Spoke with an employee named Jenna on the telephone and she was very knowledgeable about wild bird food. I was concerned about my ability to carry a 4o pound bag of sunflower seeds to my ride and she stated that that would not be a problem as she or another staff member would assist me. When I called Dotty's the telephone was answered on the third ring with no teleprompts, which was terrific. Last thing I will write another review of my shopping experience and I am nearly certain that it will be very positive if the staff I interact with are as knowledgeable and friendly as Jenna.

Great customer service. They are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean establishment. They have a variety of animals for purchase with all the feeds you’ll need to keep them fed.

We have exotic pets and Dottys is our one stop shop for all of their needs. They always have the feeders we need in stock (unlike other local shops that will remain nameless... ) we love dottys!

I absolutely love love this pet store!!!!They are always so spunky and upbeat and just all around great people. I couldn't be happier that the cat food and litter are so much cheaper for me there and it's hard finding stuff my picky cat loves. I have recently bought all my fish stuff there and was so happy with the amazing prices and variety of just anything there to buy from. Even their fish are way better priced than the place down the road from them. They even put my litter and heavy stuff in my car for me since lifting is hard for me. I just absolutely couldn't recommend this store enough because I literally tell everyone about them and to support a local business.

Fun pet store! They have a variety of cool pets to look at and buy, plus a large selection of pet merchandise. It's very smelly, but it is a pet store, so kind of have to expect some animal stench. The workers are very friendly and helpful.

Alex was very helpful and had everything I needed and explained to me about having fish tank and how to care for my fish. Also walked around the store a grabbed and showed everything I needed was very polite thank Alex and thank the other employees as well very wonderful employees we will always shop here and thank you all for always taking time to listen when I call you tons of times for questions . Bought a baby ball python enchi for 160$ and with a lot of research and help from actual breeders said it was a normal and i should get a refund or partial refund but no they said no refunds and all they could do was let them know... 100$ to much for a normal im vary upsetPhoto of what i got vs a enchi i got much later
