If you wanna shop at an unprofessional place Come here. I can’t tell you how many times I walked in the two lessy couple. Erica and Sarah combs Where are arguing and being unprofessional at their job.On top of that, they can’t leave the lessy activities at home. They got a flirt with each other In front of other customers massaging each other .when they’re both getting along and making us feel uncomfortable.The place is a joke, but Sarah combs Erica make it very unprofessional Environment.

Everyone stands around and talks. The store manager using their personal phone to call other stores and talk with Benton Harbor Dollar General and other store managers. Also the employees have their own little totes up front and in the back so they can store things they want to buy later on. Employees will "shop" while getting paid on the clock and stash it in those totes. Also when when the truck cones they also keep things for themselves and not put the items on the shelves for customers. The tags doesn't match up with the item itself on the shelves. Stock spends more time in the back of the store then on the shelves because no one wants to put away truck. Why does it take them 5 or 6 days to put away truck? They are a small store. They aren't in the big city at a bigger store with bigger trucks that bring them double or triple the stuff. Employees need to shape up and actually work.

The store is close and convenient, with reasonable prices + weekly coupons (you get what you pay for) decent variety of items (considering the size of these types of stores) The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful (I shop here frequently because of this) but...sometimes understaffed.Sometimes cluttered, but usually clean. Don't always have sale items in stock, which would be fine if they gave rain checks, but they don't. Seems like they should honor their sale prices.All in all...a quick, easy, convenient place to shop.

I had not been in a Dollar General in quite a while and since I've been home so much due to Covid. A friend and I decided to make a few extra stops along our regular route. I was very pleased to see that there was such a great selection. I was able to find several new products to try. It was an over all great experience with a friendly staff and I didn't even have to wait in line.

Long story short a cashier and I were best friends but we aren’t anymore. So my mom and I came in here getting things we needed and this cashier gave me a stare like no other and the proceeded to walk away from the counter when my mom and I were walking up, she seen us and insisted she went to the bathroom and then got mad when her manager told her she has to wait on us first. This is disrespectful and needs to be fixed or she needs to be fired for trying to not do her job.

Its gotten a little nicer; and a touch more organized. I stopped going to this place for a couple of years !!! Due to unfriendly cashiers; don't make me feel like your doing me a favor; by checking out my product lol Keep on keeping on... If retail isn't your thing... Find something you Love.

Prices were good. Cashier's were friendly and quick.The bathroom however, the main reason we stopped, was disgusting. I wouldn't let my 3 year old daughter use the restroom so the poor girl had to hold it until the next stop.

This store is like the redheaded ugly stepchild. Always dirty, cluttered an has a weird smell. I go out to Riverside or Hagar Shore. Clean,not cluttered and everyone is so much nicer. Skip Red Arrow and Travel to Riverside you'll thank me later

Clean and organized. The set up was a little different though. I came in for some sandals for my kids but they didnt have many options for shoes for older kids or adults. It was mostly toddler shoes. They didnt have the advertised deal in the computer and had to manually put it in after checking the aisle, but it wasnt a big deal and the cashier was polite about it. No long lines and I was quickly checked out. It was the quickest I ever been in and out of a dollar general.

Stood in line waiting for over 6-8 minutes. 1 person at the register waiting on someone. 2 people in front of us. Finally got someone else up there. Never got a sorry for the wait no nothing. Usually don't have a problem here.

Maybe have the coupons online easier to obtain. I see all these savings a d discounts if you have the digital cupon on phone. I tried like 5 times still couldn't activate them. I love this store!!

Beautiful store. Was remodeled in 2019. The staff there are Much Much Nicer and More helpful than the staff tgey had Before they remodeled the store. They now haveFresh Veggies and a Big Freezer section and More choices all over the store.

I become friends with Associates in there couple of my neighbors I really feel comfortable going to the Dollar General here by my house quick convenient and I spent too much money hahaha

They are a fedex drop off location. But getting someone to do it is hard. They get angry every time. Not all employees are trained to do it either.
