I don't use this word lightly, but I absolutely HATE this store!!! They constantly employ the worst people, they couldn't care less about the people shopping there not their job! The store is constantly is disarray & DO NOT USE YOUR COUPONS - NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES KNOWS ANYTHING REGARDING THEM!!! Every single Saturday!! The store should be fined & shut down!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! HATE!!

It WAS a discount store. I went in with a list and came out with 3 items. With prices as high as these, it is no longer a discount store. It has become a convience store. Prices in line with 7/11 and Marathon. Bread, eggs, 2 liters cheaper at the Marathon and you can get gasoline. When they shutter the place it will be due to corporate greed. Corporate will then write it off. It makes an easy choice, the 25 minutes to Port Huron now saves much more than the extra fuel.I am sure i will not be the only one to drive by the family dollar. It was a good run family dollar. Bye
