The service here has been going downhill severely. Many times the time estimate for a prescription is extremely inaccurate. You can be told an hour and it can take several days. And then you often only get one of the few you were waiting on.I would give 1 star but I've had some nice people I've worked with there too. Though many are sour.

It's been a full work week, I have yet to receive my medication, they fail to pick up the phone, forcing me to come in, only for them to change the date they claimed it would arrive by another week. (They have changed this date 4 times now.) My medication was supposed to come in on Sep 12, I came in on Sep 12, they didn't have it, told me it'd come in tomorrow. I came in on the 13th, only to be told they ordered the wrong medication and to come back the next day. I come in today, and they tell me to come back next week. I am changing pharmacies. The Meijers store is fine, but the pharmacy is dysfunctional.

Meijer pharmacy is straight BOOTY! Literally every single time I go there nothing but problems, between insurance WHICH HAS NEVER CHANGED, to scripts saying they are ready to them not being, to even saying owe money when my meds are free. Just always something. Officially done giving them business!!

Just picked up a prescription for the first time this morning. I was told it would be about 40 minutes, after I had waited in line a few minutes. I shopped and after check out it happened to be 40 minutes on the dot. I figured it wasn't done yet but I went to check before I left. The girl saw me, confirmed my info, and said she was going to see if she could hurry it along for me. She went to the back and 5 minutes later had my prescription. I know they were busy, and I really appreciated this effort.

Never again. Incompetent idiots. I was told the prescriptions were all in stock. I waited thirty minutes the was told it would be another fourty five minutes. I left the store. I received a notification the prescriptions were ready. I drove back to the pharmacy only to be told they prescriptions were not in stock. I quit the Walmart pharmacy because of poor customer service. Meijer has gone full on poor service. These people are idiots and could not care less about customer service. These people can go screw themselves.

Unbelievable. Waited over 10 mins in the pharmacy drive thru. They now close at 6pm on Saturday. They pulled thr curtain closed as I pulled up after waiting in line at 6:00 pm on the dot. Couple this with countless issues getting prescriptions filled, errors putting in refills and a general terrible attitude on countless occasions I've had enough and will transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. The only benefit to using Meijer has been the mperks but it's not worth being treated terribly as a customer!!

I wish zero stars was an option. Between the countless issues getting prescriptions filled, 45+ minute wait times when you’re the only one in line, incompetent staff, having to give them my insurance card every time I pick up a prescription because they don’t have it on file, I will not be using them again

Tell me a 45 minute wait. Hour and 45 minutes later, no script or updated wait time. It's pain medication. You think I want to walk back and forth 150 times for nothing? No, I do not. I understand it gets busy but at least keep me informed so I'm not sitting there waiting for hours for no reason.

Staff has many times been SO short with us over the phone. They cannot wait to get you off the line, attempting to end the call before we've had all of our questions answered! Not what we expect when dealing with something as critical as prescription meds.

Christmas eve hours on Google say until 7 pm. There website makes no mention of early closing. I had the doctors office call my wife's essential antibiotics over because of these listed hours. I arrive at the pharmacy at around 5:10 and they closed at 5. Now we are most likely going to have to go up to the er and spend over $1000 to get these needed antibiotics otherwise my wife is risking permanent damage to her eyesight due to a very severe infection. Why couldn't these hours be listed on the txt message that said the prescription was filled? I totally understand employees leaving early to enjoy Christmas eve, although ensuring hours are listed online for an essential service which customers have no other option after their prescription has been filled needs to be up to date online. Their website also makes no mention of the 5pm closing time. Besides this serious issue the pharmacy extremely frequently doesn't have medicine in stock, misses times when they say the prescription will be in stock, and also I have even gotten texts my prescription is ready to arrive and figure out they are out of stock and it won't be available until the next day after I drove to pick it up. My only reason for using this pharmacy has been mperks, this was the final straw I will never use meijer pharmacy again!!!

Worst customer service, inconsiderate. My dr office sent my script over at 5:15p, when I called at 7p they told me I would have to come back the next day as it wasnt ready. I came the next morning still not ready and was told to come back again as it was still in the red tote. They never said it was out of stock or that they could only do a partial fill, just that it was in the red tote and they had not gotten to it yet. I am a working person this was costing me money. It should have been gotten to the nite before as drs do not prescribe medications just for s&gs, I am the customer and it's my convenience not theirs. If it's not in stock I need to be notified of that and find another place that can help me. Will not be using again. 0 stars

They seem to have a difficult time getting Medication in. My daughter had a prescription with them and when it needs to be filled it takes them three days to get the med. Doc off called in the script and then they filled the wrong med after I had waited three days I asked why wasn't the other one filled and she said she didnt realize it was needed, so I had to wait another three days and this is an antipsychotic med that's she was now off of for more then a week.

I had just got out of the emergency with my son who had a triple ear infection and running a 103 fever, I pulled up to the drive thru and rang the buzzer finally about 10 minutes later they came to the window it was 645 and the pharmacist lied and said it was after 7 and couldn't fill his prescriptions. I explained that we had just got out of the emergency room and he is severely sick. He said sorry we can't fill them if they were sent in by computer we could. They were the only place open unless I drove to Lansing or Flint and being out longer with a very ill child. I am very digusted by their lack of compassion for a sick child.

My doctor retired. My appointment with a new doctor is 3 months away. My medications expired. The governor has ordered pharmacies to continue dispensing without a doctor order for the next two months.Meijer pharmacy refused to renew my diabetic maintenance medications that I have been taking for years. When I do get a physician to refill the medications, I will NOT be refilling at Meijer. In fact, as of now, I am no longer shopping at Meijer for anything. DO NOT SHOP MEIJER!!!!

Worst service ever. Always takes multiple hours to fill meds. Then they always mess the paperwork up so then it takes longer. After filling the same medication ever time for months you'd think they would have it figured out by now but no!

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve been to. Twice in a row they have neglected to fill my prescriptions on time and they are not ready when I get there, despite their phone alerts saying it is. Serious miscommunications within the pharmacy.
