Beware of pick up and delivery service. I placed an order for delivery on a Saturday evening. The delivery time kept getting pushed back. I finally went to bed and when I woke Sunday morning, the delivery had been rescheduled for 8 AM that day. Obviously, the new sale starts on Sunday and many of the items that I had ordered were on sale on Saturday. my grocery bill had about a $50 difference. I called customer service and the store and explained that even store credit for the difference would be fine, considering I had no control over the rescheduling of the order. They refused to refund any of the difference or even apologize for that matter. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with their poor customer service, however, it will be the last.

Nice clean store and staff was very helpful when I asked were I can find something so I did not have to sta in the store long.Love all the options they have for everyday.They also have a craft section witch make it very nice to shop in one place along with your food and household items

This store is nice and stays well stocked since the remodeling. Probably the best choice in town for groceries. And most things in the store rotate on and off the for sale list so if you buy accordingly its a decent price.

The store looks great , the judgy old lady that clicked the censor button to beep as I passed through it not so great. Kinda funny when I made them check over everything I bought and then the envelope with 20 grand in it to make sure I wasn't stealing. Not going to this Meijer again

I had Great Customer Service at the Swartz Creek MI store location recently, they took care of everything needed and lived up to what the Gift Card below says.Earlier this year I had Very Bad Customer Service at the Corunna/Owosso MI store location, they did absolutely nothing and didn’t care to help rectify what they initially did wrong.Swartz Creek needs to train Owosso as they have top notch Customer Service while Owosso is an Epic Fail and needs to replace some so called Employees with individuals that have knowledge and experience with care!The 1 Star is definitely for the Meijer Corunna/Owosso location as they completely have no clue! I would definitely give the Meijer Swartz Creek location 5 Stars!

Well...not impressed..got the fam 20 pc. fried chicken from deli today for a dinner treat. My bad decision 😕I have given up on most restaurants because of the expense/ quality...now Meijers too have dumped the quality of their fried chicken to the curb.Very small peices and way overcooked..like lil brown bricks we had to " shuck" to eat the chicken inside Makes me sad, as their chicken used to be the bomb!

The entire front end of the building smells like cat piss, its absolutely unbearable and atrocious. I cant think of any logical reason why this has been ongoing all 2023. Also the so called "asset protection" could use some proper training, as they are more than obvious, and should be considered stalkers, they aren't very sneaky and its obnoxious how close they get while following you every inch of the store..

Terrible!!!!! Go there for a RX and out of stock, so i was told to come back next day still not in stock then I come back the next week still bit in stock. Why say to u to come back and then not have it over 4 times just for one RX …………

Walked in today only to find they have all new carts and they are atrocious! I usually use a small one, so I tried one out. The part of the cart where you put your items is so low people with lower back issues (like me!) are going to say forget shopping here anymore. Having to unload items when I was checking out aggravated my back and I started holding several smaller items in my left hand and then grabbing them with my right to scan and then place into the bags in the checkout. This set off the security camera on the scanner system and stopped my ability to scan until the one person working all of the self checkouts could assist me. What were you thinking Meijer when you decided that these carts were a good idea?!

I went in and bought three items in total I spent under $15 and was only in there for roughly 10 minutes , I go to pay cash and the self check out machine breaks and an older women comes over and clicks a button several times and doesn’t have a clue how to fix the paper jam, she is no help at this point and I stand there for probaly 20 minutes at self check out at this point. She calls over another woman who has a key and she ignores the fact that she has the key for the machine to fix it and goes to bag groceries in another lane. So the original woman is just clicking the button to keep troubleshooting when that is absolutely useless until she has to go get the other woman that has the key. The other woman came over hit the door into me and didn’t say excuse me, instead she said I need to get the door open Ridley and messes with the machine for at least another 6 minutes at this point my entire trip is just mainly self checkout and I’m done with the incompetence and just one my money clack so I can go to another store because the employees are no help and they make excuses up and tell me next time to break a 20 or 50 dollar bill next time instead

You can get most things you are looking for in groceries here. They also have an assortment of things for home essencials, health and beauty aids, things to fix the car, a few odds and ends that are hardware related, electronics, items for the yard, toys for kids, some sporting goods, essential office supplies, and clothing and jewelry for men, women and children. This store is similar to Walmart. In Owosso, I prefer to go to Meijer as opposed to Walmart.

At checkout the bagger lady put my 2 loaves of bread in a bag with a box and sauces. The bread was falling off and getting crushed in the cart so I asked if I could get it bagged separately. The lady grabs the top of the bread and squishes my bread then mean mugs me the rest of time there.Another time I was bringing in pop cans and the cart guy was about to take all the carts and I asked if I could have a cart and he was so rude but eventually gave me a cart like sorry I asked I guess but geez what happened to customer service

While shopping the genius Meijer security pulled my son aside and accused him of stealing!!! After they found no evidence of theft once he was asked to undress and they went thru a fanny pack he had on they let him go.He has an injury on his stomach that causes him to bend over after standing a certain amount of time and because he bent over more than once they assumed he was stealing!?!!Two of my family members were in law enforcement and i grew up hearing stories about their jobs so i realize some behaviors can make you look suspicious but to ask to undress is b.sI am so upset about this i guess i am ranting so i am sorry but these so called security guards/loss prevention dept needs to be retrained on suspicious activity and get a grip on their "abuse of power" tactics.Beware and god bless you if you sneeze wrong because you could be accused of shoplifting here.

Nice place I can find everything I want their. Bought this fan their already have 2 . But u just can't find this fan anywhere. It gets the job done. Well today 04/02/23 I went to meijers and got groceries and bought a stand. And Noone to help me with it. So disappointing. I had to lift it myself and it was very heavy for a 66 yr old woman. And I mentioned it to the cashier kathryn.and she was very nice and kind to make sure someone would help me to the car with it. And young man by the name of tim.who worked their helped me. Hats off to Kathryn and Tim who turned my shopping experience around and made it great?!. Love it !

always clean and well stocked, they do online ordering with grocery pick up..Update.. They have remodeled and bought new grocery carts. I have to say the design of the new carts is awesome. Love them! The store seems more open, not as cluttered, but things are still hard to find with the moving of depts around. All in all, it looks good! Prices are kinda what they were pre-covid Again as well.

Store is very clean. however most of the shelves In the grocery department. were half stocked. And of course, no cashiers... I wish in my area I had more options as far as stores go? Unfortunately for me, this is it! or drive another 20 miles! So I guess I'll just deal with this and their lack of customer appreciation....

Newly renovated and the store looks great. Although, they still have not figured out where everything goes, it's very confusing to find things in a timely manner. It also appears they have some new staff members and some folks are not friendly nor attentive to customers, so asking for help is out the window... Customer service is also a huge disappointment - or more so a joke - as the department or hires lack the Service part in their Customer title.. taking my 5 star to a 2.. Just do better Meijer

Apparently you can't write a check when using the self checkout lanes anymore. I was very rudely told this by one of 4 clerks who were just standing around gossiping instead of helping people. I won't be using self checkouts again. Better yet I won't be using Meijers unless I absolutely have to. Maybe teach your employees some manners!

Meijer is doing better than other stores with food&needs prices. Which is appreciated. Other things are more hit or miss.I noticed some overpriced, flimsy clothing that did not deserve the bigger pricetag. They are still one of the better stores to go to though.
