I’m headed to the Tractor Supply in a few minutes. While I’ve been waiting for the other half to get around I’ve been reading the review which I will say are not that good. But that’s ok. We humans lover to complain and drag other humans through the mud. But on occasion we have legitimate concerns/complaints that should be shared/ addressed.I am giving Tractor Supply 5 stars right now. I am very optimistic that I will have a great experience. All will go well. Employees will be found doing their job. I will get what I need, pay, and leave. All will be well. I will be thankful and grateful. So if I don’t return to this to update after my trip, perfect! You will then that they earned the thank you and the 5 stars.God bless,D. May

There is a guy named Tom in Muskegon Mich. He has been telling me for 3 months++ that my $60.00 rebate is "on the way in the mail" can't get it at the store and MORE promises to send it again, will deter all my friends from going here forever and THEY WON'T this is horrible I spend over $12k and can't get my rebate

Tractor Supply is one of my least favorite stores. There never seems to be anyone available to help you in the store. The lines to check out always seems to take forever. Items in the store are over-priced. My mother bought three baby ducks from this store. At that time, They also advised my Mother that she could feed her baby ducks chicken feed. Sadly, THIS IS NOT TRUE. You can feed baby ducks chicken feed because it lacks niacin. It caused my Mother’s duck to be lame and lose its ability to walk properly. THID IS THE REASON YOU ARE GETTING ONE STAR! I would have you zero stars if I could. We had to buy the duck a wheelchair. Make sure to do your own homework.

This store used to be great, but now it's not. The employees, other than Renee, never seem to know what they are doing. They aren't helpful either. I dont know who is running the store anymore but it needs work. Today the cashier was rude and didn't know how to do her job

The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The "Curbside Pickup" is great and it's free, unlike some other places.The only thing I don't like, is their prices are usually a little higher than most stores. Good place to shop when they have sales.

Do you know how long it's been since I've went into a specialty store of any kind and been helped by someone who knows what they're talkin about???? Well I can tell you how absolutely wonderful it was to have Renee wait on me, explain to me what I needed, and tell me exactly where I would find it!! I was so happy with her service that I signed up for their email program, which I otherwise NEVER would have done! What a great employee! I watched her wait on at least five customers while I was there and she was so friendly and knowledgeable with every one of them! I'm leaving the store now and I just can't stop smiling!!

Miss Amy was great on the phone today with my questions about chickens. I ended up getting them at the fenton store but she was a life saver. Knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Friendly store with great deals. Will be back. Bought some outdoor winter clothing for working and filled propane tanks. The person helped me even educated me on tank certifications, because they weren't able to fill one (had 3) due to it being over 18 years old. No biggie, safety is important, and they handled it professionally. They also gave me a veterans discount on the propane!

I'll state first off that I love TSC and shop here often! I tend to frequent a different TSC closer to home but the Davison store had what I needed on this particular day. I placed an online order and got an email confirmation. But shortly after I received a cancelation email. So I called the store to see why it was canceled. The gentleman I spoke with was rude and condescending! He stated that the item was not in stock, I said the website says it was. He continued to get argumentative I said fine I was just wondering why the order was canceled and we hung up. I was not satisfied with his answer so I called the store later that day and very nice girl took the time to physically look, and what do you know the item was in stock so I placed the order. When I arrived for pick up I was approached a gentleman and I knew by his voice it was the guy I spoke with early that morning. But he just kept walking asking me questions so I had to follow him through the store trying to answer his questions which was frustrating! I said I think my order is outside due to the size and he turned around and said "do you work here? Are you telling me how to do my job" At that point I turned my back on him! When we got to the back yard I wanted to count the item to ensure they were all there. He again got rude and stated they are there why are you counting? I backed my truck into the yard and him and another worker loaded my items. I was attempting to strap them down and the guy screamed pull your truck out so we can close the gates! Is that the safest thing to do??? I will not purchase anything form this store again! I drove 30 minutes to this store but never again! I will wait until a store closer to home has the items I need

Went in to buy dog food and was told by the cashier I only loved my dog a little bit because I didn’t buy him grain free food and was lectured about corn… seriously… my dog eats napkins and dead animals, im sure he will live through corn.

I ALWAYS forget about TSC then ‼️!BAM!‼️I'll need to do some shopping & once in a while someone will tell me to go there for the items I need. I end up shopping there and kicking myself for always forgetting about Good ol TSC. This Feed, Tool & Garden store is AWESOME! THEY HAVE A Large VARIETY OF FOOD FOR ALL YOUR FARM ANIMALS. You can also find POWER TOOLS, PAINT, HUNTING EQUIPMENT, BAIT FOR DEER, CARHARTT CLOTHING, WINTER GEAR, WORK BOOTS OR MUCK BOOTS (THEY HAVE A TON TO PICK FROM!!) Kids sizes - Adults sizes. ECT!!! THEY HAVE DeWalt BRAND TOOLS! 👩‍🔧 Staff is very helpful and friendly. (I was shopping at the Davison store on Lapeer Rd. In front of Meijer) Enjoy!! Happy Shopping!!

I usually shop here to buy cat food/kitty litter etc. I will now be using the ortonville store. One of the employees gave me the dirtiest look as I was walking up to the cash register. I had kitty litter and a cat toy in my hands. She has always been extremely rude to me, giving me dirty looks and talking to other customers about me (as I’m in the store) Extremely unprofessional. And she’s a manager! her name is Heather.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is right next to Meijer, so it's convenient. If you think this store if only for "farmers" or "guys" than you need to go a take a look because you might be surprised in what you find. There is much more than I expected at fair prices.

I was asked it I needed help as soon as I walked in. I said yes and the sale guy put my items on a cart for me. I paid and two sales guys help load the items into my truck. Thank you so much for the help. Made my shopping easier and faster.

The people that work at the Davison store are so wonderful. Renee is so nice, if you need advice about your animals, she is definitely the one to talk to. She is awesome.

Avoid carry on trailers. Bought one at the end of January. Used it for about 1000 miles. The hub bearings were rotted out and water in the dust cap. I have other trailers with over 50k of mileage and not one problem. I am fortunate that the wheel didn't come off and cause an accident. Management was not helpful. I had to buy a whole new axle and hub assembly. Pretty crazy to replace all that in 4 months what a pos trailer.

Best tsc I've ever been to unlike the one in lapeer the lapeer tsc seems like the staff is trying to avoid customers where here they greet you and ask if you need help. Great place to take your dog too my pup made her first trip in there today with many more to come.

Quality of took and supplies and price of propain can not be beat. They have warranty on there took products. So why buy the high price name brand. I was very happy to see I could just back my motor couch inside the gate and be topped of in just minutes.
