We lost our sweet little Bean very suddenly at medvet on a Saturday night and her ashes were back with us by Thursday. The pawprint is absolutely beautiful and it came with a stand for it as well. Her urn is so small it breaks my heart but she was a small dog; it is absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of options as far as font and such which was awesome because I wanted it to match my other dog's urn. I am overall very pleased with everything. I emailed them about an update during the process and they were very prompt with one and even sent a tracking number. 10/10 recommend.

Shameful, I quit my Vet after what they put me through making this this place’s problem and I was bullied by that “TARA” with their scam-poor quality cheap overpriced “trinkets” a paw print in clay? Crooked lettering, plaster chipping apart, footprint was caving in…AND they admitted it was poor quality AND REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. A 5-yo could have done better alignment, it looks like a summer camp project it is SO bad.Then, SOLD A CHEAP TRINKET OH I mean “CHARM” FOOTPRINT THAT ON ETSY GOES FOR $65, I was ripped off $388 before taxes. If I had NOT had my hand under the bag this chip came in, I would have never seen this fall out because I thought the bag was EMPTY at first and they left it out-WHAT ON EARTH???? It was a total farce of Louie’s paw print. I had to take a picture and BLOW IT UP TO SEE WHAT WAS ON IT. Unbelievable scam.Everytime I even look at the bag that contains everything of Louie’s last 10 minutes of life on earth with me, I am so deeply hurt that this place and my vet would take advantage of and exploit both of us. It’s so beyond hurtful, it has been over 2 months and I have given both places chances to make it right and neither did.I was one of my former Vet’s 1st customers…over 18 years ago, NEVER again. I thankfully got new vets immediately upon this fiasco and gave the vet 3 times to make it right including seeing my new foster and they couldn’t even do that appt. right.This was a 100% unnecessary nightmare based on selfishness and pure greed.

Trusted Journey was amazing to work with. They were very kind and compassionate when I called, and they delivered on their promised services a day early. They picked my dog up from the MSU veterinary clinic, individually cremated her, and had her delivered to my doorstep via UPS all in 3 days. The memorial package was absolutely beautiful and was meticulously packaged so there was virtually no chance of damage. The price is almost unbelievable for what you get as well. While I hope I don’t have to use their services again for a long time, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to honor their pets life. Thank you Trusted Journey.

I did not deal directly with Trusted Journey, but the place I had my dog put to rest at does.Trusted Journey went above & beyond.The paw print I received 100% belonged to my girl. I knew it the moment I saw it. It was laminated too, which was very nice.Her ashes were carefully put into a beautiful velvet bag (as requested), which makes for easy transfer to her pink urn.The packaging was put together with packing peanuts, so she was safe during her journey back home.The certificate of cremation was inside a beautiful card with a couple pamphlets to help with grief & loss. I did not expect that, but it was very thoughtful.My baby was put to rest on February 13th. She was cremated the next day (yes, my love butt was cremated on Valentine's Day), & I have her home with me today (February 16th).I am so grateful to Trusted Journey for putting my wandering mind at ease with such a quick, caring process.She's home 🐾 🌈Thank you, Trusted Journey. The presentation was heart felt with a sense of empathy, not just through together. Thank you for what you do for all our beloved pets, I'm sure it cannot be easy.

Just blown away this morning. I had a 10am appointment and I arrived on time. I walked to the door and a women opened the door and said are u here for ....(dog name) I said yes. She held up a bag and said here you go and shut the door. Wow!!! For almost $400 you would think you could at least be greater. Never again. The problem for me really started at drop off. Just bad service. Cold and rude.

We had to have our dog put down last week and this is the company that the very uses! I picked up my dogs ashes today and I was blown away at the beautiful card and the privacy of which my dogs ashes were in! I'm going to order an urn from here now! I just want to thanks the staff here for being so caring and compassionate ! They also did an amazing job on his ceramic and regular paw print!

They were very helpful with the loss of my pet, extremely polite and caring folks. They made sure we got exactly as we wished. I called and they picked up my pet from the vet the following day, a Thursday, had our ashes on our door on Saturday morning. Couldn't thank you guys enough for your help during this difficult time. Would highly recommend choosing them.

I’m not usually one to go out of my way to post a review, but Partridge deserves all of the positive praise. My family dog that I grew up with for the last 14 years passed away 3 days ago. I was on the fence about private cremation, but after looking through various pamphlets at my vet’s office, I chose to go with Partridge, and I’m so glad I did. Not only were they beyond helpful, but they were very empathetic and worked to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My dog was picked up from the vet by them on a Monday, and his ashes were at my front door by Wednesday. I can’t recommend this company or their professional service enough.

We had Faith for almost 14 years and have been watching he slide downhill for the past year, we knew it wouldn't be fair for her to watch her suffer any more. We took Faith to Dr. Chuck at North Oakland Veterinary hospital as he came highly recommended and has the utmost compassion of anyone. I held my girl in my arms until she was gone and was told she would be picked up by Partridge Enterprises on Friday and she is now back home with us today. They sent Faith home to us in a special wrapped bag and in a small but special box along with a certificate and card. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my baby girl. I will always love my baby girl Faith, and now she can be with us until we are gone.Thank you so much.

