The employees are nice and the food is good but the clicklist cart is always in the way. It’s bad enough the store has old people that stop and chat with friends while blocking the aisle so I have some suggestions. Limit the clicklist shopping or widen the aisles

My mom and I frequent this store a whole lot and (I told "Layla") that works in produce last night that I was going to give her a BIG SHOUT OUT! It's very hard being a caregiver. Layla (showed up "KROGER STYLE EXPERIENCE")stopped what she was doing to help us find various items that my mom in a wheel chair was looking for on her list! THANKS LAYLA!

Went for a quick grocery run today and managed to step in eggs some shopper dropped and didn’t bother to clean up in the parking lot (I mean, at least alert an employee you made a mess and need help cleaning it before you just…idk leave it there..??!) Anyway, I told an employee stocking in produce about it and he immediately went out to clean it up. He acted right away, and I was glad he helped despite being busy. I am sorry I didn’t catch the employees name, I was kind of distraught with a nasty egg-covered shoe, but thank you bearded Kroger employee in produce! The egg mess was gone by the time I went out to my car, which was ten minutes after I talked to him. I gave Kroger 4 star because they didn’t have the cucumbers I like 🙁 But great employees!

We ordered 300 pieces of chicken from the deli for a christmas party and it was the best fried and roasted chicken ever!!!will definitely do it again!

Will you please trim your TREE BLOCKING the STOP SIGN? I've almost been hit more times than I can keep track of because people aren't stopping. Really the tree should be removed. ~I'll remove this comment from my review and increase my rating if you trim/remove this tree. Show us our comments matter!~If you bring back the car shaped carts, I could go shopping more often, less takeout, because I could bring both children to the store. ~I'll remove this comment if you bring back car carts.~I love your store. We got a great deal on party pack. Good organic selection, especially produce. Simple Truth is a good brand. Keep up the good work.

Just wanna start off by saying I met the 2 sweetest bakery workers there names are Nicole and Kali. I was looking for a 4 pack of Raspberry paczki and couldn't find any. So the young ladies were so kind and polite they told me they were gonna hold a box for me and also took my name down. Came back the next day and yes they were there saved thank you so much. I feel management should at least let these 2 young ladies know that they were recognized for a good deed. Thank you the Paczki Guy

It was the Saturday before Easter and it was busy. Stock associates were helpful and cashiers were awesome. The only ones that weren't were the associates pulling pick up orders. This seems to be common in both Kroger I shop in. They are irritated having to navigate through the aisles and don't even think about asking a question.

I have always liked Kroger a lot. I have since the 1980's been Grocery Shopping at them in Michigan & even in Texas. I love Their Low Prices on hundreds of Items & many Items that I use. Krogers have even got more Grocery Items & Products at "Lower Savings " than before. I went to Kroger's this Afternoon to pick up a couple of things. And I went to & through the U Scan. Heidi was Working today & did an Awesome Job with Customer Service & helping her Kroger Customers. She was also, keeping her Area Clean & Working as much as She could. And did a Great Job. Awesome Job Heidi.

Produce section is very disappointing. Few selections, most is picked over. Seldom is there a good solid head of lettuce. Not a very good selection of food item throughout the store either. But, if you are looking for makeup or pet food, they probably have plenty in stock.Pharmacy is pretty well staffed. Friendly and helpful people working in the pharmacy. Cashiers suck. I've had Heidi a few times, and besides for being rude, she does whatever she can to avoid bagging your purchase. I don't know why, but this Kroger has gone downhill fast.

I needed to return a few items. The customer service desk was Closed and no one in store authorized to do so. He said come back tomorrow!? Me; No I'm here, the store is open and I need to return these items. Again told theres nothing they can do about it. The customer service desk doesn't have set hours and how short staffed they are. I understand, but SOMEONE should be authorized to do so. I usually don't give bad reviews, this seems unacceptable. Now I'm stuck with these items as I'll be out of town.

Marisa is the best! She called one evening to inform me that they were short staffed and wouldn’t be able to fill my order , I was a little upset and finished the phone call pretty abruptly. I really should have known better than to have that kind of reaction, especially working in customer service for almost 20 years myself, but it was a long day and I just wanted my groceries lol. Anyway I placed another order for the following evening and Marisa came to bring my groceries with a smile, ( remembered me from the call the night before ) made all my adjustments, coupons and even went back in to find a substitution for me, at the very least I wanted to leave a review saying how wonderful this employee is and how fortunate you are to have her. Thank you Marisa for being understanding, friendly and going above and beyond for your customers. Hunter is an adorable young man too, that loaded my groceries, so kind and sweet, thank you Hunter!

