A couple tubes were damaged and leaked during shipment. A quick email to the Log Home Shoppe with some photos was all that was needed for replacements to be shipped free of charge. That’s excellent customer service!

What a pleasure dealing with this company! Fantastic customer service. Fast delivery. Excellent packaging. BEST pricing!Had to return $1, 400 worth of product from thestaindepot.com (aka Supreme Deck Restoration) because they didn't even bother to package product which arrived damaged and leaky. Took weeks for refund to be processed, never again

EDIT: The Asst. Manager reached out to apologize for the delay and let me know the order was being expedited. There was an issue in communication and the order wasn’t actually received until the last week or so.Kudos to customer service!!!They are going to do something for us to show their appreciation for our order and make up for the delay.I am a former business owner, and this lady did a great job reaching out and explaining the issue to me. I feel like my patronage is important! 5 Stars!!We placed an order for door 10 weeks ago, paid for the doors (28, so this wasn’t cheap) and we’re told we would receive in 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks later, they’re just starting on the doors????? Now, we’re held up. Very poor customer service!!!! I can’t comment on the quality, because I don’t have any doors!

It's the people that make all the difference! Brandy in customer service helped me and went above and beyond with my order that I needed before leaving on vacation for two weeks. When it came, my contractor said it was the wrong one as it was the water-based instead of the oil-based and Brandy, once again, was so great in getting my order sorted and the right product to me! I highly recommend this company with customer service like that I won't get stain any place else.

Ordered log wash and 5 gal stain. Log wash showed up with invoice stating the stain comes from manufacturer. 8 days go by...no stain. Called left message...no return call. Emailed and reply states that manufacturer of stain doesnt have and will be 2-3 weeks maybe before ships. Nowhere on Log Home Shoppe did it say they didn't carry stain or out of stock. Feeling duped! Bad business practice. Will NEVER order anything from Log Home Shoppe again. Charges disputed and ordered stain from a competitor which actually has it in stock and will be here in 2 Days.

Ordered 5 corner trim pieces, which came in a timely manner. The packaging was exceptional. When we opened the package one of the trim pieces was split and another chipped on the edge. Sent an email and called the next morning. The customer service is 100 percent. They said they would get new ones out today and they did. Definitely would order from again!!

Look no further for Knotty Pine products. This company offers top notch stuff. First I ordered their sample kit just to have a look at the products. Even though it was just small pieces I could tell this was good stuff. Ordered a large amount of baseboard and casing to do my basement and every single piece was straight and usable from being packaged so well.

Rotten Customer Service. I called to check the availability of a 1000 sqft of 6" White Pine paneling on Mon. 7/6/2020 and Kim gave me a quote and told me that they had plenty in stock. I called back on Thurs. 7/9/2020 to verify and to schedule pick up on Sat. 7/11/2020. She told me that there was no White Pine, so I settled on Red Pine and it wouldn't be available until Wed. 7/15/2020 afternoon. I called on 7/15 and was told that even when the truck gets there, there was 31 orders it front of me. I told her that I took a week's vacation for this. She had me speak to Timber, the manager? He told me he would call me the next day, Thurs. because the truck didn't make it. 2 days later, Fri. Timber called and told me that my order would be in the following Monday 8/19. I said "I wouldn't be up here". All he said was "OK" and hung up. So, I would like to thank them because I got beautiful 8" White Pine, all 14 footers from Phil at Northern Log Supply in Mayville, MI for less than what I would have paid for the 6", varying 10 inch to 8 foot long planks from Log Home.------------------8/25/2020--------After reading your response. "Kim", you quoted me between $2,300- $2,400 for 1,000 sqft 6" pre-finished, matched ended white pine. I spoke about it in detail due to it's very light color and my wife didn't want the room to be darker. At that time, you told me that you had plenty of it. When I called back (4 days later), you said you didn't have any in stock and we never even spoke of white pine, that you quoted me for red pine. Minding my composure, I asked if the red pine was used in your showroom and you told me "yes". So, I settled on red pine and ordered it. It wasn't available on Saturday, but you said it was coming via truck on the following Wednesday. You never spoke of any orders in front of mine. You're story changes quite often. Now, if you had spoken of the "bombshell of 31 orders in front of mine", I would have purchased the order from other sources from the start. I was upset that I've been mislead twice now due to my scheduled vacation time off. I didn't yell or curse at any time, but you handed me over to "Timber" anyways. Not giving honest information to potential delivery problems for customers, hoping that it all works out, just to try to secure a sale isn't very professional. And, You NEVER shift the blame to the customer when it falls through due to your own incompetence. Especially to a person who's been working in the customer service field for over 25 years. Let's see if this ever gets posted.

This is one of the coolest places. Forget the big box stores and the junk they sell. The prices are more than reasonable and they have quality products if your looking for that cabin feel in wood products. I would recommend them to anyone!

i got my order and was very happy to see that it was in a crate to protect it from damage when i opened it up my doors were in excellent condition and the workmenship was fantastic thank you

Customer service was not very good. They acted like we were bothering them. Not very helpful. Wanted us to know exactly what we needed so they could hurry up and get us out of there.