My heart feels so happy today. Called up Partridge Enterprises Inc. and talked to a sweet gal named Terri and she let me know I can have my Misfit's urn, paw print plate, ink paw print, and some of his ashes on the side. She was so wonderful! She made me smile when I havent been able too. I am so grateful to Partridge for taking care of my Misfit. Can't wait to have him home again. We lost our dog may 7th, our vets office sent her to be cremated with this company. I want expecting to get her back in an urn, but I did. And such a very nice paw print as well.I'm so glad they took the time and careI don't usually post reviews unless it's negative, but this company is amazing

Wonderful company, they went above and beyond to give our beloved girl good aftercare. I was not told (and did not ask) for details about her cremation from the er vet other than it was private so when I received her remains I was concerned she would carelessly packaged. However, she was in a beautiful urn, her paw print is perfect, and they included grief support materials. Thank you so much for taking good care of her!

Absolutely terrible!! Came to pick up my beloved pets ashes today. The container was way to small for the amount of ashes. They attempted to tape container down. Lid popped open and I had ashes all over me. There was a hole in the bag which they attempted to cover with a piece of tape. My heart is broken already and then to deal with this. Shame on you for your lack of not only professionalism but lack of compassion. Vet said they would take care of it for me. People take you beloved pets elsewhere for this service!***I changed my review from a 1 to a 3. I did receive an immediate response from this company and they did go above and beyond to make the situation right.***

I put my cat down a couple weekends ago. Took awhile for me to call someone. I chose these guys mostly due to price comparison with what was available at the animal hospital.I couldnt be any happier with their services. My cat came back quick. The "basic" urn was amazing quality. Much better than I thought it would be. A print or clay pawprint was included which was very important to me. I cremated a cat about 8 years ago and didn't get anywhere near the extras. Very heartfelt for such a difficult time. I will use them again in the future for sure.

Partridge Enterprises did an outstanding job handling my dog's remains and beautifully presenting them to me. Putting my dog to sleep was one of the most difficult experiences of my life and when Animal Emergency Center in Novi told me they would take care of the cremation arrangements, I had no idea what to expect since I have never used cremation services before. Partridge vastly exceeded my expectations. The ashes came in a beautiful carved wood box accompanied by a paw print stamp, a card, the Rainbow Bridge poem, and resources for pet grief services. Everything was meticulously packaged with care and respect. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Partridge added beauty to a very difficult and sad time.

I was disappointed with this company. Over the years I have had to have several animals put down and cremated and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Her remains were in a cheap taped up cookie tin, for the price charged this is ridiculous.We are new to Jackson and unfortunately our geriatric cat became ill and had to be put down suddenly, the vet recommended Partridge and we paid for a private cremation just like we have in the past with our other pets. Every other time I have received them back in a nice wooden box with a name plate. Something that apparently costs extra from this company. I paid the same price to have my boxer cremated less than a year ago in another state and she was returned in a beautiful carved rosewood box vs a cheap $1 tin. In the future I will avoid this company and find one that I feel respects their customers and their lost loved one.The one positive part of the experience was that we were provided with an imprint of her paws, it was well done and the only part of the service that I am completely satisfied with.

I received my dogs ashes in the mail and the urn was broken upon arrival. It was clearly just a packing error, truly an accident. I reached out to the company who got right back with me to ensure the issue was corrected. Even offered that I pick out an upgraded urn at no additional cost to me. It came today, I couldn't be any more satisfied. Great customer service, thank you!

I don’t know if it is due to COVID or maybe a combination of COVID restrictions and my own grief, but I found Partridge to be unprofessional, disorganized and not helpful at all. My pet died suddenly. I was unprepared and not ready for this. Their website states:“Specializing solely in pet aftercare since 1971, Partridge Enterprises Inc. is a best-in-class pet cremation service that provides an unmatched level of service to address your specific needs with respectful, compassionate care.”My experience so far has been the opposite.

My wife went there today to pick up our dogs remains.I had forgot to tell her to call and make a appointment before she went. She went there to pick them up and the lady was so rude to her because she didn’t make an appointment. For the price they charge, to treat someone like that after everything you already went through, is really frustrating.

Today I received my beautiful urn containing the ashes of my kitty, Abby. I have had all my kitties cremated at Partridge in Clarks Lake, MI and I cannot thank them enough for their kind and tender caring of my little ones. I lost my kitty named Missy of 18 years on 9/30/2018. Needless to say this has been the worst time of my life..Handing her over was the hardest things I have ever had to do..I have been a complete wreck not having her home with me..I was told it would take approximately a week to have her back. I dropped her off on Monday (10-1/2018) and I wasn’t suppose to have her back until the following week. Completely deveasted, I called Partridge Enterprises and explained how difficult this time has been and if there was anything I could do to have her home with me sooner. These ladies were on it and told me they’d try there hardest to get her back home to me by the end of this week. Well, it’s Friday (10/5/2018) and I have my baby girl back in my arms! Her Urn is absolutely breathtaking and they also made me a clay imprint of her paw prints! Words cannot describe how THANKFUL I am for these individuals! I’m now able to have my baby in my arms forever! From the bottom of my heart, Thank-You Partridge Enterprises!!

My vet uses this crematorium and I've had 3 pets done by them. My Bailey (16 year old Yorkie) was laid to rest on Monday and I had his cremains back Thursday. Bless these people for giving me back something I can hold onto forever.
