My car broke down (ABS lite, stabilitrac, etc - not drivable except to limp into town) while passing thru the area. Gage said they would look at it right away (other places said next week...and it was Monday!). I'm so glad they did. They got me back on the road quickly, for a fair price, and with a smile. They also helped entertain my bored dog while we waited. Thank you Gage!

They know what they did. The universe will take care of the situation. Happy holidays! Up date 12/7/23. I never expected you to fix the car for free that would be crazy. I had the car towed to and from you garage. The car sat in my drive way ask your employee untill it was fixed. I also have the messages and picture that I sent you where u admitted that your staff didn't properly inspect the car before selling it to me. We can keep this going. The BBB already has my claim. I'm sure they have already contacted you.

We purchased and traded in a car at Gage motors. We had heard great things in the community about them and have several friends and family members that have used them previously.We purchased a car that we were told was “in great condition“. The reason they “knew this“ it’s because it belong to the secretary prior to her trading it in.We message them within a few hours letting them know that there were a few issues with a car that involve safety… they argued about fixing them but finally agreed to fix one of the issues. we have had the vehicle for less than three months and are having huge electrical issues.Not sure if it was the mechanic that did the fix or an issue that was covered up by the company. It was one of the original issues that we addressed within a few hours of purchasing the car.We messaged them asking if we could set up a time to talk about options about possibly trading it in for some thing different since they were so many issues. After ignoring our messages for two weeks, they finally responded that they can’t do anything about it.We will continue to pay but will make sure everyone knows the experience that we have had and unfortunately we will not be recommending the support of the small business. It’s rather unfortunate because we would’ve even been willing to buy a more expensive car or work with them on anything that they could do for us. they knew all the issues since it was an employees car and yet they hit it off by taking off the warning signals. very dishonest and not someone I would want to recommend to friends and family.

They fixed my kids VW coolant leak AND replaced the coil and did a tune up for less than I was expecting for the coolant repair itself. Then when it still leaked, the for it right back in and fixed the next day at no charge. Honest, affordable and very helpful.

Bought my e-bike there. They are very helpful.When I called them with questions they are great from Amy at front desk to Brian,and all of the other guys that put my bike together and showed me how bike works. They also service the bike they sell. Was a great experience. Would highly recommend Gage Motors. I like to shop local.

Trustworthy, fair and polite garage. They put a "new" used engine on my 07 Chrysler Sebring when it blew. Six months in and no problems. From engine replacement, oil changes, tires or being financed for a used car, they have it all.

My car started shaking on the highway while my toddler was in the car. I stopped in Coloma and started calling mechanics to see what was wrong. These guys were my 3rd try and were so nice! I brought the car to them and although their parking lot was packed, they quickly squeezed me in and got me back on the road. Awesome customer service! I wish I lived closer to send you more business. Thank you.

Worst place ever to get your car fixed spent 636$ to get struts and sway bar links put on I explained to them I would be driving the car to Georgia I was told someone test drive it and the car was safe to drive after driving the car to Georgia I find out bad parts where put on my car and need to be replaced agin after speaking to gage motors they refused to do anything unless I drive the car up to Michigan even refused to give me the receipts for work they had done and how did they even miss all this work u will be out of pocket a lot of money and they will miss things with your car any shop that has a contract with express auto should not be trusted
