Great shopping center. Bulk buying for long term is always cheaper than week to week. Sam's club is my choice of club shopping in bulk . Cute holiday sales are a plus and gas pricing for members is a great deal.

Rating my experience when trying to apply for a job here. There was an opening on indeed, I applied and was reached out to via email by sams club to apply on their website. I did so and completed 30 minutes of questions. I was reached out to via email to arrange an interview on their website. I did that, showed up for my interview. They didn't even know I had an interview scheduled. I got told I did great on the questions and they would like to hire me but the role I applied for had been filled. The girl who told me that said she would call me within a few hours to tell me which roles are available to apply for so they can set up orientation. Over a day and a half later and nothing. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for a response, filling out applications, went to the store and wasted 50 minutes of my day to not get so much as a call.

Great prices for large quantities of things I like most.O wow I couldn't believe it they even had a rare plant fruit on pineapple 🍍 plants. Just something new I've never seen before.Giant blueberries and Giant Black berries and fresh sliced pineapple Spears and whole roasted chicken at $5. Best price on kogel pickled bologna I think it was $10 jar. Yes they even had so many enticing other stuff I was lucky I had so much self control and barely made it out of there this time under $150!!My membership card had expired so I was under $100.But darn had to renew..They had artificial turf grass looked good. I wanted some for my patio for my new table.$100 on clearance $90 off was $190/roll!!

Pretty good place to buy bulk. I wish they would change up some of the products, same exact things every year. Definitely need more selection of frozen pizzas.

My favorite place for bulk shopping & low prices.We're a family of 5, that has gatherings frequently & with their prices, I can afford to feed everyone without going over my budget.They're always kept up on stock & the store is always very clean.

Shopping at Sam club was good but leaving was the bad part this worker, pushing cart and put a line of carts in front of my car and just left it there. so I was blocked in and she did not get the carts her name was Jenah or Jenna and 10 minutes go by I had to ask other worker to move the cart. And lucky another worker moved the carts if she can’t do her job then I don’t think she should work.

6:30 p.m. on a Friday night and they run out of pizza and only a few hot dogs left, and no onions for the dogs! I have experienced this on several occasions at this Sam's Club - Alpine Ave., Comstock Park. So I called the other Sam's Club in Kentwood and spoke to one of the managers and they said the boss in charge is trying to save a few dollars by allowing them not to make too many so that food isn't wasted at the end of the night...leftovers are given to the employees.

Can I just say how terribly inconvenient it is that there are no Sunday pharmacy hours! Ugh! Please, please consider having a window of time to at least pick up a mobile or online order!

Frequently this sams club does not have any rotisserie chicken. I recently stopped at the cafeteria on my way out. I ordered a piece of pizza with vegetables and was told management discontinued the vegtable pizza.

Lady in curbside pick up was super rude and threw around all of our products and then refused to acknowledge me talking to her about whether I was doing something wrong or not. Will not be back.

Love to get their pizza. "16 meat lovers loaded with toppings for under $10. Can't go wrong. Their hotdogs are huge and filling also cheap. Ypu can also get a slice and its enormous.

Great place for bulk foods and bottled water. Don't miss the rotisserie chicken. Good steak prices. Clothing selection varies. Good selection of ream papers.Bakery. Food ready to eat. Cold fountain drinks. Lower gas prices for members.

2 stars because I love Sam's. Cashier has no clue how to ring up my gift card. Stood there for 10 minutes until I asked her to call for help. She ignored me and kept trying for another 5 minutes. The line was building up behind me so I said forget it and went to Walmart instead.

I hadn't been in a while. I forgot how overwhelming the store can be. I was able to get everything on my list and stuff I didn't know I needed. Spent way to much but was happy with my purchases.

No coke no sprite. My center cut pork chops has 1 center chop on top and the rest r chops??? I paid for center cut and they ripped me off. I used 2 buy the mixed chops and they at least give u 2 in that pack. Should have bought a package of them. Less money. 4 shame Sam's club.

Had to get gas and pick up our dog’s heart worm and flea meds. We depend upon Sam’s Club for much if our food, gas and dog care. Staff in the pharmacy and the store are always helpful, informed and friendly. Way to go Sam’s Club!

The deli/restaurant people were absolutely wonderful. They made my day! I was figuring out Scan and Go for a pop. They were busy but the one deli girl made is right!You rock girl!!! You’re an asset to Alpine Sam’s Club. Wish I had asked your name.

Line in food court is always so long and takes forever. Sometimes you just want a slushie or soft drink, but waiting over 20 mins is too much.

Clean store. They often offer samples. Prices aren't as competitive as they used to be but you can still find some good deals. It's fun to stop for pizza at the cafe after you shop- only $2.50 for a LARGE slice and a drink.

I have been a member of Sam's for over 10 years. This experience has made me think twice about renewing my membership. Stopped in at the Alpine location to order a birthday cake for my 93 year old mother. It was 2 weeks prior to her birthday. Was told that they were busy doing graduation cakes and we needed to come back 3 days prior to the event. Decided to stop in one week before to make sure we would be guaranteed a cake for her party. This time we were told they were too busy with Father's day cakes and graduation and it would be impossible to get one. They said they might could get up cupcakes. Cupcakes!!! We needed a half sheet cake. I can't help it if her birthday falls on Father's day. We ended up getting one from Meijer . It was better than any cake we have ever had from Sam's and will not ever buy another from there. Hope you all will give Meijer a chance. You will be very pleased.

Appreciate their collaborative team effort...I havent worked in a while but I felt the synergy they showed effortlessly.

I brought my brand new set of wheels/rims in their boxes to Sam’s Club on Alpine Ave to get new tires. When I came back home to install the wheels I noticed that all of them were scratched. The only way this could’ve happened was while they were installing the tires with their tools. It is unacceptable that they were so careless with the installation of the tires in the rims. Like I said before, they were brand new. I also brought photos to the store and they refused to keep them by saying they would snap pictures of the rims themselves. And now they don’t want to pay for it.

This is a great Sam's Club. While I was super unimpressed with the staff hogging lanes and not apologizing, this store was super clean. Everything was stocked well. I was in and out super quick and found everything I needed/wanted. Highly recommend this one.
