I needed a heat element for a electric water heater and they not only had the element but several different ones. I also needed a tool to extract the old one and they also had those available. The most important part was that they were not only helpful but very nice.

I'm never surprised that I always get what I need and find what I want in this store. It's eclectic from it's natural wood floors, the buildings history, and the array of everything to chose from. Customer service is ranked highly, they are always willing to take each customer to the product wanted, every time.
