This particular store has a terrific staff. The system for getting the prescription to the pharmacy and then to the patient is unreliable and frustrating. Sign in doctor's office says check with pharmacy first before calling doctor about prescriptions. When I call pharmacy they say "no" no prescriptioncalled in. This circle dance started on Tuesday November 21.Pharmacist said the prescription would be ready Friday November 24. I called on Friday and there was no order for prescription. Doctor's office was closed. I waited until Monday. The Rite Aid pharmacy had no prescription. I called doctor, they had called prescription in on November 17. They sent the request again. I received my medication on Monday November 27. Terrible system.

For the pharmacy at this store, ignoring; the phone, people waiting at the drive through, and people waiting in line inside, appear to be standard operating procedure. Walgreen is a bit of a drive for me, but the drive is becoming more worthwhile every time I have to deal with this pharmacy.

The price charged for generic over the counter allergy remedies is criminal and a perfect example of price gouging. Stay away unless you enjoy throwing your money away.OCTOBER 16, 2023 - Now that Rite Aid has filed for bankruptcy, it's clear that my comments weren't off the mark - people have zero tolerance for price gouging tactics.

Good luck ever getting a hold of anyone to talk to as they never answer the phone. When I finally did get a hold of someone they told me my prescription was ready and when I arrived they didn’t have it ready. I went back the next day and they only refilled 2/3 of the prescription’s my doctor called in. I then had to call them several more times to finally get them to refill it.

I tried to drop a prescription to be refilled at the drive thru on Tuesday May 30th at 1:55 pm before a 2pm dental appt thinking I could pick it up after my appt. I sat there watching a woman restocking something in the window wondering why she was ignoring me then I noticed a sign hanging crooked on the glass that said the pharmacy staff was on lunch untill 2pm. I left and came back in an hour. I drove up to the drive thru that said " drop off" only to have a very loud not very personable woman yell at me over the speaker that the lane didn't work and I would have to get in line behind everyone else and wait. So I did. While sitting there I heard her being rude to the car ahead of me. They left. I rolled up to the window trying to get my stuck window to roll down while this woman yelled 2 times "WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH!" She took my refill bottle and told me it would be at least an hour to refill a cholesterol script of 6 pills. Now I have to drive back there tomorrow to get it. She was loud and very unfriendly. I can except the pharmacy being closed completly for lunch on the middle of the afternoon, and I can accept the "drop off " lane being broken but I can not tolerate the rudeness of the employee working the window. So my suggestion is to put a cone in that lane that signifies it is out of order so customers dont need to be yelled at and embarrassed and maybe stagger the lunch breaks so at least your customers can drop off their prescriptions and hire people that have some people skills. I will now find another pharmacy.

My 83 year old father who has congestive heart failure had to wait for 45 minutes for a flu shot he had an appointment for and then was yelled at by the pharmacist and treated horribly. Never had issues before. We understand they were probably busy and short handed but that is no way to treat an older very sick person. Dr office was out of the flu vaccine or he would have got it there.

Iv had many bad experiences with this pharmacy, they are rude and unhelpful. After my most recent experience I do not plan on returning and will happily find a new pharmacy.

I was supposed to pick up a subscription but they had me there for 40 minutes waiting I had left the dentist office and the order was placed at 10:30 so I was waiting 40 minutes for them to fill the bottles that's ridiculous and nobody was there as far as customers very very poor service I recommend not giving your medication from them I was in so much pain with my tooth and they had me just sitting there for no reason if you have customers and you're really busy I understand but just sitting there and nobody's even there and I'm a customer and you don't take care of me You got me waiting 40 minutes 10 minutes maybe 15 it should have took at most and that's being generous I will never go back there!

On 11/30/18, we stopped at Coloma Rite Aid drive-thru to pick up our prescription, but through my paperwork from a local clinic, the pharmacy discovered that it had been sent to the wrong pharmacy several cities away. I asked if Rite Aid would contact that pharmacy and have the script sent back to Rite Aid for filling. They said that they would which I thought was very nice of them. I came back the next day to the drive-thru at 11 a.m., but there was no medicine filled. I told them what happened with the Rite Aid team the previous night and this team hurried to fill our prescription as quickly as they could. Five stars to the team today; zero stars to the team last night. Why say you are going to do something if you’re not?Then, on 12/03/18, the doctor at the clinic changed my mother’s medicine due to new information on her condition. I went to Rite Aid and there was no medicine once again. (Yes, it was the stupid clinic’s fault—sent it to the wrong pharmacy again). I called the clinic in the Rite Aid parking lot and they said to give the pharmacy a good 30 to 45 minutes to fill the medicine and then go there. I went to the drive-thru 45 minutes later and waited in line. When it became my turn at the window, the clerk disappeared. I waited for 20 minutes with no response and people growing in line behind me. They already knew I was there, but I pushed the call button anyway. The woman who had been working at the window gave me a dirty look and held up a finger to indicate just a minute. Finally, after a few minutes, she came to the window and, after hearing the name, she sent the pharmacist over who told me that, only a few minutes ago, he had spoken to the doctor on the phone. I don’t believe that because this particular clinic sends its scripts in writing, not via phone. Also, the pharmacist told me that the reason I had to wait so long was because the clerks (there were two) had to wait on the people inside the store first (rather than one waiting on those inside and one waiting on drive-thru). He told me to come inside if I’d like to get waited on faster. I asked him if he knew about how long it might be and he just threw up his hands. What kind of customer service is that?

This Is one of the busiest pharmacy I have ever seen but they do a great job! Kristin their tech is very knowledgable & professional. I’d like to Thank her for helping get my elderly fathers medication corrected and always explaining it to him how he is to be taking it. Kudos to her.

I went in to this location and experienced some terrible customer service. I printed about 26 pictures and everything printed out fine until the last 3-4x6s and the 3-8x10s. There were marks that looked like divots in the photo paper. The gentleman that started out helping me was new but the lady that stepped in said that it was a defect in the paper. I was happy to pay for all the other photos, even though all of the remaining 17-4x6s also had the defect but it wasn't on my daughters face. She refused to remove the defective photos and told me I could reprint them. I left the pictures behind because I am not paying for something that looks bad.

The walk in clinic sent some scripts over at 8pm. We went at 8:30 to get them. Apparently they only have 1 person that can process the scripts, so they told me they would be ready at 10am the next day. I called, the person who processes them will not be in until 1pm now. We go to pick them up at 8pm, they only have 1 script and no longer take our insurance! They failed to call us to let us know they did not have the other 2 scripts, they failed to let us know they no longer take our ins. So now my daughter will miss 3 days of school because she could not get her antibiotics until 2 days after they were prescribed! God forbid she was like deathly ill.

incredibly rude, interrupted me, said they "didn't have time to look up that info". p.s. that's your job! this is the third time i've had a bad experience with them in the past week. as a fellow medical professional i will no longer be sending my patients to any Rite Aid nor get my own personal prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. i'd give a 0 star if possible

Fix the Pot Holes in Coloma Rite Aid.You can't even drive without dodging holes.And the Problem isn't anything new. Been that way since summer.

I left my wallet here, and within 10 minutes one of the lovely staff members got ahold of me on Facebook and let me know they had my wallet. We were working next door and live about 1.5hrs away. This made my night! Thank you!!
