Great place that has EVERYTHING. PLUS THEY ALWAYS DO THE 11% OFF OF EVERYTHING. We shop here for groceries 😋 household 🏠 supplies and our business supplies. The store is always stocked with everything we need and the staff is always around to give a hand or ask any questions you may have for them. Not like at other stores where the employees are hiding or don't have a clue.

So my handicap father was shopping and the handicap electric cart ran out of battery and Carson in the garden section cared Enough to push my father all the way to the exit. Super nice super polite super helpful. Great guy, thanks Carson.

Extremely disappointed. Tell you that your order will be delivered on a certain day. You schedule to have the work done. Then the delivery sits at the warehouse with no estimated delivery time to the store. You offer to pick it up yourself and they tell you no. Will be shopping the Home Depot going forward.

I love menards, and typically when I go here I have good experiences, i would have gaven 5 stars but today I bought 3 packs of veggie seeds that were on sale along with 3 bags of mulch,I used the long carts and accidentally left the cabbage,lettuce and broccoli seeds inside the cart in the basket part of the cart.When I realized it I called them about 20 minutes after arriving home.she told me that they did find the seeds but I'd need my receipt to prove I paid for themI actually threw the receipt out because who keeps receipts for things like that,BUT I could have shown the receipt on my phone from my bank statementI however just decided to stay home because it's kind of ridiculous to have to proof I paid for less than a couple dollars worth of stuffanyways I still love the store but I think maybe people could be a little less pettyMy total was 6.68 so...I'm not a thief and don't appreciate being treated as such

Built a custom order from Dakota closets, ordered it and picked it up. The people who put the order together shorted us on many necessary items. This has been our 3rd trip to menards in 5 days. It is a 30 min drive there and back to pick up yet another thing we were shorted on. Shame on us for trusting that they could count and match up the correct number of items ordered to our pick up.Super disappointed in the situation and how it has been handled. Wasted so much time and money on this already expensive project.Better off at home depot.

I bought two easy boy chairs took one that night told sales person I'll pick up the other tomorrow they told me no problem they will box it and pull it off the floor, next day go to pick up my chair they couldn't find it waited 2 hours till they closed guy comes out tells me they sold it manager basically told me your out of luck can't do nothing for me which he didn't not happy with this store going to start shopping at Home Depot done with Menards! Seems like they got a lot of inexperienced people working at that store not happy at all with shopping there

Asked for help to load my pickup order of a dozen sheets of drywall and an interior door, said they’d send someone out to help me. Nobody came out to help and I had my kids in my truck so I didn’t have all day to wait. As I’m struggling to get the interior door outside and into my truck I hear the two guys making fun of me instead of helping. I think I’ll go to Lowe’s from now on.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES. over the span of 2 years I have purchased 3 appliances, washer, stove and hot water tank. The water tank went out first, TWICE! First time there was a recalled piece that went out which I had to pay someone to come fix it, then a year later the ignitor went out which had to pay for again then pay some one to go pick ANOTHER one up. Literally a couple days later the motor to my washer went out. Again, had to pay someone do go get a new one I'm now dealing with the ignitor on my stove being out. Never again will I get an appliance from menards

A 'Karen' that doesn't know the definition of customer at this store. She started to get all passive aggressive and said under her breath: "I'm gonna start getting p***** off." She also said the typical: "I'm just trying to do my job." Well, I was just trying to shop for paint. Because I was in her way when I was trying to shop for paint, and she was trying to load paint on the shells. So that's when I pulled out my phone and video taped her. I think she needs some reorientation from management.All she had to do to avert the situation was move away so a customer could shop like she did after I pulled on camera out.

After an associate helped us choose this generator, pointing out we would be paying for the "name" of the more expensive one, it rang up more than $1000.00 at the register. The kind lady ringing it up did get customer service over, they were no help, other than eye rolling. A younger gentleman came up and pointed out YES it did say it was $499.00 told the girl who thought she was good at making faces under her mask, she still looked clueless. I finally asked for a manager, Zack came and said there was nothing he could do, they would be fixing the isle/prices, as I pointed out the whole isle had to be priced/placed wrong. I'm about impressed as they are knowledgeable in the products they are selling, NOT.

