Place has really improved in the last year or so. Still an issue with supply and overhead, but it’s a small-town hardware store that usually has what you need and some great people, as of late, who’ll help you find it. Very friendly!

Workers were very professional and helpful. However, I didn’t get the exact screw I needed but that was NOT their fault at all. Tim, an assist, was VERY helpful in assisting me with my lack of knowledge of said screws. I’m not very knowledgeable nor experienced when it comes to hardware such as screws. I GREATLY appreciate Tim’s and others’ patience with me today. I felt VERY welcomed even with my lack of understanding of screw types. I definitely recommend going here to support a local business as well as getting the right tool or equipment you need.. I’m definitely coming back in the future. :)

I am very much so a regular, and for a reason! My husband owns his own buisness, and I do the running. The gals, especially Ellen help me find all that I need as quickly as possible. If they don't have it, THEY LOOK AROUND. No fear of competition at all. Plus they mix paint the "old" way... and it always turns out so much prettier!

Love this place everyone is always helpful and very friendly and they always have what I need...I'm sure the bad reviews for this place that I have seen are from people who are disrespectful to the employees and go in the store with the attitude of they are better then the employees and the type of people who are never wrong and look down on anyone who works in customer service

Went in for a circular blade for my rotor drill [dremel]. Had 4 or 5 people up at the front counter. None of them could be bothered to help. Only time I was ever acknowledged was when I finally gave up looking and left. I'll just keep going to Kelloggs in Hartford.

Unhelpful older gentleman literally walked away from me as I was explaining what I needed. He cut me off mid sentence and said, "nope, can't help ya" and walked away. In addition none if their staff are masked up so I won't be returning anyway.

Terrible customer service. I called to ask if they carried hanger bolts. Male employee said he had no idea what I was asking for. I asked if he could look it up to see if they carry it in the store? He hung up on me. Won't be doing business here any longer. It's sad I usually love supporting local businesses.

Had to run in last minute of the day for some broken toilet parts. They stayed open on one of the worst weather days I’ve seen yet. They are always helpful and know exactly where everything is.
