Went there for hills science diet and they do not carry it yet, however they will be getting it soon. Great supply of dog and cat toys. Prices are way cheaper than petsmart and magoos with a huge selection. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean and organized, i will be going back there. Awesome place if you want to spoil your fur babies...highly recommended.

Worst ever!!! Took dog bed back bc I found a more indestructible one, it was for Christmas so my dog didn't even know of its existence, they acted weird about it then took my receipt. I thought this was rude.

I learn something new about products every time i go in. There's always someone working that is able to answer my questions. Im picking up a new puppy soon and planning on going here for supplies. The selection here for pets is more than i thought it would be and the atmosphere is not overwhelming in comparison to the stores in the city. I have recommended this location numerous times which says a lot.

Everything you could want and more 4 ur pets!I go out of my way 2 go-2 Doogies, it's the only place I can find duck hearts 4 my 4 fur babies. Sick little 🐕 LOVE those & the staff r AWESOME!!! Great group of helpful, professional young people!

I came in on 11/06/22, the first girl who helped us was super friendly and helpful and once we checked out we waited for my brother to finish making his purchases, when he made it up to the counter he decided to pick out some of the treats they had on the counter and as we were talking I made a joke to him about the duck heart being “heartless” the man behind the counter joined in on our conversation told me to get out of the store and he wouldn’t service us, I responded that I was happy I had already been helped and he just needed to help my brother and he told me he could take my purchases back. Super unfriendly and not professional at all. I will not be returning to this store.

I genuinely like this place. Employees are always very kind and enthusiastic when we bring our animals into the store. Very good selection of different dog foods. I also really their selection of dog treats. The only real negatives for me is they seem to lack in verity in other departments and the place could use a bit of a face lift... it a little Dimond in the rough

My previous review mentioned low stock often being an issue. It has not been an issue for some time now. Store is clean & staff are helpful & friendly. I'll continue to purchase my dog supplies there.Been coming here for years. I agree with other reviewers that stock is often an issue but if you consider how popular the store really is, I think the stock just gets bought up quickly.

My husband and I were at the Davison location and had barely been there 5 minutes before we overheard an employee call another employee to keep an eye on us. I was holding my wallet and a box of cat food at the time. We promptly checked out and probably won't be back again.

Pricey but outside of Chewy I can't think of a store (online or in person) that offers the sheer amount of options like Doogie's. I've been to Pet Smart and Pet Co. as well as small stores in small towns. Doogie's is the best one of all physical stores. I remember when it had stuff besides pet supplies. Now its better than ever because of them removing the other stuff. Only con is pricing, but then again these days I guess that's the norm for everything.

Great store. I'm thinking they recently turned this into just a pet store because of the inventory in the back. But this pet store has everything you need for all pets. We just got a puppy and needed food. Diamond dog food. The sales guy was very helpful and we were in and out in "puppy time". Great prices, very clean, we were in store shopping. All was open and happy.

Everyone is helpful and the store is clean. They have a lot of unique things for animals that you can't find at other stores. Some of the prices seem steep to me, but other prices make me wonder how they can afford to sell the items. I go pretty regularly, and recommend them to pet owners.

I have been shopping here for years and haven't yet done a review... Shame on me. I get all of my pet food and supplies here. My dogs have to have certain diets and they carry the food I need, so years ago I had to price check different stores and they have always been the cheapest buy a few dollars per bag. They also carry the food that my cats eat, so it's a win win. All of there Price's are very reasonable. The staff are polite, respectful, and courteous. Keep up the great job Doogie's and my family and I will continue to shop at your store!

I called over the phone hoping to find out if they had any costumes in stock. Not only did they lady (Michelle, i believe) let me know they had some in stock; but also went over to the shelf and described their stock as well. She did that without me even asking. She even asked whether my dog was male or female. She went above and beyond in my opinion. Taking the extra step to seem as concerned about my purchase, as I was. I wish I remembered her name better, for a proper shout out, but I will absolutely be using this store in the future.

This is a great place to shop, as they have the largest selection of goods not only for your pets but also for the rest of your human family.The staff have become quality and meaningfully lasting friends to Maddox (my Airedale Terrier) and I, as they are ALWAYS so kind as well as helpful to both of us during our frequent shopping endeavors.So long as I continue living in Burton, I will continue to shop at this store and share my experiences with as many people as may listen to me.

This is one of the best businesses in the area, and I'm a tough critic. Their prices on and selection of seed (safflower, sunflower, thistle), feed (such as whole or cracked corn, rawhide, and other pet items is incredible. They offer many different sized bags, and there is always help to get it into our vehicle. There's another side to this store-- an entire "dollar store" vibe complete with balloons-- that I haven't yet explored. It's a big place. Best of all, the staff is attentive, personable, helpful, and pleasant, which always helps us endure such shopping forays. Give this place a try, especially if you have, like us, many pets and bird feeders!

They changed the floor plan for the store, they do have a few Dollar tree items that they sell, I feel that they have a wider selection of products for your pet's, I only was able to donate 50 cents , next time I plan to donate more.Nice staff , each customer gets good customer service.I will visit again soon.Jeanine
