Not the greatest experience I had shopping. It was hard to get help they were very busy but I also had to wait over 10 min in line because they only had one register open. I'm sure it would of been a lot better if they had more people on floor to help customers and have another register open it would be a lot better.

I went to buy some Milwaukee tools that were (supposed to be) on sale, first day of the sale and in the morning to boot, but they couldn't find them and then just said "we don't have any". Not "we'll give you a rain check or we'll special order these".

Good place to get your needs for your farm or homestead. They carry kent feeds and kalmbach feeds which is nice to have those options instead of just all purina feeds. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly associates greeted me when I arrived. I went to find a specific item in the pet area. The prices were not too expensive and they had different varieties of bird food than some of the other stores. I would shop here again.

We came to family farm to grab some horse bedding on a Sunday night and were a few minutes late and they had closed and when we got back to our truck, one of the nice workers came out to us and said we could come get what we needed and she didn’t mine staying open a few more minutes for us. Saved us another trip! Very nice and helpful employees! I’ve never had a bad experience here and we come in like once a week.

Staff needs to be more helpful outside loading stuff in your vehicle. Said someone would be out to help me load a 10 x 10 dog house no one ever came out so I had to load it by myself. Other than that good prices and decent products

A nice store, full of most things you need for a 'small farm'. Prices are reasonable. Staff is often standing around while customers are searching for what they need....Aren't they suppose to assist me??? Maybe a training class would be helpful.

The people here are usually pretty friendly and helpful. They usually seem very eager to be of assistance... Several trips some of the staff seemed otherwise preoccupied and a little less friendly.. Cashier's are usually very pleasant and interactive... Although, again I have had trips where they seemed less friendly and very short... But overall I've always had a good experience... Prices are reasonable and competitive.

This review is for the Easter egg hunt that was done Saturday April 8th 2023 they did the Easter egg hunt by ages but yet did not replace eggs for the different age groups so my 9 and 10 year olds did not find any eggs after the younger age groups found all the eggs. The older age group were not very happy they didn't find any eggs. Maybe next time when you do the Easter egg hunt you should replace the eggs that the younger groups found so the older groups can find some eggs.

Sales people were very helpful. I went there looking for a lawn mower. They were very knowledgeable and helped me go through the differences one each model. I will definitely be going back. This time for a snow blower! They also have a perk others can't offer, they repair mowers and such on site at the store. That really sold me when they told me that!

Always helpful staff, such a wide and varied selection of products. Whether I'm fixing my mowers, weed trimmers, chainsaws, welding or just useful tools; they always have exactly what I need. The only downside is, I don't have enough money or time to spend and I could spend thousands of hours\dollars there.

They have a great selection of insulated coats and bibs from the major manufacturer's. Such as Carhartt, Bernie, and Cat. Bernie makes s great line of outerwear, they have a new water proof, wind proof, and Artic weight line that is awesome. And at 20% off right now it's a deal. Great quality, great price, and if your like me you'll appreciate the warmth. The employees are always friendly and helpful, you might want to check them out!

For the most part the employess are nice and seem to help. There are items in the store that dont always have prices on them which is a bit frustrating. I like all the cashiers but Heather she doesnt seem to have very good customer service and always seems to be aggravated she doesnt make you feel welcomed.

The girl who helped me with the chicks was nice and knowledgeable. The prices were good but the girl at the checkout was incredibly rude and acted totally inconvenienced when I asked her about straw and where I would pick it up at. I had never been to FFH before so I wasn’t sure where it was.

Good prices on pet food & supplies & farm stuff. Nearly everything you could need to run a farm right. Comparable prices to TSC. Very nice choice of different breeds of chicks, not just popular runs. Love seeing the different breeds every time I go.

Excellent place for chicken feed and other animal feeds. Nice selection of everything a person could use for farm and garden. Good locations in both Corunna and Swartz Creek, which we have used. I have even purchased birthday gifts from this store.

Outstanding service and experience, there's ✌️ tubs with a bunch of baby chickies hell that alone is worth the trip. Very clean and plenty of room for a handicap person.
