The 4.8 stars seems off to me.I've taken my pets there for year's and it's either a hit or miss. So comparing it to other vets I'd give it a 3.8 but if all the other vet clinics weren't so terrible itd be lower. They are friendly and most of the time fast. It's been a few years but after spending tons of money on my cat there, she died there (happens, she was old). But the blanket I took there with her disappeared, they spelled her name wrong on her ashes

Dr. Bethany Myers is phenomenal. The front of house staff is exceptional as well. Friendly and caring. The only place I trust to take my pups. I appreciate that they don't push a lot of unnecessary treatments or products. Honest clinic, A+.

Great vet, great staff, they care about your pets. With 7 GSD i'm sure we will be in and out a lot over the years. Their Emergency after hours care is top notch and very affordable compared to most other facilities. Our K9 Klaus even gives 2 thumbs up for the guys and girls at Concord Veterinary clinic... Klaus still wants to eat their face but just a nibble or two.

Guess we were use to the service we received from the long time vet’s before. I know mainly a small animal vet now which is hard when own a farm and need that larger animal a vet

Excellent service. Very clean facility. Dr. Anthony is GREAT with our dogs and very informative. They're all very realistic when it comes to cost/expenses too. They don't ever try to talk me into things that we don't NEED and conscious of everyone's financial situation. A great group

Benn taking my dog and cats for years here. When my dog passed they were so compassionate and friendly when they put him down. I even received his paw print which means so much to me. My cats are treated with great respect even if they do scratch. I am sorry about that BTW. Thank you for your great care and love for animals and for working within our budget.

I had a sick little French Bulldog. I called in the morning , they squeezed me in that afternoon. They did some blood work and prescribed a course of treatment. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The staff is excellent and Dr Klingler was great at explaining his treatment plan. My frenchie improved drastically by the next morning and was back to her crazy little self. Thank you everyone!

Everyone here was absolutely wonderful! Having an animal put down is never something that you want to do, but we couldn't have picked a better place! Everyone was so kind and caring. I honestly can't describe the level of care, and love they put into what they do. We are truly thankful for everything. Thank you!

Been going to this place for over 10yrs. The prices have absolutely sky rocketed in the past year. Just in the past few months the t8 keto ear flush was 32.80 a 12oz bottle and now they're splitting that same bottle up and charging 17.50 for 4oz. Not sure if that's even legal? We're going to try the Albion vet!

Best vet in the world. They have helped me keep healthy pets healthy, they have fixed a complicated issue we had and they have compassionately through a pets last stages. But what impressed me the most was how they helped a veteran out when he lost a pet. Anthony and crew didn’t bat an eye when the gentleman said he didn’t have the money. This place is caring and qualified!

**Edit**I am very disappointed witht the way my dog was shunned at the end of her life. We were given an emergency apt after already visiting atleast 3 times for the same issue in the summer. Only to find out Our Girl has cancer. They were compassionate when I was there. After tho, when I called about having the vet come to the home to have her put down ( she's a 105lb saint) the person at the front desk was very rude. Kinda felt like since they wouldn't be getting anymore money from my living dog they didn't much care anymore. Very disappointing to say the least.Anthony the vet was very nice and informative. The office staff was very friendly. They doted on my pooch and loved her. I think I finally found a good vet thats not crazy expensive. I would give em 6 stars if I could.

Had to euthanize a friend's dog. Both the vet and the assistant were extremely compassionate, consoling, got right down on the floor with us until the end. I've never met these people before, but they were there for me and the dog. Well done!

The entire staff is very friendly, Dr. Anthony is giving my dog weekly chemo for Lymphoma and is literally saving his life and giving us more time with him. We have several dogs that he has treated, ACL surgery on our 9 yr old Lab as well as saving one of my dogs lives when she had mastitis and started to go septic. Highly recommend!!!!

This is the best clinic I have ever taken my dogs to. They are amazing! You can tell they genuinely care about animals... my dogs had a dental cleaning that has dramatically improved their quality of life. This place is very affordable and I will definitely be back!Follow up:This is the 2nd time Brittney has been rude to me. Serious attitude problem! She thought I was on hold but I heard her telling the staff I was being difficult.. I wasn’t.. I am in difficult situation... I have an injured cat that I can’t get into a carrier... he needs help! If you don’t care about animals or lack people skills... find a new job! Never coming back

We took our lab in and she had to have surgery within a day or two..They got her in that day within hours and she is doing great.They kept her overnight and when I got there she wanted to stay she was being so spoiled..The vets and the assistants are very caring and we truly appreciate them saving our fur baby..I would recommend them to anyone and everyone..We plan to have Hailey stay a patient of theirs..

Our dog Harvey is a rescue dog and has anxiety. The staff at Concord Veterinary Clinic were so great with him today. We had been too two other vets in Jackson and were getting frustrated at the prices and lack of empathy for our dog. He could sense how frustrated they were with him and so could we. Concord was recommended to us and we are glad we went. He was so much more relaxed and not quite as anxious. Both ladies were so great with him today. Highly recommend this vet.

Had to drop off a stool sample from one our guard dogs. Not exactly everyone's idea of a good time. But the staff at Concord Vet Clinic are very professional and handled it well. And call back with results of no bugs in the stool. Great news!

Amazing! If you want your vet to treat your pet with the same love you feel. For them, Concord Veterinary Clinic is the place to go. Genuinely care about their patients.Last night the worst happened...when we arrived they raced out to get our badly injured dog from the car. They knew who she was immediately...not our name but hers.Not only did they do all they could for her, they took the time to take care of us. They were nearly as devasted by the fact that she could not be saved as we were. As we prepared to let her go, they created a paw print keepsake.I've lost family members before, but seldom with the care and generosity I was given last night. Certainly not a when it was a four legged family member.Their are simply not enough stars to reflect my appreciation.

Update:Everything changed when Dr Trupiano retired. It's just lost its charm and caring ora. It's just another vet clinic now. And a very chaotic feel the last several times I was there. So I changed veterinarians.LOVE ♡♡♡ LOVE this vet!!! So so kind. All of the staff are so friendly. They all love what they do, and they really do care about our pets! Reasonable prices, and super great small hometown service! I couldn't say enough good things about the Dr.Trupiano duo. They have after hour phone numbers on their answering machine for emergencies.
