Love shopping here! Only rated 4 stars because of my most recent experience. Closing was at 6 and the manager made an announcement at 5:55 saying the store was closed and to check out. She began walking up to everyone in the store asking them to check out. I think they should do at least a 10 minute warning so people don’t have to feel so rushed.

I like this Goodwill location better than most. The employees seem to really care about how the store is presented, and it seems like they organize and take care of the store better. Definitely want to put this on your map for your thrifting adventures.

Dude, when did goodwill get so expensive? 5 bucks for each individual piece in a standard dinnerware set, 15 bucks for a plastic vase, and more crazy prices. It's cheaper to buy new stuff at Target and Wally World.

Prices are too high at GR goodwills now. $6.99 for pants and $5.99 for a sweater seems ridiculous for donated items. I can find brand new items on clearance at department stores @ those prices. I am also not a fan that you now recieve store credit for returns and not your money back. Rubbish. I frequent far less often.

Never know what you are going to find. Can always find clothes and decorations for each season. Once in a blue moon you can find those "antique roadshow" gems :)

Horrible experience dropping stuff off with my car. It's the second bad experience dropping stuff off and I will never return to this goodwill again. Please train your employees to be kinder to people and not so arrogant. I dropped things off and he said just grab a cart and put your things in it as he stood there. No one behind me either. When he did finally help he "threw" items in the cart and one especially made in Italy, antique porcelain. It was worth some money but maybe not now. I will be going to any other Goodwill but not this one.

This is my favorite store to find new and used treasures! One man's trash is another man's treasure they say! I always find something everytime I visit! Especially their sweaters and sweatpants. Way cheaper than MelTrotter and Salvation Army! Baby/toddler clothes are only 99cents a piece! My sister and I go on what we call "goodwill runs" every Saturday and both enjoy shopping their so much!

my goodwill experiences are less and less satisfying regardless the store. the stores are much smaller than they use to be but still have little to choose from. i realize the inventory is only as good as the donation so west michigan must prefer to give elsewhere.

Staff are super rude and their demeanor is ridiculous.I was placing some items on my mother’s account as they were for her home and they treated me like I was a criminal. It’s my mom! To the older scowling woman with long blonde hair, I hope you get fired. She first starred me down my entire time in the store and then acted like Goodwill had million dollar items. Reality check, my items were 99 cents for my son. I would highly suggest going to a different goodwill where their staff are more friendly.

This store has been around quite awhile. It's fun to see if you can find a treasure or two. The prices are pretty fair. The prices in the Rockford Goodwill are so above what they should be that I see more and more people leaving without buying and they complain out loud. So Alpine gets my vote for #1

We have been in here several times. Helpful staff. A good one to visit if one is on a "hunt" for something. Not my preferred choice for Goodwill as the prices seem higher than some others around.

Sad and gloomy. Left after cashier asked for me to pull mask up after needing to breathe while calming inner high anxiety. Just not the same anymore. Shopping use to be self-care for me, window and thrift shopping. It is not fun anymore.

This place is soo small and doesn't even have a outdoor jacket.. No more tag color special offers. Not going back there again.

I love the goodwill helps to get people clothes at a reasonable price. I hope that they don't keep going up on the items so we can still continue to shop within our budget.

Love to go here. You never know what bargain items you will find. Need to go at least once a week so you don't miss out on the unique items.

Prices has increased somewhat with various products. Otherwise, a good place to save money especially on children clothing, shoes, coats, etc...

Great prices with value. I just got some pants from there with the tags still on them and they were originally marked for $14.99 but I got them for $4.99.
