I have had my dogs with this particular office for years. When I had an emergency for my Boxer I had no one here to help me. As a result I had to watch my beloved girl have seizure after seizure until she died. I was horrified. I understand you have a very busy practice but your customers depend on you. We need to know you are as dedicated out of the office as you are in the office. I will never return to your office knowing I will not have any where to turn.

I had a litter of puppies ears cropped here and there were many issues. Biggest one was that they were going to call in meds for post op and never did no matter how much I reached out to the vet. I had to get ahold of another local vet to get the meds and they have had many people come to them from Joel Parraghi with the same issue and infected ears. Also don’t expect to great customer service, the owner and worker were rude and very bothered by us paying with card instead of cash.

We live in Shelby Twp, roughly 1hr 30 min away. When we started looking for a Boxer show crop we were steered here by a friend. The process is very easy and the staff is very professional. Becky is crystal clear on aftercare and Mrs.Parraghi stood outside with us in the cold making sure all of our questions were answered and gave us tips from her own life experiences with her dobies. I had a question this morning about sedation and I was able to send a text message and get the exact answer I wanted and again it was not rushed and they gave a wealth of knowledge. We are very happy with the experience and even though we are 1.5hrs away, I guarantee we will be back at some point for future services.

Wonderful vet, 10 out of 10 would recommend! Dr. Joel does a fantastic job with our babies and is always on top of the latest research. I cannot say enough great things about him!

If you are going to be in a practice that deals with people attitudes are very important. If you are going to give a paying customer attitude for a minor issue that was easily resolved and continue to give attitude for the rest of the time and then to block thier number when they have a follow up appointment with you is just ridiculous. What is wrong with you their pet, thier family member just had surgery by you and they are calling to make sure the bleeding is okay and they can't get through but I call and it goes right through. Fix your attitude or get a job that doesn't involve people at all. And good luck doing that. Don't get mad at someone for not knowing your hours of operation when it's not posted anywhere to be seen.

Our baby is 14 months. We took him to Joel for the ears. It was a hard process, but we are 100% satisfied. Not only did Joel do such an amazing job but he took the time to educate us and answer any questions we had. Thank you Joel. Blu's ears look amazing ❤️

My family has been taking our pets here for many years. Unfortunately, Dr. Geiger no longer practices here. The other veterinarian Dr. Parraghi now owns and operates the vet clinic. He was 20 minutes late to the office for our appointment for our cat but he took great care of her. We brought her in because we thought she had been bit by another one of our cats and had a hole that turned into a hard lump. The antibiotics we had been given by the doctor 2 weeks prior hadn't worked. Come to find out it was a tumor! The doctor removed it right then and there and we were on our way back home a hour later.

Biased review because Dr. Joel is my brother but as a client of his, he takes exceptional care of our pets, treats them just like a family member. He does an amazing job on our French Bulldog's reproductive surgeries and has many clients loyal to his service. He has always had a passion for animals since he was just a little kid and was brought up the right way. I'm proud to call him my brother but more importantly for this review, he's a great doctor you can trust and depend on.

Last week I took my dog Marley in to get a tumor removed. Dr Parraghi and his staff took amazing care of my her! I'd definitely recommend this vet 10/10!! 👌

Terrific and compassionate vet and staff. I was there for one of the more unfortunate reasons for visiting a veterinarian. Truly professional, supportive and compassionate. He and the entire staff made it so much less difficult. I will always recommend.

Rude. Uncaring…nurse and doctor both.Will never ever recommend. Unbelievably arrogant, belittling, if they were having a bad day, imagine how much worse for a person losing a beloved pet. The doctor and nurse DO NOT come first when it comes to a life of a member of a family.Done.
