There is a cashier named Martha at this Biggby that has repeatedly charged me two dollars more than what my order actually cost. I order from this place almost every day and consistently. She has charged me more money than what my order was for. On my past five orders, she has charged me an $1.60. The last time I was in, I asked her for a receipt she gave me a receipt, and I noticed a discrepancy and asked why I was being charged for extra money. She said “ Huh that’s weird I’ll check with management and get back to you.“ bottom line is you should ask for your receipt when you are frequenting this business, because certain cashiers have the preponderance to overcharge and act like there’s nothing wrong. Two thumbs down, if I can give this less than one star, I would.

I went through Biggy this morning. The customer service was where I expected it to be, but the drink I ordered wasn't great. I was so excited to have my first Chumpkin of the season. The flavor seems to have changed so much. I'm not sure if the recipe changed or if it wasn't made correctly. I also tried a pumpkin muffin as well, I was so disappointed. I had to throw out my whole order when I got home.

Terrible first experience at this Biggby's. I signed up on the Biggby website yesterday and was excited to receive a free beverage (up to 16 ounce coupon). I presented it at the Clinton Biggby and they said, "That coupon is good at participating stores, but we don't participate." Since today was my birthday, I asked if they had complimentary birthday beverages. The associate said that they did. Then she retracted and said they couldn't give me a free beverage even with ID because my Biggby card wasn't registered. But the website said I had to bring my card into store the first time (which I did today) before it can be registered online. So I left there with no coffee. I then went to Starbucks who not only gave me a complimentary birthday cold brew, they gave me a size larger than I requested (the largest available) and handwrote "Happy Birthday" on the cup. Since Starbucks has far superior coffee, customer service, and business practices, I will not return to Biggbys--especially the Clinton location.

I've gone here a few times for a bagel sandwich and a black coffee. The quality of the sandwich has always been great. The coffee is a nice french roast and definitely is one of the top coffee shops around the area. The drive thru option is nice but they do get backed regularly. I'm not sure what orders people are making but the line has been out in the road a few times.

My first time at the one in this area and they were absolutely SO kind. Even when ordering! I don’t think I’ve ever had great service like this. While paying, I was kindly asked by the gentleman if I had a biggby card. I replied with “No I do not”, he swiped one for me and said “well now you do! :)”.. I felt so welcomed there and the coffee was amazing as well! Highly recommend!

Stopped to grab a mocha. 2 cars in drive thru. Went inside because want to see menu better and is my preference. 4 ladies waiting on their order and no one at the ordering line. About a minute after stepping up to counter a young lady tells me "we will be with you in a second" So far so good! 5 or 6 minutes later the young ladies working there have only waited on drive thru. The 4 ladies waiting on their order are still waiting. I am still at the counter and no one is even asking what I want. Finally I punt and leave. NOTHING served on the inside. I am not sure why they even had the inside open if not going to take care of the walk ins. When leaving I see a new car ordering and that is it for drive thru. If you own this place I would recommend you visit Biggby in Chelsea. A much better ran store with employees who care and get you in and out even when much busier than Clinton was today. I was there around 11:30 today so not rush hour by any means. I may try Clinton one more time but so far not impressed.

The girls are amazing, the service is great they make a great cup of coffee and they have awesome chocolate waffles. If you’re driving through Clinton Michigan and you like a good cup of coffee I recommend stopping in there.Great job lady’s.

Holy cow! First, the staff are super friendly and awesome. Second, the coffee is AMAZING!! I ordered a cold brew salted caramel sweet cream something or other and it is so freaking good!!

This place is our favorite Biggby. Lauren, Bri, and Makenna are three of the best baristas--very nice, and very consistent in making the BEST drinks each time. You still get full product too, even if you ask for light ice (looking at you, Starbucks!). The iced vanilla chai is a go-to favorite. Small town vibe and friendly atmosphere!

I asked for a plant based breakfast sandwich, like the one on the poster in front of their door. I walked back home realizing they forgot to give it to me. I walked back to Biggbys and asked for it again. I walked back home to find out they only gave me the SAUSAGE. No sandwich. I had to walk back for the third time! I guess I put too much trust in them to get my order right.

I've never been to a Biggby that I didn't like, this was no exception. If you are tired of the big corporate brands were you feel "you need to feel" THEY are important instead of you. Then give Biggby a shot, or two 😉 and see if they don't beat the competition.

The service was great the drinks were great but the cost..... 2 medium drinks for $14 and change. Yeah not worth the cost in my opinion.