My favorite place to shop, especially with the 11% rebates. Rebates can only be used in the store, and comes in the form of store credit.

Was pleasantly surprised by how bright and fresh the store looked. Aisles are nicely spaced, labeled, and well stocked. Was very easy to find prices and staff were plentiful and very helpful. Although the store is in the next town over, I will definitely be returning soon and often.

Love our store. This is where we go to get mostly everything we need for at home. Glad there opened till 10 now. It’s very nice if we’re running late we need to come at 8. Thank you. Customer service is great times you have to walk around and ask for help. But, everyone is friendly.

The store was well lit with many material options in stock. I went for tile grout and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint was there is a rebate currently going on and you need the rebate receipt to do this. However my receipt tore off inside the printer and I wanted to ask the cashier if she could reprint but she was on her phone and turned the other way. I purchased 100.00 worth of items so I am hoping to receive my rebate coupon.

Really is quite annoying that they closed off the garden section so that you have to use the main entrance to get in where for years you could just where you needed, get your supplies and go. Between that and tagging everything with barcodes instead of prices definitely made the last visit an needless chore. If i wanted to shop online I would have.

Bought a washer and dryer from them. Upon unpacking the dryer found the product damaged. Menards was very helpful and clear walking me through a replacement process with no hasle. I can safely say that I will be buying from them consistently. Thanks for the help getting me squared away.

I’m just some little woodworking guy so I get that my jobs aren’t big money in your pockets like a house or garage type of Estimate but us little folks will be the ones that keep your money flowing when the housing business slows down and it will.I came In with a materials list and went to the commercial counter and to start was extremely pleased and got my estimate while I waited. After I thought more about what I needed I did some changes to my list for the plumbing part and literally wrote down what the items were.And all that needed to happen if the add ons weren’t going to get done that day is a phone call letting me know you can’t get to it but that didn’t happen. I never get asked by anyone at your store if I need any help. The best thing experience I have ever had is with your paint department they rock. But as far as lumber goes you have lost my business I will not be back.

Worst customer service! Ordered a stove, paid for it in full! Two weeks later still waiting for notification when it came in. Evan, Appliance Manager said we don't call people. You can call us because we don't have time to call you?! Customer service at its finest. We will not be going back to this store!!!

As with every Menard’s, I wish they were better organized, but the staff here are fantastic. I really appreciate it when staff members are polite and helpful when I’m trying to find tools. Clean, fantastic prices, love the rebates, and they have a pretty great selection.

Hard to get someone to help ya, lots of employees walking around or stocking shelves but as soon as they see you looking at them like you might need help, they look away. If you do find someone to ask, they say what your looking for isn't in thier department and offer no more than just that. Good luck finding a teller that isn't in a hurry to get you out and move on to the next customer before you can even GET YOUR OWN STUFF BAGGED UP! Very sad really. Don't feel very welcome there, Ever.

Lazy staff. I loaded 75 sticks of 2" pvc, and 30 sticks of 4" pvc while the girl in the booth at yard entry watched. I asked for someone to at least set the skid on the ground but didn't get that even. Instead I cut the band off the skid( that was over my head ) and let the plumbing fall all over and loaded what I needed. Then the girl wouldn't walk the 6 feet to my trailer to count the plumbing, I had to close the door, and pull up to the gate so she didn't have to walk the 6 feet to count. I never seen such a lazy worker in my life. Note to any management reading this, this was on May 18th at about 4:30 pm. I spent over $2,000 and nobody wanted to help. ( there was virtually no other customers in the yard the majority of the time I was there. ) I will say the employees on the inside of the store were decent. 2 of them kind of gave a vibe that it was a chaotic mess in the yard though.

Donovan M. Inside at the counter in the back. Useless with no personality. However, Andrew in the lumber yard was amazing and so helpful. You need more Andrews and preferably no Donovans. Also - wandered around the store for 30 minutes without a single person willing to offer help.
