This was a neat hardware store with lots of handmade items. Very nice selection and well kept. I just thought that it was a perfect spot for this little store that has all the items we needed. The workers were pleasant too. Thanks.

This is by far one of the best, if not the absolute best, locally owned, hardware stores I have ever been to. The music, the ambience, the smells, the thousands upon thousands of products to choose from. I enjoy the comfort of my home but Coopersville Hardware & Feed is like a home away from home.

first time there, walked in and was greeted right away, the guy helped me find what I was there for immediately, and he made small talk which made me feel welcome there!!!...will definitely be back to walk around the store when I have more time!!!...thank you to whoever was working, appreciate everything!!!

It was really refreshing to walk into Coopersville Hardware to get paint yesterday. I felt welcomed, staff appeared happy even in these tough times. I know I pay a tad more there; however, it is worth it to get excellent service. My daughter and I have to go back today for more paint. She is painting her 'fun' area and I am painting my trellis. Lilac and pink all the way!!!

They have a great selection for being a small town hardware. There prices are what you would expect from a small town hardware store but it makes small jobs at home much easier when you can run into town to get parts vs driving at least 45 minutes to a big chain store. Staff is always very helpful and polite. I will be returning.

Girl at the cash register was helpful, not necessarily welcoming and friendly, but helpful. No employees were wearing masks however. There are signs on the door saying a mask is required but only my mom and I were wearing them. Not employees, not customers. It was very disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be returning until they start following the law and/or this pandemic is over.

First Time Customer, wanting to check out all the Fantastic Things I've heard about Coopersville Hardware & Feed! It was Everything & More! They had So Many Unique Plants, Seeds, Gifts, & Tools! The Customer Service went above & beyond expectations! The Store was Clean, Bright, Cheery, Safe, & Welcoming! Definitely could spent days browsing! I found a unique gardening tool, I have spent months looking for. I found a hard-to-find, plant fungicide (pet friendly)! I found a beautiful, tear-jerker of a card! I had a promise to order a fountain (and receive it within a week), if mine at home, doesn't work.And I left with So Many DIY Ideas!!!....One Super Satisfied Customer...and Thank You to the Gentleman, who helped me with my gardening tool & my door! If you are thinking they won’t have a part or an item, they amaze you and will have it. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Hours are also convenient for a D I Y person.

Waited 3 years to get close enough to stop in & buy a long time wanting " mickey mouse boot's for ice fishing. Very few pair, wrong sizes, can't order any! Not very helpful.
