Feed cleanliness absolutely horrible. It’s understandable to have a few mites on bags with the heat, but not like this. You can see where they swept around the bags instead of pulling them out, cleaning under, and each bag individually. I will not be buying my horse feed from the Alpine location.

I called to check & see if your store had Bordetella/Kennel cough vaccines. The gal said yes we have them. So we made an “out of the way” trip to get them & guess what?!?!? They really didn’t have them!! 🤬 Thanks for a wasted trip!!

I was looking for a specific item and lost track of time and accidentally stayed after closing time without realizing it and your employees still took their time to assist me and help find what I was looking for. I did not catch the 2 young lady’s names who helped, but they were very helpful! Fantastic customer service at this store.

I drove to the store to purchase a space heater that showed 2 in stock at this location. An employee said the item was a seasonal item and they were put away in the back. I said that the website stated 2 were in stock and available for pickup. The employee said, “well the website is wrong”. Horrible customer service by a lazy employee.I was able to order one from Amazon no problem. They managed to find one “out of season” for me. I tried to shop local, but poor customer service sent me to Amazon. Don’t complain if Amazon runs you out of business too.

Impressed. I called and requested to purchase 9 of these dollies. The website was going to charge me just to ship it to the store. I spoke with Paul and he went the next day to 5 different locations just to pick them up for me. He called me the following day and said he had them all. Great service! Solid cart!

I love this place! They have some of the best prices on pet supplies like dog food and toys. I also really appreciate all of the medical supplies they have on hand for animals. Right now there are chicks available in the store so it's a lot of fun to take my daughter in for her to look at them. The staff is very friendly too!

The store was fairly busy on a Saturday morning, but the employees were extremely helpful. The store was well stocked and clean. I was buying some fencing - prices were better than I could find elsewhere. They even helped load the material into my truck.

Great place to go for just about anything farming wise or outdoors. Cheapest place to get propane. Newer location. Staff is really friendly and very helpful.
