I called just to ask if they would manually enter a card information for me because I desperately needed pull-ups. I currently lost my card and was calling to just ask if it was possible. She nicely informed me that it is only EBT can manually be entered. My response was "that's just odd to me, because I work in this industry and I didn't understand how it wasn't possible." Het response was "well, if you work in this industry then you should know this." And CLICK! she hung up the phone on me. I did call back and told the manager about this, and I just didn't appreciate the attitude that Kaitlyn gave me. As a manager, this would have never been excepted. I will never step foot in this location again.. I live 3 minutes away, and my business will now go to a store that's 15-20 minutes away

Workers here are not wearing masks 95% of the time, even though there are signs posted everywhere saying no one may enter without a mask. I have asked 3 different workers at 3 separate times why the store isn't requiring them to wear them and they all told me 3 different excuses about why they weren't wearing one. It seems very disrespectful to the ones who are dying or have lost their family members to this virus, some right here in the community, to not be taking bthis seriously. Especially considering the elderly customers who regularly shop there. Owners/management should be on top of this.

The people who work here are just rude and unfriendly talk to customers about managers and other workers while other customers stand waiting in line until they end the conversations the store is always a mess just so much diaorganization and professionalism here.
