We are lucky to have this hardware in town. Gary goes above and beyond to help local residents and has done a lot for our family. If you need a part he will order it if it isn't in. He will help you find the right part if bNeeded. For anyone who says they have had a bad experience....the people there treat you accordingly. So act right and you will be treated right.... just saying.. Some of these reviews on here are a joke. I could go on but wont....It's a good family owned business.

I bought a belt for a small mini bike from here because they said they had one that would work for me. I asked for a 5/8 inch wide 26 long cog belt. They set aside for me a 1/2 inch, 28 long vbelt. I picked out the accurate size belt and went on my way. The belt fit perfect but it then fell apart in less than an hour. I walked in hoping to exchange it and they scoffed at me and refused to even give me my money back. I have never had a belt do this. Do not buy their belts and don’t expect any good customer service especially if you’re a young lady like myself. They will just smirk at you and tell you that you did something wrong.

Absolutely will never shop there again . Twice sold wrong product !!! Owner charged me 20 percent restock fee because of there lack of knowledge . Plus item was not in correct package so I lost out on 35.00 .

I dont do a lot of reviews, but sometimes its needed.I called the hardware after driving in all directions looking for a specific adapter that i needed to hook to my generator... Needless to say i was horribly frusterated, short, & panicky that i couldnt find one.But he said he had a few..So i drove out there...Since i said i was the annoying one that called... I got my scolding (which i earned- small town living lol). He was still incredibly patient with me...taking the time to walk me thru things and look for better options.He went way beyond...thank you

Horrible place...rude employees...cocky arrogant owner....lack of knowledge...was sold incorrect parts...exchanged said parts...was again sold incorrect parts....on 3rd trip was charged a 20% restocking fee...very disappointed
