Slow service, but very nice interior! On top of having slow service. The food was very cold and there is only one coffee pot. That doesn't make any sense! Me, and another customer waiting a long time for 2 different orders. It looks like they were really struggling back there even though there were plenty of employees

Overall good first experience. App is easy to use. Breakfast wrap was so so. The tortilla tasted weird to me.Donuts are good. I’m a donut fan anyway.Fast and friendly staff. I’m gonna visit again.Returned today to try some more items. Donut holes are excellent! Got a bacon, cheese, egg croissant. Not bad. Tater tots are “meh”. Refresher beverage didn’t wow me. Lemon loaf- it’s fine but I didn’t expect a “pre-packaged “ item so that made it very disappointing.Stick with the donuts people. Anything else as far as food, I don’t recommend.I really love the Jelly filled munchkin donut holes!

Every time I come to this location, the service is slow. At one of my visits, I was the only one in line when I arrived and I waited 20 minutes for 2 orig. iced lattes and a sandwich. The service is also very rude and judgmental as well. The last time I came here I ordered 2 iced orig. lattes with 4 pumps of vanilla and the coffee was absolutely disgusting and I get the same drink every single time.Slow service and the employees act like it’s an inconvenience to be servicing people.

I used to visit DD when they were on Plainfield and it's been some years. Decided to try DD again for something "different" and I don't want ANY of what this location is offering. I ordered a ham and swiss crossaint and a medium cappuccino. It took 35 mins and when I got to the window the young lady wasn't sure of my order while laughing. Hands me a bag and says I think you're all set. Very unprofessional and slow. Food was mini size and drink was cold. Waste of gas waiting in that slow and stupid drive thru design. Will not be visiting this one again. Save yourself a hard time and stay away. 🤬🙄

I love Dunkin, I stop at least 10 times a month. I have this particular Dunkin three chances. I'll never go to this Comstock Park location again.The lobby has never been open the 3 times I went (before 5 pm), which forces me to go drive-thru which means I can't see what donuts they have in stock.The kicker was today when I was served a tepid coffee. It was undrinkable at best, nausea-inducing at worst. No excuse for this. None.Service is below average as well.What is happening to this Dunkin, I've no clue but it's a shame how this store is run.

First off absolutely in edible food. Then the general manager Melony said the only way to receive a refund is to come into the store regardless of the validity realize the gas prices are ridiculous enough and the only solution that you would present is “come back into the store” no help provided beyond replacement of only the food in question. No extra “here allow me to offer you a replacement and refund or something of similar” just a really bad way to take care of your customer base.I’m not sure what the game plan is here but serving food that’s burned beyond being able to eat is not the way.Dunkin’ maybe donuts and coffee is where you need to stay at.On a side note the coffee was good.

Always used to go to dunkin and even praised it to people. I love it still but this location and others in the GR area are horrible. So this review is to these locations. Management treats their employees like garbage and am completely aware of the racist activity that goes on based on past employees at multiple locations. I had to write this in hopes someone in the company will do something and check up on the people they have running the stores. I chose to stop going to any dunkins in this area because of it.

Just opened and are having some hurdles. Weekend mornings, especially Sunday, there is quiet a wait. They gave me extra donuts my first time through. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because of being new. I will update review if need be. Drinks and food have been good! I have been three weekends in a row and the wait is the only negative but that may only mean a lot of people want Dunkin' ha.

Handed the lady at the drive through window Cash and a gift card. And she assumed we gave her a tip and she decided to charge my card instead of using the cash first like any other fast food place knows to do and said oh I’m sorry I thought it was a tip. And I had ti ask her to hand me my money back. Also I don’t know how hard it is to train your team to make each drink the same but I guess that’s too much to ask because everytime I order the drink taste different than it’s supposed to.

Very yummy chocolate munchkins (donut holes) and coffee at a great price! Tried the cake batter flavored frozen coffee. It was alright, but I love the mocha way more. Nice staff.

I come here often and it’s usually a pleasant experience however whenever I ask for less ice I either get less product or EXTRA ice! Sometimes I get the right amount of ice if I don’t say anything about the amount of ice. Today I asked for less ice and I could barley get the straw all the way down. I bought a retail cup ( it was super cute and the price was great!) and I poured the liquid into the new cup and left the ice in the cup it came in and this is how much ice was left. This is ridiculous! Too much ice for a normal drink and WAY TOO MUCH ICE FOR LESS ICE.

Went thru the drive-thru about 7:45. Ordered an Iced coffee and before we could finish the order was told the final amount, and to proceed to window. Picked up order and the person we talked to (not the person who took our order) said,"yea I know with a laugh and told us to have a good night". Dunkin is our favorite place to go when we are on vacation, but frustrated we cant get great service at our local place.

The speed of service has improved and the food is fine but we’ve had drinks that are truly undrinkable on 3 consecutive visits. We are so sad because we love dunkin, but we can’t waste our money hoping they’ll have it figured out anymore. Our drink order is consistent with what we get at other locations so there’s something off about how they’re making the drinks. Not sure what it is, but it’s such a bummer. They also took a $15 gift card and said it didn’t run (we found out later that it did) and also had us pay with a credit card so we lost $15 on that visit.

The first couple of times I went to Dunkin months ago, I had a great experience but lately, everything I order is incorrect and doesn’t come out right. I always get the wrong order and half the time the food is cold and inedible. It seems the staff is not following correct orders. Highly do not recommend. I keep giving them chances but I will not be giving them any more of my money.

Grabbed a sandwich, cold brew & some pup cups for my dogs…service was prompt & friendly, everything was good. Pulled out of the lot and my bigger dog got so excited for her pup cup, she jumped up & smashed my whole coffee in my cup holder 😡 I went back for a replacement (and some extra napkins), and they gave me another on the house. Little gestures like that will keep me coming back!
