Took Libby in for bad rash on neck and the workers and dr was very informative and help out tremendously. In 3 days the rash is almost gone due to using a different food and using over the counter flea medicine that she was allergic to.

Called to check on prices to spay my cat. An exam is required before spaying the cat that cost $55 and the spay costs $256.00, no thanks I'll find a better deal somewhere else.

I called Claire animal hospital and ask him if they could put my cat down for me. Yhey said they're not taking new patients and I said it really it wouldn't be a new patient just need you to put her down for me and they said no.

They are so good with our dogs! Our dogs love going there and visiting with everyone! The staff has a lot of compassion and you can tell that they genuinely love what they do. Compared to other vets, their pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend Clare Animal Hospital to anyone that wants the best care for their pets.

Wonderful doctors and staff. They all clearly love animals and have always treated my dogs with genuine care and love. We have used them for all of our dogs needs, from basic check ups, ear infections, an unfortunate porcupine encounter, to putting a sick dog down and I have never had a less than top notch experience. Their prices are extremely fair, especially for the quality of care my dogs receive. Highly recommend the Clare Animal Hospital.

My little Sheba received excellent care. Everyone was very caring and explained everything. I didn't have an appointment and they squeezed me in first thing in the morning. I must say, I am disappointed. Pricing is fair, but they cannot handle reactive dogs. I told them my dog had temperament issues as he is still young and quarantine has been hard for socialization. I asked them to talk quietly, not look him directly in the eyes (a threatening thing for a dog) and that he did not like being pet by strangers. The staff did all the things I said not to do, complained about him wearing a muzzle (which was a safety precaution taken on my part) and stressed both of us out very much. Vet staff should be trained to take care of anxious and reactive dogs. Disappointed

I have always been quite pleased with the care that all of my babies have received from the vets and their staff at this facility. They are wonderful and very compassionate with the babies as well as the pet parents. Their support during my last cat's illness and after his death really emphasized to me how much they really care and are not in it just for money. MY kids are happy that there are still vets out there like them!

Mixed feelings. Staff is friendly and helpful but I am also getting two stories every time I call in and check on an animal. I called 6 hours after dropping off my pet to check up and I was told they haven't even got to her yet. That was a little upsetting. Then 2 hours later I get a call from the doctor saying that he has been looking at her 3-4 times so far through out the day. Now which is it? Same doctor on a previous occasion said he remembered my cat from an appointment before that, but he never saw her before then. It was always a female vet looking at her. I instantly knew he was lying and I didn't appreciate it then and I didn't appreciate it now.

My dog had been suffering for a while. Having a hard time walking, not eating much. He was old and was ready to fly high. I made the appointment to have him laid to rest. The office tried to convince my husband to run tests and put him on meds instead of what he was there to do. They had money on their mind and not the best interest of my baby or our family. It was already the hardest decision I had to make and they made me feel worse. Do not recommend this clinic.

This clare vet does not care about your pets. Do not recommend. Rejecting a ILL dog that was a patient in the past. I recommend m20 in midland. They took my dog in 5 minutes later over phone.

Our family dog was hit by a four wheeler while on vacation at our cabin. I called a couple vets close to our cabin but no one would/could see our dog. I finally found Clare Animal Hospital on Google and gave them a call. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and got us right in. Thank god nothing was broke, but she did receive a few staples for a deep cut. The service was great. They went above and beyond to treat our dog. They could have charged us anything and I would have been fine with it. Our dog is like one of our kids. I was pleasantly shocked when I heard the total, the bill was less than I would have paid just to see a vet at most places. In my opinion that really shows that they care about the animals..Thank you Clare Animal Hospital...

Kept us waiting half hour for an appt. We waited for 2 months. (HE WAS IN THE OFFICE AND OUR DOG WAS SICK). Misdiagnosed our dog after I asked her to be checked. She died 2 days later. Makes her lose even harder. I sure miss Dr. McNeely.

I used to go to this vet all the time. They were good but a little pricey but not a big deal.What was a big deal was a few months ago my dog collapsed and couldn't move. I immediately called and told them I needed to bring my dog in for an emergency. The girl on the phone told me she "didn't know what their emergency procedures we're" and that she would ask the vet when they got back from their lunch in an hour... Are you F**king kidding me?! My dog can't move and you're going to call me back in a hour?After taking him to another vet it was determined that my dogs kidneys were failing due to a previously undiagnosed condition. He was addmitted to the hospital for TWO days hooked up to an IV before he could even stand.My dog almost died and I can't believe the vets lunch couldn't have been interrupted by a phone call.

I have cat that was declawed here and was again seen in 2017. I called today for appointment and they told me that my cat would be a new patient and they were not taking new patients.
