Not many choices in Crystal Falls, but overall it's a nice little store. The place is clean and generally speaking they have what you will typically need. They are not going to have anything crazy food wise, but again it is stocked with the necessities.The staff are nice and aside from a few customers that always seems to have an issue it's been a solid place for when in town.

Workers at the deli are absolutely amazing! However, the manager needs a lesson on how to treat customers as well as workers. Horrible attitude, disrespect, and bad management skills. Disgusting behavior. Customers should not be able to hear and witness belittlement in the form of raised voices and insults while the workers are clearly doing their job to the best of their ability. I am unaware of how much they are paid, but clearly not enough to withstand bullying and harassment. Management should not be using intimidation through status to get what they want.

This is an exceptionally good grocery store. Considering we're up north in the middle of almost nowhere. We have a great selection, some ready to eat stuff, too.

I slipped and fell in a puddle of water inside the front door July 10th between 7:30 and 7:40 p.m. As I was on my hands and knees trying to get up three employees inside the store just stood there and looked at me. One young girl with the sides of her hair cut short walked and put a basket away and then went back inside and never asked me if I was okay. Then after I finally got up as I hurt my knee and broke my phone. I had to go inside to get information about contacting somebody about my fall.

Great staff great selection. Grocery area is good but the hardware is excellent. Good selection of everything from pex fittings and pipe etc. Screw and bolt bins unlike the big box stores. Just a great little store that punches way above its weight class. If you need some groceries or anything hardware wise they very likely have it and the prices are more than fair.

Convenient, clean, no friendly staff. Prices are high but, some deals can be found.Was in there today. If it wasn't for the convenience of this store being close, I'd say that I won't be back. I will though but with the knowledge that your clerk Patti M. isn't friendly. She basically has the attitude of here's your stuff now get out. Very off putting.

Recently relocated from an area serviced exclusively by large chain grocery stores, so I wasn’t sure what to expect with Crystal Fresh as my local grocery. While the prices on some items are more costly than I’m accustomed to, the prices on others are lower. The meat selection is outstanding, and a terrific value. They have cuts of pork and beef Id never have found at a chain grocer, along with some Italian and local specials that were a delight to encounter!The store is impeccably clean, the staff are helpful and I found it easy enough to find what I was looking for. My only suggestion might be to expand the produce department and include more variety - though I’m sure local demand plays a role in what’s deemed profitable to stock. I shop a larger store for snack items and pantry goods, but I stick to Crystal Fresh for meat and cheese.

Popped into Ace hardware looking for fender washers, they had them in steel and nylon! Picked up the nylon style. Nice having these folks around when engineering projects. Store is clean and tidy, staff was friendly and helpful.

I had to run a late errand 30 seconds before they closed on black Friday and the 3 individuals working were very cool about it. I didn't get their names but it was glasses muscles, nose ring and Wednesday Adams. Thanks for being a real one.

A bit on the expensive side, but the employees are top-notch. Everyone is always cheerful; you don't need to look everywhere for a worker if you have a question. The butcher made it a point to tell me which bones are best for bone broth; the Ace Hardware guys went above and beyond to locate items for my husband. Cashiers are always smiling and recognize their customers, asking after their families.

They have what I need at decent prices and even have a hardware store if I need to make repairs or work on a project. The employees are usually kind and respectful too.
