Went to pick up a prescription tonight and was told that the Medicare expired. Even though we have dual coverage I was told I had to pay for the medicine. I have had them bill my insurance for meds I never got because they were filled a month too early. This location has seriously gone to the bottom of the poo pile! Where did all the good pharmacists like Jason and Candance go??????

Katie & the New Pharmacist at Riteaid were Fantastic!(Other Pharmacist was great too)I needed a couple new medications (1 prescription from another State that was going to take several days-they got it filled in several hours!!) I appreciated that So much! It help the pain level, a lot! The new Pharmacist also caught that my Dr sent in a "new" medication that I was already on!! You made an Awesome save! And called me! He went above & beyond!! Those two are absolutely the Best! I trust them So Much! Thank You Riteaid Pharmacy & Riteaid Store! You definitely deserve the Gold Star Award for Best Riteaid in Michigan! You truly Care About Your Customers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My fiancé had a cold a few weeks and and was going to buy NyQuil for him . I tried buying it here and was ID’d then told I could not buy it because I was not 21. In Michigan, anyone over 18 can buy cold medicine, there are numerous articles about this change from 2020. I bought the same medicine for myself less than 6 months ago at another store with no issues. If this is just a store rule, I’ll understand. But I genuinely feel like the woman who cashed me out did not believe my age or that my ID was real. Very, very disappointed by the treatment I received.
