Absolutely the worst pharmacy location ever. Constantly arguing with me over simple prescriptions. A tech told me I don’t need the amount that has been prescribed and asked why I am not just buying meds over the counter. Also, if you a chronic pain patient, be prepared to be treated like a junkie and like you are taking precious time of their life. Whoever is a store manager should be embarrassed about this pharmacy. I have spoken to the pharmacist and she blew me off.I will be switching to another location since I am absolutely STUCK using them for 2 scripts. I have moved all my other recurring scripts to a small independent pharmacy who treats patients with dignity and respect.

I had picked up a prescription and it was not accurate to what the doctor told me. I called and was put on hold for 18 minutes. I hung up and called back and was put on hold without even a greeting and then the call disconnected. I called back a third time and spoke with a different person who was so nice and actually answered the phone like a human was on the other side of the call. Her name was Jennifer, she helped me and was patient and found the issue and called the office to get it corrected. I wasn't happy with the service I received prior but because of Jennifer, I will leave a 5 star review because people do make a difference and the other employees at this pharmacy should take note and be more kind since they are in the customer service business. Meijer, you can do better, hire more Jennifer's.

Just switched to Meijer in April, & my experience has been excellent from the very beginning. My prescriptions are always filled promptly. Today I hadn't reached my car after my Dr.appt.& I already had a notification that my Rx was being filled. Their entire staff always go out of their way to accommodate my needs, whatever they may be. I give a 5 star rating.

The rudest pharmacists . Especially over the phone before you even get a word out of your mouth they always answer with the worst attitudes. There’s only one or two nice pharmacists there. It’s been years of using this pharmacy before even writing this review so, this has been consistent. I don’t recommend if you don’t absolutely HAVE TO use this pharmacy like I unfortunately have to.

I normally go to the Center Rd meijer, and have never had a problem. That meijer is always very nice and helpful with my medications. I’ve one that is a specialty medication and comes in an incredibly terrible box (punch outs through cardboard and lots of tearing, generally takes a lot of mobility in your hands to open), and they regularly will put it in a bottle upon request due to it being an accessibility issue. I’ve terrible carpal tunnel and regularly cannot do tasks like this. The Davison meijer was remarkably rude over the phone and refuses to assist in that matter, claiming they aren’t allowed to remove a prescription from the packaging. Even though it’s an accessibility issue and they are more than capable to label the bottle. Already called the specialty pharmacy to let them know that this specific meijer is not accessibility friendly, and to insure I never have to go to this meijer again.

The customer service varies and the lines are always long. They do fill my prescriptions quickly when I ask for a refill in the app and they rarely don't have the medication I need. I think there needs to be a better drive thru, it is always wrapped around and when walking into the store instead you are a tad fearful of getting hit.

Picked up a prescription on June 08 and at that time I asked for another prescription to be refilled, which expired June 30, and they just didn’t fill it. No communication was sent to me that it was filled (because they neglected to) or that they couldn’t fill it. Now, they refuse to fill it because the prescription is expired even though I asked for it to be refilled almost one month prior. I’ve been using this pharmacy since I was a child and I’m very dissatisfied with the disorganization of this location.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Just sat in line for 40 mins and there were only 4 cars ahead of me. I saw at least three cars behind me exit the line to either go somewhere else or try the inside service to see if it was any quicker.

Dear Corporate,Yesterday I went to pick up my script for a second time. When I had previously tried to pick up my script they told me I needed to call my insurance company because Meijer was receiving an error when billing. No big deal. So I called BCBS and they told me the mistake was on Meijer's end, again no big deal. However, when I went back to pick up m6 script the lady at the drive thru t9 old me they were still getting an error and I needed to call BCBS again. I asked if shoe cold call on my behalf since I was over being the middle man. She told me and I quote, “we never ever call insurance I. The clients behalf”. It was my problem and I needed to call them again because BCBS was the one denying the request. So, I called RiteAid and guess what. They had no problem billing BCBS. I asked them if there was a problem billing BCBS if they would call them. even though they had no problems with billing my insurance they said that they call insurance companies all the time on clients behalf when there is an error or issue with billing.Never again will I use Meijer Pharmacy in Davison.

I was going there every month. This has happen more then once. They tell me a time I can pick it up. Then when I get there they say it can't be filled for another day. So when I asked her why she couldn't call me and tell me she got rude. I mean my script said it could be filled that day. If my insurance won't pay for it until the next day then why wouldn't you call me and tell me that. Instead she was really rude and when I asked for it back she said well no one else will fill it. Well she was wrong and they're slow and rude there.

