We just bought a sectional and ottoman at this location. The man who took care of us while ringing us up was wonderful. He helped us back our borrowed trailer in as we had no idea how to do it properly. 🤣He was so friendly and patient with us. He and my husband loaded it in the trailer. He was so professional and friendly, and deserves a raise!

It tries to be a supermarket, and it succeeds for the most part. Except for checkout. The layout of the registers is better suited for a Marshall's or TJMaxx than a supermarket

Bathrooms are very dirty. I wanted to buy some wreath forms and the cashier tried to scan the tags and there was a problem. Long story short, the manager said they were not for sale?? What?? How is an item on the shelf with a price tag not for sale? Lazy management.

Big Lots may not seem like the place that you would expect 5 STAR customer service...(especially from my 30+ years in Customer Service perspective) But tonight, when I was in desperate need of a storage tote... All I had to do was ask for some help and Tracy and her team absolutely rose to the occasion...I can't thank you enough, Tracy for all of your help... (Ladders, trips to the back room and incoming truck inventory search included) THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! You and your team were excellent!!!

Greeted by employee who loves his job and customers. He was greeting every single customer. Place was slow when we arrived. Could not believe nothing in isle's very clean, appreciate having a bathroom when needed.

Had THE WORST experience with an associate. Lya was her name. Gave us the wrong prices OVER AND OVER AGAIN. We finally calculated the price on our own in a matter of 2 mins, which took her about a 1/2 hour walking back and fourth. Thank goodness someone else took over.

Face coverings required posted clearly on the entry door, yet 4 out of 8 patrons inside the store had no face covering and some were lingering at the entry. In order to leave or enter the store patrons would have to come within 3 ft of them talking loudly with no face coverings. Will not return to this Big Lots.

No price tags on any of the patio furniture. We had to track people down to have them look up prices. Very unorganized and lowes had better prices.

They had a 6-piece table set marked at about $180 and then took me to the register and told me it was marked wrong. Instead of giving me the table set for the marked price, they told me it would be $300. Would not recommend.

Good deals on protein bars and progresso soup. Lots of different chips and snacks you dont find anywhere else. Staff was nice. Beats dollar general anyday.

I like to wander in Big Lots, sometimes great finds sometimes not. Got a couple bath sets. Towels,face colths and hand towels also table clothes. We stop in when we find one in town we are in.
