June 15, 2022I found the cutest pink carrier with seat belt slits on the top, New pet bed that fit inside the carrier perfect and a new pink collapsible to go bowl for on the go with pets.The staff was super friendly and helpful. I didn't need the help but was happy to hear them ask others with heavy stuff if they did.Update: as of February 19, 2024What an adorable Pet store owned by my second cousin and his wife. I'm so proud of them. Darin was so helpful when we were there picking a new brand of cat food for our sensitive kitty cat Leo. I'm hoping Leo does better with this new food and that we will be back for more very soon. The food Darin helped us pick out might be more cost effective and I get to support family/ small business so it is a win, win 👍🙏❤️

Love this place. Staff is very friendly and helpful! I usually bring my dog into the store with me. Many times they have given her a treat when she is there and she loves it!

The employees were wonderful! I had called to see if they had what we needed for our livestock, because TSC was out. As soon as I walked in the cashier went to get the 50 lb bag and after we cashed out both employees offered to carry it out for us.

I love going to this place and shop for my pets. The staffs are so nice and this lady she might be the manager there and she always helps me with my questions and gave me a lot of info about what kind of pet food are better for my pets. I was arrived at the last minutes to pick up pets food and the staffs was very nice and Helped me find the food I need and carry it to my car. Thank you so much. You all are wonderful people and keep up your good work!!

The only place my dog will let me shop! They always have a treat waiting for him.. I swear he’s worse than my grandkids when it comes to wanting attention, and he sure gets it at Market Place Pet Supplies.

Love this little small business pet shop right down the road from our house. Quick and convenient to stop in and grab cat food/treats or a new heat bulb for our turts to bask. They have all I need for my kitties and turtles and are always fast, friendly, and helpful.

The service here is exceptional. They always get you and ask if you need help the second you walk in the door. The young guys working there always help carry all the heavy items right to your car. Very friendly staff.

Great store. If you use a different product that the store does not have on the shelf, just ask and they will carry for you in the future if possible. We had a rare brand of cat food we ordered line. I asked if they had it and they said no. They told me they would check it out and now they carry it and they have a buy 12 get one free policy. And it is less expensive there than it is on Amazon. They must sit behind the big stores to get some products. That is the only reason I give it a four!

I have read each of these reviews, and I am so disappointed in many of my fellow "Americans". America is the "Land of the Free", not the "Land of the 'I-say-so, so-do-it'". You have the freedom and right to shop at any pet store you want. Don't like their lack of forcing a mask down your throat? You have the freedom to drive to another store to purchase your goods. Believe masks are saving lives and keeping you safe? If you're wearing yours that works so well, why do they need one too? Where else can you locally shop where EVERY employee always has a smile on their face and is eager and knowledgeable to help? Where they carry your purchases out to your car for you, just to be nice. I will continue to support this local small business that values the American principles our great Country was founded on. WAKE - UP!! Before we don't have the freedom to choose where to shop.*Please no comments, I am entitled to my opinion, just as you are entitled to yours.

Friendly, helpful staff and conveniently located. Not the broadest selection on some items. Store is more geared towards cats and dogs, which is fine. Have never had an issue picking up food or litter here but can have trouble finding other items. I prefer to get my food and litter here to support our local small businesses but I still have to go to one of the chain stores for items such as my feliway adapters.

I like to support local business, which is one reason I USED to shop there. Unfortunately, they do not care about customer's safety. Their google listing states that masks are required, but staff have not been wearing them for months. I take care of elderly parents with serious medical issues, and do not feel safe in such a place. They seem to be making a political statement with their actions and are quite arrogant about it. They have lost a good customer as a result.

Market Place Pet Supplies is the absolute best experience I have ever had at a pet store. My Dalmatian was treated with so much love from the store employees, I was greeted by multiple employees when I walked in the door and they all offered to assist me in finding the products I needed. All employees were courteous, respectful and kind. They educated me on their products and brands. My Dalmatian loves her new food and bones! I support this business and I will shop here forever! Loved their custom dog cookies, especially the elephant! 😉 🇺🇸

It’s the only place I will shop for my pets. The customer service is outstanding. Not only do they know me and remember what my cats and dogs eat (and I have 6 total), they go and grab it for me then carry it to my car. My love affair with this place started years ago when I had two senior cats who weren’t eating and losing weight rapidly. The foods my Vet suggested weren’t doing the trick, so I headed into this great little shop. I left the store with multiple sample packs and instructions with how to try out the foods. My kitties found a favorite, got better, and lived another two years. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve gone in with various questions and pet issues and they’ve always had an answer. Love, love, love this place.

The employees at Market Place are outstanding. They are always willing to help, and will assist you to your car with heavy items. There is a small town feel that makes you feel like you're important to them and they are familiar to you. They don't have the selection that the chain stores have, but I will ALWAYS go to Market Place first.

Just moved to the area and found my new favorite pet store! First, I was walking in some distance behind an employee and he waited and held the door open for me. Then, he showed me to my dog food and carried it back to the counter for me. All three employees answered my questions about dog food and were very knowledgeable...quite a difference from other pet stores. After my purchase, the gentleman carried my two bags of food to the car for me! I didn't even ask for help. You could tell that's just what they do. This was the best pet store experience I've ever had.