Stopped in for an over-the-counter pain medicine that my mother uses. It's the only pain medication she will take. She's in her 80's. I asked at the pharmacy if they could help. They said, "you're going to have to just look for yourself." MOD Melissa F. found the empty spot in a snap, and she was very courteous. I usually use Meijer in Burton, MI. The Pharmacists there will come out and help you find an item. It was an older female white haired that I talked to, while the pharmacist at Davison just shook her head when I said, "thanks for your help, which was none." I didn't catch her name. Very short-haired older female. My Meijer app wouldn't work in the store, or I would've known it was out of stock. Avoid this Meijer.

What a joke. My wife recently was in the hospital and when she was released she needed an Rx filled ASAP or she'd be right back in the emergency room. The Rx was called into the pharmacy - really common and readily available at any pharmacy, however according to the staff it would not be available for several days. After I went up to the pharmacy and torn the staff a new one, the Rx was magically filled within an hour.

This is easily the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The woman I was on the phone with got frustrated and put me on hold without even telling me while I was in mid sentence and didn’t let me finish what I was saying at all. Extremely unprofessional. It’s always so chaotic inside and outside with the lines. Don’t waste your time.

Went to pick up a script. Sat in line behind 1 car for 20 minutes in the drive thru pickup. There were 8 of us in line. Not the first time this has happened. Will be moving my scripts to another pharmacy.

Had to go there today and get covid testing done after already being really stressed out and worried about my kiddos being sick. I make it a point to be extra polite to workers any employee really first just being decent and secondly working in retail/pharmacies can be tough. Idky but everytime I gotta towards Flint, Burton, Davison everyone's acting ridiculous man that I HAVE to engage with. Like believe me Karen if I had it my way I wouldn't be forcing this polite interaction to begin with but alas adulting. Anyway the pharm tech here is rude af normally w.e but she made it very blatant and clear and straight up ignored me at several times trying to just talk to her nicely do you know how uncomfortable it is to be trying small talk with a person who's just deadpan staring at you and ignores you? It's awkward mate. People have bad days hoping she's not just like that in general if you don't like people don't work a position where you're customer service skills should be on point. P.s you literally work next to a tractor supply... go pet some baby ducks and chickens and let the dopamine flow through you js.

Been using this pharmacy and strictly this pharmacy, for years but I am about to switch. I am so tired of ALL the issues. In the past 6 months I have called in a script, gone to pick it up and told it was not in stock! No phone call, no nothing!!!! I have called in scripts and more than once gone to pick it up after the automated specified time and told it was not ready and wouldn't be ready until later. I have gotten calls that a prescription is ready only to go pick it up and be told they do not have it. So frustrating! Not to mention some of the staff can be very rude and incredibly slow at times.

Had a prescription for my daughter that never was filled. Later I Had two prescriptions for my daughter to pick up and they only had one done. I asked about the other and they looked it up. They found it in their system (not filled of course), plus the one for her from 3 weeks ago that they never filled. I only give 2 stars because of the mPerks.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used. When you call the pharmacy, expect to be put on hold upwards of 40 min! My medication is always out of stock. A medication I can't run out of, and it happened two months in a row.

Don't work in a medical field if you wish to not help people. I had the worst experience when filling out paperwork and had been scoffed and eye rolled at for absolutely nothing. Then one of the ladies working proceeded to call me by a different name, as if it was my name but it wasn't, and acted like I was ignoring her and mumbled under her breath when i had said that wasn't even my name let alone the person shes looking for. Imagine having a terrible attitude while at a job that have peoples lives at hand.

Meijer has the tastiest fresh fruit and vegetables I have found consistently anywhere. I also love the 10 for 10. This afternoon my dentist wrote me a script for an antibiotic that I had filled at Meijer. I about fell over when they didn't charge me or my insurance, wow, what a place. They told me certain antibiotics were free for everyone. I'm sticking with Meijer. If you call and my wife tells you I'm shopping, you'll know where too find me.

I’ve switched to this pharmacy for convenience and it has been anything but convenient for my family and I. Just this week I’ve had to wait in line three different times for a minimum of ten minutes only to find out once I got to the front that each time they did not have our prescriptions ready.

All the scooters have been broken down for months which shows complete disregard for people suffering from MS and other disabilities it’s hard enough for us to get out in this climate and we rely on those scooters to get through the store.This complaint goes to the department that is responsible for the maintenance of the scooters.

Pharmacy was not opened on time. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes. May not seem like much but this is a business and should be open accordingly. Rarely do they have what I am looking for unless it is bread, milk, or butter. Good luck finding those things! Extremely disappointed! BTW I wrote this review while standing in line at the register. Very slow!

Well. I get it. You are understaffed. But when a script is called in over 2 hours ago, don't tell me it will be at least 2 more hours because "all you are doing is covid shots".