Absolutely do not shop here! Price gouging and it's getting worse. As a instacart and shipt shopper I shop all over and at multiple krogers. The Davison Kroger prices have sky rocketed and it looks that they don't plan on changing anytime soon. Go to Meijer or a different Kroger like the one in Clarkston where prices are consistent and still affordable. This is horrible to say the least!

Just like most Krogers with fine and ample amount of choices thru out the store. With kind, friendly and helpful employees. Always treated kindly and respectfully. Plus you earn points of your fuel purchases so that is a huge PLUS. Highly recommend using their savings card as it will save you tons and help keep the cost of your bill down...and its free

Kroger had a great team working last night. Check out was smooth and fast. The Lady at the deli was a excellent help when we're undecided on our shopping. I am glad she is there. There was a guy (he is a cashier now) with a terrible customer service, to me he was just lazy and when we complained to the manager, she pretty much said she couldn't do anything. I am glad he is not at the deli anymore. But we are usually happy with our shopping, almost everyday 😆.

The absolute worst Kroger I've ever had the displeasure of shopping at. The cashier and "manager" flagged my debit card as stolen then lied about it. They claimed i hit my daily limit. They only admitted the truth after a 40min phone call with my bank found that they had flagged it. I just pulled cash out of the atm and paid cash for it, but these two buffoons wasted over an hour of my afternoon. There was absolutely no reason to flag my card. I have never had that happen in all my travels from canada to California. Only at this kroger have i had that issue. I was clean dressed, there with my family, ordering typical groceries. Nothing that should have thrown up any red flags. So i have no clue what these two were up to, but i can promise that i will NEVER shop at this location again.Edit: Some other points worth mentioning, the location is old and outdated, it smelled a little off, and on a saturday afternoon they had only one register open, other than the self checkouts. The hold up with my card made quite a scene and created a very lengthy line where you could see the visible frustration on the other shoppers faces.

I was looking for a specific alcohol for a recipe. The lady in the alcohol dept, Debbie, was so kind. She even took me to the next ingredient a free isles over. Employees like that do a lot to bring me back...thank you Kroger

Worst place to shop ever ! Only 2 cashiers and when I asked for help they told me sorry we don't have anyone to help & so I checked myself out with no help there also. Store was cluttered with displays, couldn't get threw the isles. Took me almost 2 hours just to get 1 cart full of groceries and check myself out. I was not impressed and won't be shopping there again. Called today and was disconnected 4 times and when customer service finally answered my call I asked to speak to deli department to order a party tray after a 18 minute wait time, I was told sorry we can't take your order for July 16th because we don't have any staff to fill orders. So I won't be shopping at krogers again!

This pharmacy is unacceptable. I know you're short staffed but to not fill rx submitted, sometimes for over a week, unless call first then wait another hour is not cool. Especially when you're closing to go to another store and i have been calling all day because I am out of insulin. So thanks to yall I have no insulin till at earliest 530 tomorrow... let's hope nothing bad happens to me.

I needed a paper receipt (which is usually offered) however, when I asked for one from Taylor, at the time of my grocery pickup, she said it was too late because she already checked me out. This was never an issue in the past. When I called the store to ask for a copy they said it was NOT possible to get a receipt. So unfortunately I cannot be reimbursed for my purchases because digital receipts (can be altered) are not acceptable. Now I am out $77.23

I love shopping at Krogers in davison. There are some great employees at this stores. A big shout out to Zander, he's always friendly and he's such a polite young man..If you're looking for a good grocery store, with fantastic sales try Krogers in davison..

I stopped in here on my way home from visiting family up north. Some of my stuff did not ring up on sale and the girl behind the desk didn't want to fix it because she wanted to close the service desk and wanted me to come back the next day. So I had to find a manager, who only fixed part of my problem. Not very impressed with this store or employees. I have been in here a few other times and the cashiers and baggers are always talking to each other and not acknowledging the customer they are checking out.

The store seems to have a decent selection as long as you arrive as soon as they open up. I only wish that the aisles were a bit wider it seems very narrow and tight when going down them and other people are down them as well
