I frequently shop and visit the Clio location for propane and any outdoor type of gear that I may need. Wide variety of products with fast, friendly, and great customer services with a good location close to the expressway. I highly recommend this business.

Almost always have what I come in looking for, as was today. Their prices also seem to be inline with others selling similar products. Very seldom do I have to wait for more than just one customer checking out. Also have staff on floor for a quick question or help finding a product.

I called first the man went above and beyond to help me locate a store with the item I needed, even tho his location did not have it!!! When I arrived at the store another employee helped me locate exactly what I needed!! Very friendly we employees!!

Maddie at the front is awesome! Went way over and above to help me find the last available Cub Cadet 50" mower. Super helpful!...excellent customer service. Good suggestions. Didn't give up. Make this kid a manager so TSC doesn't lose her :) Other lady was dismissive and seemed annoyed. I was thankful Maddie was there! :)

If you're after a friendly and welcoming shopping experience, this tractor supply location sure won't disappoint. I went in looking for an item I had found online but couldn't seem to find in store, and Rhonda was very quick to point me in the right direction, despite the item being a new offering and not even on the shelves yet! The staff is very knowledgeable about their store, as well as the product's they offer. Overall very satisfied with my experience and as always, the wonderful and inclusive selection of items available.

Going in today was like opening a bag of peanuts in an elephant house! Although, all staff members were very pleasant, the customers were very numerous... Today was the first 50+ degree day of 2018 in our neighborhood and as a result, the shoppers we're out in force looking, talking, questioning, planning and yes... buying for projects! I knew what and where in the store my materials would be located so I went straight to that area... I looked at all the selections offered but I couldn't find anything that matched my needs, so I left and after shopping at 3 other facilities, I settled for ordering online and waiting until Monday to finish my project.Friday July 29, 2022.Other than being accosted at the front door by someone (NOT STAFF) that thought he was a comedian, today's visit was exactly what I intended it to be! I knew what I wanted, I went to the location in the store, picked my products and went to the check out. At the check out, I purchased 2 additional items that were on special. Congratulations to the marketing people!

I love when I visit a little town that has a Tractor Supply store! They are a hardware store at its very best. I like to go through their clothing selection which is completely different from all the stores I normally visit. They've always got a great variety of clearance items. The next time you're in a town that has a Tractor Supply store it's well worth your visit.

Friendly helpful staff,we had a heavy load of horse bedding pellets .The lady helped us checkout without even going thru the line.Then offered to help load it in the truck to boot! Now that's service.

I really wanted to get the home town experience by buying my new zero turn mower local. Wish I would have researched the staff at the Clio location as much as I researched my mower.For one they were rude, you would think by spending a significant amount of money you would at least get some sort of pleasantry. I don't know if everyone there had a bad day or what, but all the people I interacted with were borderline rude. If TS didn't carry the Bad Boy line, I would have walked out.I did ask about the mower and their experiences with people who bought them, basically got the cold shoulder one even piped up to tell me it was more expensive then another one, that I would have to cover the excess. Yeah I can read...They said they would also put a sold sign on it, and move it to the back garage (they never did either) I did have to rent a trailer from another store as they won't fit into a truck obviously, so I returned the next day. When I got there the same lady was there, again not really helpful. I told her that I was there to pick up the mower. She asked if I brought a tractor, I laughingly said, actually I brought a trailer to pick up the mower. No personality there, and I am a really easy going guy.Next I knew they were bringing it out, nice this is the first zero turn I owned. I told the lady that, and got exactly NO explanation how to use it, not tips, not tricks, nothing at all. Horrible service.She then loaded it on the trailer and said there was an extra key in with the paper work, well there wasn't. I rarely write a bad review unless it's merited in this case it is. I will be paying this off and will not be buying anything from this store again, it's too bad, I really like the local chains, but this experience will have me shopping elsewhere next time.

This review is a couple days late but, better now than never... I moved into the area a little over a year ago and where I came from, TSC is not local. This place has become one of my favorite establishments for all the needs of our homestead...That being said, I came in on Friday. 4/9/21 and purchased a log splitter. Paid in full, took her home and gave a test run. Everything was good. Started on the first pull! Next day I was ready to split a facecord or so and I couldn’t get it started.Long story short, something was wrong with the motor. Called and talked to Mike, the assistant manager, and he told me to bring her in, so I did. No questions asked, and with the help of the store manager Milayla(hope I spelled that correctly), they swapped out the one I had with a new one!These days, that kind of customer service and standing behind their products, is a dying breed. Mike had me pick out the replacement, start it up, and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Everything has been flawless since! TSC, look at the employees of this location and as a company, do them a solid. All of them! Myself and everyone I know in the area are now dedicated customers👍🏽👍🏽 Thanks alot Clio TSC!

Went in to get Trimmer cord. One of the ladies said she could not help me because she did not know that much about Trimmer cord.She paged for someone else to come help( I could hear the page echo throughout the store) no one came up front to help.The lady told me to go to the back where 3 other women were. ( first mistake, a customer should not have to go to get help when they are talking to one person already. She should have went back to get someone for me herself)She used the excuse that they did not hear her.I went to the back and I could see 3 woman talking and laughing about what they were looking at on a computer.I stood there for 5 seconds ( which is 4 seconds to long) the older lady sitting down looked up at me and I could see by the look in her eyes exactly what she was thinking ( how dare you interrupt my computer time) finally they all 3 looked at me and I asked them this " Is what is on the computer more important than Customer Service?"They realised that they were in the wrong but tried to cover for one another by saying that they did not hear the page for help.I told them I could hear the page throughout the store and they did not hear it because they were talking about what was on the computer.When I figured that after I confronted them about their lack of customer service they were not even going to try to help.I told them to back to looking at the computer because they couldn't care less because I had to stand right in front of them for 5 seconds without them even acknowledging that I was there.To say the least they lost my business for anything they have to sell just because they did not want to do their jobs.You never give up on a customer because they might be looking for a 5 dollar item but the way you treat a customer can possibly turn that 5 dollar sale into a 100 dollar sale or more.Will not give them any of my business again. And I hope this review drives home my point.

Called and asked for a well point and they sent a first day rookie to go look and see if they had one. She said nope. Turns out had to drive through anyway so had to stop and see. Yeah, right there in plain sight, the exact well point I asked about. 2 weeks ago they had all kinds of chicks, hundreds and 2 bags of chick feed...

Definitely a great place to get things for any outdoor work, livestock, or pet products with good help. Every now and again they also offer free or cheap shots for dogs and cats, so keep an eye out for that deal!

Was out of stock of the 30 weight oil I needed but staff was very helpful with helping me find some. The shorter young lady that works there should be manager if she's not already, really knew her stuff.

I have never had anything but a good experiance here. Bought a riding lawn mower and had no issues with any of the staff. Very friendly place. Plus they are pet friendly as well.

If I could give it zero stars that would be perfect! They are always out of stuff, I don't know who does the store ordering but they are had at their job..I always hear trucks come Thursday, well it's Friday and they don't have any of my horse feed..

They have a mix of everything here. Chainsaw blades and oil. Pet food, pet beds, heated water bowels. Heat lamps with heat bulbs. Nuts and bolds, miscellaneous tools. Trailers, log splitters (when in season). Wagons and I think wheel barrels. Like said above its a mix of everything, and reasonably priced.

If I could give this business a 6 out of 5 rating I would as this place has been a godsend to our 4-H group when ever they have had fundraising activities they have fully supported our children this is a wonderful place to shop for your livestock or pet needs

Out of all the tractor supplies this one always seems to have more things than others as well they are more likely to have everything in stock. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.
