Professional staff that cares, I’ll wait the extra 10 minutes in line or on the phone knowing my dogs are getting the best care possible at a reasonable price. They care about the pets and pet owners alike, they are always smiling, and they are always doing the best job they can do. Vets are limited, staff is limited, and time is limited everywhere we go. If you are getting frustrated because of having to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes, give them some courtesy please and just know it’s because they give the best care possible to every pet coming through that door. I have used Bronson Vet Services for my dogs for several years, and they have always done their best to fit me in when I have a short-notice need for a vet. Admittedly I am not good at keeping up with normal scheduled appointments like I should be, but I have never felt judged for it when I did get them in. The desk staff has helped me secure financing and track down better prices on prescriptions, even if it means not buying meds directly from them. I feel like they all genuinely care about my pets and it's not just a job to them.

They have great staff, a great veterinarian, and excellent communication. I highly recommend them! The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. My pets always receive top notch medical care from the veterinarian. They also keep me well informed about my pets' treatment plans. It's clear they truly care about the health and wellbeing of all the animals they treat. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful vet clinic to care for my pets. They provide a high level of service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My cat was sick, and no vet office in town would help her because I wasn't a client. Bronson vet took her and got her right in to see her. The vet, Kara Laird,DVM, was so nice and caring. She answered all my questions and was very caring to my cat. The girls up front was very friendly and helpful as well. The vets office is so nice and clean as well. This is a great vet to take your animals to. Thank you for helping my cat she is so much better.

We are new today to this vet for our dog Willow. She was quickly diagnosed with A heart murmur and had excellent care. We have a good plan going forward and will be taking all of our dogs here going forward. Thank you ! Update: Willow is now in heaven. We went back to the vet and let Willow gain her wings. The staff was so caring from the phone call to schedule to the dr herself helping my husband take Willow to the car so we could bury her at our home. 5 stars for this vet. Hearts of pure gold.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. They are so compassionate and gentle with my lab who is very wild and has high anxiety when going to the vet. They really take the time to do what's best for him. They are so great at communication and easy to schedule with. They even called the day after our appointment to see how my dog was feeling. We love all the staff and doctors and have permanently switched to them as our primary vet!

I have used them all of my life. They have grown so much over the years. They got me right in with my new kitten for testing and again a few day later because his eye was swollen. They are wonderful there and care so deeply for our animals. There are 2 issues I have they no longer have the emergency line at least from what I could tell and lastly they are typically more expensive than most clinics.

They take care of my entire family's medical pet needs.
