Literally every single month they don't have enough of my medication so they only fill a partial and then the pharmacy techs are very rude about it like I am inconveniencing them. They also almost always put in old information for my insurance so it first comes back not covered and then I have to call and have them fix it. Absolutely terrible customer service.

My prescriptions were transferred to Walgreens when Rite aid closed. I called for refills was told they would contact my doctor for one prescription as I had no refills left. Called back 6 days later and they tell me I never had a prescription for the one that they were going to get refills from my doctor on. I’ve been talking that prescription for 10 years. After watching the pharmacist and her technicians goof off and toss things I said I’m calling CVS. I called CVS got my prescriptions transferred only to find out Walgreens didn’t transfer all of them. What a disgrace the Coldwater Walgreens is. I will never go back

Tool photos of my kids and decided to use Walgreens to get them. Had to fight to get my photos and go inside and sign some paper. Apparently because I have money and can afford to take photos in a professional manner I have to prove that I took them. What a joke.

This pharmacy is AWFUL. I call over the phone to refill a prescription. Get there to pick it up and they say I never refilled it. The staff is rude and need trained better. Save your time and go to another pharmacy. I will be.

They have denied filling prescriptions for a Hospice patient dying of cancer, multiple times, even willing to get into arguments with our Hospice care team about the medications needed.Thank you for making my dying father's pain so much worse. We really appreciate it.

i use walgreens for all of my prescription fills plus they carry the workout supplements i like...however, the reason why im a customer of walgreens is bc one of the pharm techs Airyenn She is outstanding. She always knows what i need to go with certain rx i take, seems to really know where things are behind the counter with Airyenn im back on the street in no time and i cant tell you how much i appreciate that..Shes always great with other customers....a pharm tech with the skill and personality of Airyenn should be gold to walgreens .. whatever walgreens pays her its not enough

do not recommend getting passport pictures done here. Very low quality, bad lighting, they don’t show you your picture before just printing them!

My experience with the Coldwater, Michigan Walgreens Pharmacy has been horrible the last several times I have gone there. I pick up prescription for 3 elderly people and everytime there is an issue, when trying to resolve the issue, I have been met with a nasty attitude and almost little to no help. Honestly disgusted with the service I have received from them time after time!The photo center has lost 2 rolls of film and even gave us someone else's photos once.You can clearly tell there is no communication within the building. I went to the photo center to pick up a disposable camera that they gave us for losing our photos and the employee informed me that they gave it to the pharmacy since they knew I needed to pick up prescriptions, but when I went back to the pharmacy, they had no idea what I was talking about and acted extremely rude, like I was the one clueless. Now I could understand if the place was packed, long lines, ect. But there was maybe 3 customers in the whole store, and they just came back from their lunch break so come on!

Great store and pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful with pick-up and questions.Store staff is good as well. Bathrooms have always been clean.Pharmacy drive up window can have a tendency for longer than expected wait times.Lots of parking spaces but navigating the lot can be risky.

Apparently, despite the signs that say masks are required, masks aren't required. Per the employees, they don't ask anyone to put on masks. Seems like a bad choice for a health based business giving COVID shots. Plus side is that the staff are extremely friendly.

Couldn't be more disappointed. My insurance has never covered a medication that I have taken for over 5 years. Everytime I drop it off I have they automatically run my insurance and don't fill the RX even though I have always paid cash.... The first dozen or so times this happened it got annoying but I figured I might just have to give them a reminder to fill it because I have paid cash for the last 10 years.... The last 4 times I have reminded them they have messed up my actual RX by not giving me the extended release, or shorting my RX by more then 1/2 (good thing I counted before I left the counter), conveniently losing my Good RX coupon that has been stored in the computer for years and charging me double because I always catch the mistakes. I'm contacting the DEA due to what my RX is and opening an investigation. BEWARE THEY ARE SUPER PETTY AND HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

Don't go here if you expect to get anything on time. The pharmacist put at least 3 prescriptions on the " too soon to fill list" by mistake?!?! Now they tell me they can't do anything for at least 2 business days at the end of the day Friday on a holiday weekend. So I guess I have to wait almost a week until Thursday. Thank good it's not life or death!!!!! I'll be shopping elsewhere!!

By far the worst customer service. The man at the drive through was very rude, and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Waited a good half hour before even getting any type of achnowledgement. Will be using Meijer again.
