Pleasantly surprised at the amount of stuff we were able to find, others were out of. Lots of stuff about to go on shelves, very busy, we had a line, but it moved quickly. The cashier was very friendly, laughing and joking with us.

This store used to be awesome!! Now… not so much. You can’t barely move around the isles, product isn’t put on the shelves and it’s too cramped! Instead of closing at 5pm daily, they should close for a week or two completely and get their stock put away!!! This is RIDICULOUS!! It’s the only store that Copemish has now and it’s not worth going to because nothing is on the shelves anymore! GET IT TOGETHER!!

Google hours showed open until 9pm, sign on door says open daily until 9pm. Got there at 8:30 and doors were locked. Tried calling and no answer even though lights were on and cars were in lot.

Kim was absolutely amazing!!! Customer service was exactly the way it should be! I'm from out of town and also work with the public so its appreciated when your treated equally as kind as you treat others! Thanks Michigan for the wonder experience!

Store is horrible save your time go somewhere else for over a year stock has never been put away you can't walk down the aisles this is when the store is even open most of the time you go there in the middle of the day and they're closed so save your time go somewhere else. corporate really needs to do something about this store

Not happy with covid safety in the store. Clearly posted masks must be worn yet they allow people without masks to wonder around the store shopping and to make purchases. The all mighty dollar wins, customer safety apparently no real concern.

Everytime I go to this store there is a long line with only 1 cashier and the other stocking aisles while watching the line grow knowing there not going to do anything to help get it a little smaller than past the cards. Also depends on who is working as for store quickness and customer service.

Stock is never put away.Can not walk down a aisle with a cart, and this is all the time gets worse when a truck comes in. I rather drive 10 miles to go to different store

This DG is usually pretty busy & I expect to have to wait in line a bit. They have a recently expanded food & freezer section. Can find good deals & sales on lots of items.

Always has been out of stock when you need things since I don't know when. But the last couple weeks there has been a big improvement. Hear there's a new manager so hope it keeps up.

The staff is excellent. However because of corporate ineptitude they are always understaffed. You cannot expect one person to to stock and run the cashier at the same time.

When I entered this place I was greeted very politely and the store was very clean. Navigating through the aisles it was easy to find what I needed and then some. Staff is very polite and I will return and recommend this store to others
