Staff is rude. Took my girls into the store, while I was looking at cards one of them picked up and bounced a ball. I called over and told them to stop, which they did and said something funny, not rude, back to me. A minute later they were approached at the ice cream cooler ( what we came in for) and were told they had to leave the store for being rude???I told them to put the ball up and they were being asked to leave because of that?? My girls said nothing to any of the workers, they were talking to ME! However boss lady heard something across the distance and made up the details, deciding to embarrass a group of young girls just because she could. Rude! Won’t ever go back!

Have always had a nice experience until today. The lady working the cash register was extremely rude. The way she spoke to me and profiled me thinking I was going to steal when I simply put something’s back on the shelves then RUDELY asked “and what did you do with your stuff” and when I told her I had returned it to the shelf’s she replied to me in the nastiest way of “ Well that’s not where it goes, go and grab it ”. I walked out with out buying anything and simply will not be returning for awhile.July 8th around 2 o’clock

I love going to family dollar in Davison because they are always clean and the people are always super nice and always willing to help you. Their prices are also fantastic all the time. I love their new look also, it is very easy to find stuff you need

Most all of the workers are really nice and helpful. They will go out of they're way to help you in any way possible 💗 There is one in particular named "Linda" that I just LOVE.The store is always clean and kept up!' Ccx 👍👍

I always get helped. Lovely remodling job was finished this Summer, 2021. Items are easy to find!! Employees are calm and cheerful. (There's no loud yelling, obnoxious, hysterical laughter, or arguments.) Believe me, other Davison stores lack a pleasant atmosphere. This is the only store that offers a refreshing shopping trip!! Customers aren't loud and and selfish, either! You can think without interruprion, as you shop.

Dont ever work there if your possibly pregnant. If they cant run you out with 1-2 days a week shifts, about 4 months in Rhonda will call you in the middle of moving and fire you. In my 15+ years of customer service, only this place left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. This was My first job here in Michigan right after my move here from Arizona. The rest of the co-workers were great and made me feel welcomed.

Deceptive practices. Despite signs taped above and ON the actual shelf holding 2 Litres of Dr Pepper advertising 7-Up for $1, they charged me regular price. And then wanted to argue.

They have new people working in the Family dollar store, they are not selling as many clothes as they used to, or shoe's, everything is easy to find, please help them out with their contest . The cashier will ask, every $1.00 helps .
