What a disappointment. I ordered 2 corsages with roses. When I picked them up they had one mini carnation and mums. They were the size of the palm of hand and I was charged $25 each for them. What a rip off. Never again.

What a wonderful place, great flowers and plants. The flower and gift shop is charming just what you would expect for a little town like Croswell!! I'll be back for all my outdoor plants and flowers as soon as the weather cooperates.

I think the pictures speak for themselves.This is what was sent to me today for Mother’s Day.What makes the whole situation worse is that I was told that if I brought the arrangement back they would make me a new one or I could choose one that was already there.They had absolutely none that I could choose from and the reason for this they told me, it’s because it’s Mother’s Day.When I walked in the door I was told, go pick whatever you want out that’s worth $40. No ma’am I want an arrangement that my son paid for, for Mother’s Day. The lady also told me that that’s how the flowers come and that they’re not dead, (ok, if you say so)see for yourself and my review. I have never been treated more rude in my life and I noticed that she wasn’t willing to help in anyway, so I walked to the counter and told her I will take the arrangement that was already made for me and she could have the dead flowers back. She replied Yep, that’s what you should do. I had two people send me a flower arrangements, two days in a row from this place. I will make sure all my family and friends know never to order flowers from this place again!Had my son ordered his flowers from Walmart or bought them from there I would’ve had better customer service and the flowers wouldn’t of been dead!!!How sad is it that a greenhouse can’t keep up with Walmart !! Beware the care is not there at all!!! Unbelievable

Always a beautiful place to visit and buy. Gorgeous store, arrangements, and wonderful staff and owners. Their pride shows. You can come in and just look around ,if you need a flower fix, and no one will hover. Or if you need help deciding, they are happy to invite you to the work table and show you samples. Absolutely no pressure. Only excellent quality plants, cut flowers, shrubs, and trees. Potted rose bushes are my favorite. 💜

I ordered an arrangement for my Best friends service and I wanted to incorporate an angel. The arrangement was very nice but for the money I paid I felt the flowers were lacking. The arrangement was nice, just would have liked more flowers for what I paid! The staff very nice to work with! Just disappointed when I arrived to see how small it was!

Croswell Greenhouse did the flowers for my Mom's funeral and made more beautiful arrangements than we could ever have picked out of a book. We chose the flowers, colors and Jan helped with special touches. All the flower purchased there were perfect. My Mom always ordered centerpieces from there as gifts - each original, fresh, and reasonably priced. We have used them for weddings, birthdays, funerals...never been disappointed.

I am from Croswell Michigan but live in Arkansas. And Every time I need flowers sent to my mom and daughters and relatives. I call them and order my arrangements and know they are going to be absolutely beautiful flowers and excellent arrangements. I would suggest them to anyone! I just love this place and the people who work there.
