Called for estimate to replace large thermopane window that has a broken seal.... He missed the first appointment Friday -- forgot it -- called again and was assured he would be out on Monday. NEVER showed up and never called. If he cant keep his appointments, kind of makes you wonder if he would even show up if he got the work!

July 7th this company came out to give us an estimate on replacing 9 windows in our home. We were told that they would call us to give us the price. Today is 11 days later & we still haven't received that call. We were told that they are several weeks behind in installing windows because of the virus & we can understand that. We weren't in a hurry to have them installed. However, if a company is that undependable in getting back to us with the price, we figured their work wouldn't be dependable either. In the meantime we've contacted another company out of Mishawaka to do the work for us.

Liers, worst customer service ever. Spoke with Art the owner several times and he continues to lie to us saying they have no records of estimates or that they will look into it and call us back. Called several times and they said it was still in process at the "warehouse". Really, a year to make one window. Do not recommend at all.

I don't know what happened here, and I have used them in the past with no problems. After over 2 months of waiting for a window to be repaired and expressing my frustration in the multiple delays I was told by the principal that there are other companies that I could call to have to work performed.

Only glass repair in town. They do quality work, but takes some time since they are the only ones around. The dog is friendly even though it looks like a bear.
