The pharmacist at this location was professional but down to earth. He remembered my name after just one visit. He took the time to go over all of my vaccinations and got me up to date and current. The pharmacy associates were courteous efficient and very welcoming. I originally use a different location but due to a fire that occurred next door I had to go to another location. I was so pleasantly surprised by the care and service I received that I'm permanently switching to this new location. Please keep up the excellent work

It’s 8:19 pm on 3/27/24. The disgusting blonde women at the front register deserves to be demoted to any lower position where she does not have to deal with the general public. Her behavior was downright rude and condescending. I only hope that the next customer does not get the same experience as me.

Bought a product. Due to a busy and hectic life/schedule, went to return the product after 12 days, even though I knew I wanted to return it within the first 5 days. Lost the receipt. I knew the transaction amount, the date of the transaction, and had the card I used for the purchase. I figured no problem, they will be able to look it up. I was wrong. Had to do a no-receipt return because of it, and received only half of what I paid. All because I lost my receipt and they weren't even willing to look up the receipt for me with all of that information. Terrible service. I do not recommend this store.

My scripts are always filled promptly, when called in over the computer system. I am treated cordially and with kind, helpful concern, by the only pharmacist working! She goes the extra mile to even help me temporarily. I appreciate that! I cannot think of anything that I would want to ask additionally for her to do for me. Other staff in the store are pleasant and helpful! I never had an experience with rudeness at this N.State Rd. Rite Aid. It is a nice store to frequent.

The phramacist at this location needs an attitude adjustment asap. Shes extremely rude and snippy. I went in at 1230 to fill a prescription she told me itll be a couple hours....understandable shes the only one up there..... But when i called up there to check the status of my prescription a couple hours later she proceeds to tell me "i told you itll be a couple hours"Yeah well its been a couple hours and I'm in so much pain right now all i needed was an update.She then proceeds to get more of an attitude and says fine itll be 15 more minutes then hungup on me.I have gotten nothing but attitude everytime i go up there to fill a prescription so ill be switching to the rite aide on s state street where their phramacy hours are more convenient and the phramacists are so much nicer

Can't believe the employees wouldn't allow a small child use the bathroom because the "public bathroom" was locked and the short haired girl didn't want to unlock the door great community store we have here in Davison

I visited this Rite Aid for the first time last night. I had been searching for the J&J vaccine and found out that this Rite Aid had a limited supply. The night I went for my vax, the pharmacy was extremely busy filling scripts inside and drive-thru, checking vax forms, giving vax shots, answering questions. It was hectic and non-stop. The pharmacist and techs hardly had a moment to breathe. Still, through all this, they were very professional, courteous, and helpful. I am grateful to have such dedicated workers like this in our community.

Awful service. Told 1 hour for a prescription.. then when I come back they say 30 more minutes. No one else in the store. Poor service.. going elsewhere. Sorry but not ok.

The female pharmacist is extremely rude. They lost my wife's prescription then acted like it was my fault that they couldn't read it when they did find it. All she did was complain about how short handed they are. Everyone is short handed. That's not my fault or my wife's fault.
