Average Dollar General experience. Both customer service representatives were in a foul mood and seemed inconvenienced by helping customers. I was glad to have a self checkout to use. The attitude of the employees was similar to the attitudes of most employees at Dollar General locations.

I love the store & prices however if you're having a sale on cans of pop in both Pepsi & coke at the same price, I should not be charged full price for buying one Pepsi product & one coke product...that's ridiculous!! The have the same exact sale & price & I recommend DG that you start listening to customer feedback about issues before you start losing customers. You already are in competition w/ family dollar & dollar tree & I'll be happy to shop there instead.

At 11 in the morning they are open for three hours. Always try’s to tell customers it’s too early to pull cash.They lady that is working now Troyes to tell me they have only been open for a hour. Umm no you’ve been open for 3 hours. 60 bucks pull off my card shouldnt be a issue.Maybe the firemarshal should go to checks in the back as I know it’s a fire hazard and that’s why all these stores close when they get truck. There is no room in the back.My husband deliveres for this company and i know how the backs are in most area. Horrible management is all the stores.Too many have been built and still being built before they take care of the ones that are running.

Always friendly and smiling with great customer service. The place is always clean and is usually fully stocked. The prices are very good to fair and usually never higher than the stores around them. The parking lot is neatly cleared of snow and debris. The store is clean and the bathrooms are always stocked and clean.

It’s clean and a good location. Seems a little out of stock for some things such as children bubble bath we’ve gone there looking for bubble bath for my daughter so many times. and it still hasn’t been back on the shelf always have to go to a different location to get some for my daughter because she loves her bubbles

Although we live 4 miles from our local Dollar General it is worth the fifteen minute drive to this location. This location always has what we are in need of in stock. Where as our local store not so much. (And by that I mean core items that have been out of stock for a couple months now.) This location is my go to location when I need something and I don't have to hope it's in stock. Cause the store is well taken care of. Ever since the assistant manager Jessica Simpson was let go from our local Dollar General it has been garbage. The towns people miss her overall professionalism, and knowledge of the store.

Great place! Good deals. . Very slow though. Even with a really long line only 1 register open 90 percent of the time.love there weekend clearance/ sales! Can get really good deals!

Any DG I go to (between Clare & Farwell MI) the employees are usually friendly. Stores are a little bit of mess though. But they usually have what I need and they have the digital coupons so that's nice too.

Several prices in the store are priced wrong and you get over charged at the register. I bought 6 items and had to get a refund on 3 because of being over charged. Nice scam you have going on there DJ.

I am becoming disillusioned with these types of stores. They never have what you need and can not get down the aisles. Can not get two carts down the same aisles. Stuff not stocked is setting in the aisles, stocking ladders left in aisles. These are becoming a mess.

These stores maybe convinet for some people. Last night we should have been next in line as there was no other line and all of a sudden 4-5 people came from no where. Won't be doing this store any time soon😶😶😶
