Actually fantastic prices on dog food, and they carry Fromm's! If you did not know, it is made in Wisconsin and my dogs are much healthier now. As you can see, my boy approves! Staff is always friendly, store is always clean, and I do not have to self checkout ever.

A small farming store. It's nice it's clean. Nice employees. Definitely not as big as Angela's rural king, but it works for coldwater, apparently

It's always a lot like shopping at the hometown hardware. We never leave without finding some great clearance deals, gloves. Socks, a great coat for fall and all sorts of treats, food and meds for our pets.

Digging this store only been there once before. Bought a house with a pellet stove and this store has it all. More than you could imagine and great customer service.

This place is run by rookies! The 2 guys that used to work here were great. I asked for help and was told to wait someone would be right with me because they were already helping someone so I waited longer and Noone showed up to help so I went to leave and the girl that was supposed to come and help was chit chatting with the lady at the register who didn't have anyone in line. So I walked out and went to TSC where they welcomed me and helped me immediately.

The manager who I believe her name was Ashley was great alot of help she took me to every thing needed and the other staff was all very friendly the store was well organized .there was not clutter in the isles. The restroom was Clean. I live in Angola and usually use rural King for My shopping for the type of things that those type of stores sell. I think that I'll quit using rural King and drive to Auburn to get my stuff like that the staff is great and the building is clean and it was just a wonderful experience shopping there I would recommend this store

The first time I went here was at Christmas and I was looking for guinea pig food I was able to find one small bag and glad of it the cashier was very personable and friendly but since that time I've been back twice they seem to be I don't want to say short-staffed cuz there's not that much business there but the three that were there you basically are ignored nobody says hi bye barely get a thank you and I couldn't find my guinea pig food either because they are way low on stock could be covid reasons not sure what's going on but the staff does not help at all there's no Smiles they act like they don't want to be there so if you are looking for something I'd call before I go in.

I'm updating my review to cover the changes in the store.Things have definitely improved, customer service has definitely gotten better.The 'new' store manager is great, he says hello to everyone he sees, which is always nice.I bought a snowblower during black Friday and I had issues with it almost immediately. They picked it up, repaired it and returned it all within DAYS of me filling out the repair request.Great job guys.

Everything seem to move swiftly in the store. With lots to choose from. The employees were nice and handling customer service at register very well. Even the outside parking lot was busy and employees were working steady.
