, they didn't have my coverage on file. So.. she had to take extra steps to look it up using my wife's info. All the while she was pleasant and helpful. I wish I would have caught her name. All of this was in contrast to the service I received when I went next door to get it at Rite aid. There...as a customer I was made to feel i was bothering them. I wish Walgreens had the contract with our coverage.

The pharmacy is a very very busy spot and they have put into play some good ways to process and provide the publics demand for their prescriptions. They have 2 car lanes in their drive thru. They are always smiling and helpful even while doing some major multitasking!

The Exception

2yrs after COVID, the pharmacy has failed me many times. For 2 holiday weekends I was without scripts because they supposedly never received them. For months in a row I was told my Dr hadn't called in my scripts (I don't get drugs until my legit Dr calls them in. That's their permission to refill as stated). Suddenly, they refused to fill ALL scripts at same time, just to make me come back 1 day later. Call in message says "pick up tomorrow after 10am" but a day after that I'm told they're out of stock. EXCUSES: electricity was out, computers were down, not enough staff, rude at the window, confused at window, talk over you on the phone. I want to switch but Rite Aid is no better. Kroger & Walmart take up to a week to fill. Mail order is too sketchy. I'm done there.

This pharmacy is routinely out of my medicine and they never have any clue when they'll get more and it's something I need to be able to function so it's not something little. They couldn't add more stress to my life. Wish they could hire someone who knew how to track the stock of what they have and order what they need but I don't think anybody does that job there. I'd give them -5 stars if I could

Friendly staff, pharmacist over step a few times trying to get on me about a medication they themselves felt I shouldn't be on. However that isn't their job, that is my doctors job, they are not there when we are discussing my treatment. The pharmacist jobs are to fill & bill...other than that I love our home store.

This pharmacy is the worst. The technicians are consistently rude af. When there is an issue with a prescription the pharmacists and technicians are unhelpful and disrespectful towards people self-advocating to simply get their prescription filled. The lack of professionalism here makes me wanna barf🤢🤮

The pharmacist cancelled my prescription refills twice in a row without anyone contacting me about it. I have everything set up on automatic refills with delivery, so I didn't even realize there was a problem until I was already out of medication. Now they've closed temporarily, so I can't do anything except get my doctor to send a new prescription somewhere else. I've never had this problem with presciptions before, really frustrating and scary to think someone can just take your prescribed medication away without telling you!!

I will never shop at Davison Walgreen 9 pm last night neither lady was helpful. I asked them to look in the back for something, after one person said the ran out and another one said we haven't received them yet. It would be nice if people would do their jobs! What would it have hurt to look? No one was even in the shop but me.

Wow! I was treated like royalty this morning! I was greeted promptly, my prescription was filled quickly, I got my flu vaccine, and everyone was pleasant and professional. I drive past other pharmacies to get to the Davison Walgreens and they make me glad I do. Nice work folks.

Dropped prescription off at 120pm, was told they close from 130pm to 2pm for lunch and to come back at 215 to 230pm to pick up prescription. I arrived at Walgreens at 220pm to a sign on the drive thru window that they are temporarily closed, went to the main doors to store, doors were locked and sign stated temporarily closed. I called and spoke to the call center and was told there was nothing they could do as my prescription has to be in paper form for another pharmacy to fill it as it can't be transferred!! They stated they may have closed due to a positive covid case and if so will be closed for 4 days! So, I will be without my medication until this store reopens 😡.

The Pharmacy here has made countless simple mistakes when billing my insurance over and over throughout the past few years. This has resulted in me having to use my spare time to iron out issues that don’t have a reason to exist. I will be taking my business to a pharmacy that doesn’t waste my time.

I was in this store today to pick up a prescription for my mother, who is quite ill. As I entered, my shoes were wet and I slipped and fell, I was not hurt too badly..hit my right knee..but the staff were immediately with me, asking if I needed anything, even got a beautiful hug from one of them!! Made me feel like they cared..,which they did. A blessing for sure during a difficult time....thank you!!!!

Love this walgreens! Super helpful pharmacy staff and Employees! They also do really well when it comes to photo gifts! I had my floating frames done here for Christmas and they turned out beautiful!

Always had good luck at the Davison Walgreen's. The pharmacy staff is excellent! The prices are fair. Until recently they have always stocked everything you could ask for. They have improved services to meet the Covid situation. Kudos!!

I came in with a prescription to be filled at 9pm and they had me out the door with my pills in 5 minutes. Pharmacist was very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I've been coming here for years and only one time did I have a bad experience with the lady at the checkout. It was late and just about closing time. No worry's. They normally treat people top notch.

I dropped off a simple prescription of a mouthwash was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes I've been here 35 minutes so I took my script and I will go to Rite Aid in Grand Blanc where they know how to fill a prescription and adequate time period pharmacist was rude

I have had pleasant and helpful service at this Walgreens. They caught that my doctor prescribed a medicine that I am allergic to and called him for a different medication. Whenever I have questions, they are very helpful.

Arbitrary coupon policy of 1 like coupon per transaction, enforced as 1 transaction per person. Not cool as most competitors allow 4 like coupons per transaction AND allow multiple transactions per person.

They have a great selection. If you can't find it elsewhere, look here.ALSO, to those who complain about them using videos for training, MOST places of employment now days lack real trainers, and use videos instead, many required by law.
